The room was nice, and the cleanliness was also good. The service was excellent. We stayed here because our child was taking their high school entrance exams. After checking out at noon, we had to wait for our child to finish their exam in the afternoon. The hotel was very thoughtful and let us rest in the restaurant. Even though the restaurant only serves breakfast and is closed in the afternoon, they turned on the air conditioning for us parents, and provided tea and bottled water. It was really great. Especially the security guard, he was very kind.

It’s my first time in China, and this was the very first place I stayed — I’m glad I chose it! The location is great: it’s tucked away from the main road, so it’s peaceful and quiet, but still only about a 5-minute walk to the bus station that goes to People’s Park and Kuanzhai Alley. The lobby and hallways feel elegant, and the room itself is stylish and comfortable. Housekeeping cleans the room right away whenever you request it, and the WeChat customer service team responds very quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely book here again.

The decoration style of the hotel is also very good. The environment is good. There is a terrace with beautiful flowers. The elevator goes directly to the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is a viewing elevator. There is hot pot and hoofa downstairs in the hotel. The front desk clerk recommended food, which is not bad. In summary, the location is good, close to the subway, the service is good, the price is moderate, and it is clean and tidy. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Trip.com late at night, just hoping for a place to crash. To my surprise, the front desk attendant was incredibly patient when I arrived. Seeing me with a big suitcase and looking exhausted, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even thoughtfully prepared hot tea. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast the next morning had a great variety and tasted delicious. What touched me most was at check-out; I was rushing for my train, and the front desk had already prepared my invoice and packed a souvenir for me, handling everything calmly and efficiently. This unexpectedly great experience completely wiped away my fatigue from the business trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

I was so lucky to stay in the same hotel as my idol – the atmosphere was incredible! A special shout-out to Jasmine, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, always warm, meticulous, and incredibly caring. Her service was truly heartwarming! Jasmine is not only beautiful and cool, with amazing style and elegant temperament, but also gentle and generous. She took exceptional care of me, providing thoughtful and detailed service, and was always there to help with any request immediately. It was genuinely heartwarming. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right outside. It's also very close to the airport, making it incredibly easy to get to and from the concert. The check-in experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my fellow fans and travelers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Kuanzhai Alley and is within walking distance, though it might be a bit of a trek if you have very young children. It's conveniently located to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the service was good. There's also parking available. The only downside was that there was construction happening next door during our stay, but we were informed beforehand that it was a municipal project.

All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

The robot delivery service was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, the location is fantastic, right next to two metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere. The gym is also really good!

The front desk staff were friendly and always helped resolve any issues promptly. The hotel's location was easy to find, convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. Overall, it offered great value for money and was a very pleasant stay. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone and would come back again if I have the chance.
