"The room was very clean and beautiful, with a small balcony facing the pool – my child loved it! Plus, the room was really spacious; we could fully open all our suitcases. We arrived super late on check-in day, but the staff was so welcoming and even helped us with our luggage! I'd definitely stay here again next time. Oh, and the hawker stalls downstairs at the hotel are delicious! The Tom Yum soup was the best I had during my entire 6-day trip in Phuket."

"The room is very spacious, complete with an induction hob and microwave. The bathroom is also large, but I have to complain about the water quality – it's really poor; the filter looked like this after just two uses... The location is decent, a bit far from the city center. Actually, the 100009 boat noodle place near the hotel is quite good, and there's a popular massage spot right opposite, so there's no need to trek all the way to the old town. The hotel service is excellent; the airport transfer driver even called me and communicated in Chinese at the front desk, and I didn't encounter any unhelpful staff. The selection at 7-Eleven throughout the old town isn't as good as near Kata Beach, so don't make the same mistake I did, getting dragged to 7-Eleven every day – it's too tiring and completely unnecessary. And again, I have to gripe about how expensive taxis are, much more than in Shanghai! Overall, this Phuket trip was very successful~"

"We booked this hotel at the last minute because our previous hotel was cancelled, and we received compensation from Trip.com in coins. As it was high season, this was the only hotel available within our budget and still located in the city centre. Thankfully, the location turned out to be very convenient—it’s really close to Phuket Old Town 🏛️ The receptionists were friendly and helpful. There is also one washing machine and one dryer, each costing 40 baht, which was very convenient for backpackers like us who do laundry every few days The hotel is also close to a bus stop to the airport and Naiyang Beach, making it easy to get around 🚌 We booked a triple room, which was the only option available, even though there were only two of us. The price was slightly higher, but it was definitely worth it for the comfort we got. You could probably find a cheaper rate during the low season. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable bed, good location, and reasonable price while spending most of your time exploring Phuket 🌴"

"What a great way to start our adventure.  The room is immaculate, Bed had a couple of treats waiting for us. There is also a couple of small water bottles ready for you to take and can be put into the mini fridge to keep cold. There are extra red towels for swimming very cute ^_^  The staff and team are so lovely, helping us reach our other destination Thank You!  Adventure is in your grasp being minuets away from everything: 7/11 around the corner, amazing massage in the same street.  Negatives this is my personal preferences.  The bed was a little firm for me.  The shower head in our room is too high and this made it a little difficult having a shower. If you are tall it is perfect ^_^  We will come and stay again!"

"Loved the rooftop view. And the wonderful, clean Jacuzzi that was always empty for some reason, great location. Awesome spot - close to the beach, with plenty of grocery stores, markets, and shops around. The room was clean too."

"This is a beautiful serviced apartment with all in room amenities that you’d expect. It was a very comfortable stay. Ate at restaurant once and it was tasty if not particularly memorable. A great location for the beach that is tucked away from any noise. Two different pools including the roof top one were really nice. Gym was small but nice air conditioned. I didn’t find the staff to be typically Thai warm. Welcome drink showed up without an actual welcome. When asked if I smoked and said I didn’t, I still had to sign an official form that said I’d pay a fine if did. Thought it was unnecessary. Credit card number was recorded manually on a piece of paper which I didn’t like as I don’t think it’s very secure. Paid double regular rate as it was Chinese New Year and compared to the other accommodation I stayed in Phuket, BYD wasn’t as good, so probably wouldn’t stay again."

"I stayed at Bedline Hotel for 7 days and had a great experience overall. The location is a huge plus — it’s within walking distance to Old Phuket Town, which made exploring super easy. I was greeted every day by the staff, which really set a welcoming tone and made the stay feel personal. The coffee shop in the lobby is hands down one of the best spots around — genuinely great coffee and a perfect way to start the morning. The pool area was clean, relaxed, and a nice place to unwind after being out all day. Overall, Bedline Hotel felt comfortable, friendly, and well thought out. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket who wants convenience without sacrificing comfort."

"Homa is a very nice hotel. Well kept and maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I was surprised to see that it is also a pet friendly hotel, but they are only allowed on the ground floor. The rooftop pool is also stylish and nice, overlooking the parts of the town. Long enough to do laps in it. The gym was adequate. Sometimes it can get a bit too crowded. The best times to use are in the morning when it opens at 7am. Didn't try the restaurant as there are many other places to eat nearby. It is close to Chillva Market. About a 15 minutes walk. There you can find local and international street food at reasonable prices. There are also shops that sells clothes, souvenirs, bags etc. It is closed on Sundays, so take note. The hotel also caters to family with kids. There is a kids playroom. And there is also an adult playroom with a snooker table and a PS5 console. The staff are really friendly. There is also a nearby big laundry right at the junction of the main road. Use that one as it is way cheaper than what the hotel is offering, and also there are staff there that will help you do the washing and folding. You can alternatively choose to do the washing yourself, but why would you want to do that just to save a few bahts? It is about 160bahts for a 10KG wash. Left, right and center and bikes for rent. Reasonable prices. The one I got was about 300baht per day, with a 2000baht deposit. You get it back when you return the bike. There are also daily activities scheduled like football on Wednesday evenings and others. The pool party is on every Friday, but honestly it could be better. The DJ was poor at reading the crowd and carried on playing her kind of music and the crowd sort of waned off after an hour. However, I would still definitely recommend this hotel."

"Location: very convenient and easy to get to from the HKT airport, it’s about 10mins ride. Since it’s closer to the airport you would hear airplane sounds all the time but it’s fun to watch it time to time when you are at the beach! Room: very nice spacious room with a kitchen and balcony. We were able to relax at bathtub too. However we had many problems for our room. Shower and bathtub water wasn’t working and safety box too. Then phone kept ringing every few minutes, for some reason customers call came to our room which was super annoying. So we had to deal with them at the first night and we were not able to relax at all…but a manager dealt with sincere attitude and engineers came rough away and fixed shower problem which was nice. Reception manager called Narn was kind and nice he dealt the situation kindly and showed us a gesture of kindness. So we felt our stay was still lovely. Breakfast: There are great variety of foods including pastries, fruits and drinks. What I really like was that they change their menu everyday so we were able to tasty different type of food. We enjoyed it to the full and satisfied. Service: very nice stuffs with gentle smile and sincere and warm hospitality. They are all polite and kind. One time at the beach bar a girl kept telling me that I cannot order in room food service from our room so she kept telling me to come back and pay at the restaurant or bat which I did. But when I went back other stuffs told me I was able and order from our room..,that was quite inconvenient since it takes about 10mins walk from our room to the beach…so hope they can inform correct information to customers… But over all our stay was lovely with beautiful environment and clean ocean so we would love to come back here again if there is a chance!"
