The Hidden House (Cheng Du Kuanzhai Alley People's Park Subway Station Branch)

Room size is big but feels small as the toom is sectioned into different areas. Still very comfortable to sleep in. Not noisy as all even though room was on the second floor. Receptionists are really friendly and nice. They have a free courtesy car service that guests can use, 1 day advanced booking required. There’s also a free photo taking session at the hotel’s courtyard that we didn’t managed to utilise

Location is near to people’s park. All the staff very nice and welcoming. The room big and clean. Breakfast pretty good. Not buffet style. Every night order in for supper and the food was send by hotel robot. Pretty cool. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. For the price range, it has a lot of amenities provided for you in the hotel room, such as a foot soak, soft drinks, tea set, ear plugs, and a tea service between 9am-6pm. The room is also very clean compared to other hotels i’ve stayed at. The room was spotless and dust free. The staff is also super friendly and will make an extra effort to make sure you have a comfortable stay. 金丽 (jin li) helped accommodate an early check in for me and made sure I had everything I needed to make sure I had a comfortable trip. Thank you!

The location is very good, close to the city center. The place is relatively quiet due to a secluded location (as in the name of the hotel). The staff is very polite and competent, fluent communication in english possible with some of the staff (others will help using translator and they are also helpful). There is a very climatic and nice backyard garden where you can enjoy a nice afternoon tea. We were catched there in a pouring rain but the experience was very pleasant with the sound of water droplets and smell of wet grass. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat full breakfast due to leaving very early but it is possible to get a breakfast bag from the reception desk. There is even a car, which can take you to the Chengdu Great Panda Breeding Base. The hotel was renovated - the bathrooms are new and well-equipped. Although rather not as clean as other hotels we visited (stains on the toilet side wall, limescale/mold in the newly renovated shower).

Hotel was really nice with great service. People were friendly and very helpful. Got a free upgrade to a room with a small garden and tearoom. Room was very clean and the hotel overal looks new. Couldn’t find the hotel at first so was really hidden. Thankfully there was a sign outside showing where the hotel is.

We had a great and comfy stay at this hotel. love the vibes, strategic location, cleans and the staffs/ front desk were so kind and friendly despite of language barrier. They pack breakfast for us since we have to leave the hotel early.
