Overall, everything is good. It's a decent place to stay, but you'll definitely need transportation. The room has everything you need. The staff are polite.

A very decent hotel for a small price. It's clean, no bugs, and no noise. The only thing to know before booking is that without a scooter, it's going to be very difficult and expensive to get to any locations by taxi.

Let me break it down clearly: ✅️ Pros: The most obvious plus was the polite and excellent service from the staff. The room was spacious and fully equipped with everything you need: an electric stove, microwave, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, and a refrigerator. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was a dining table, a convenience store nearby, 24-hour security guards, laundry/drying services, a shared bathroom, and even room cleaning during our stay. 🚫 Cons: The main issue I encountered was that the water had an odor. I'm not sure if it was a rusty smell. The pillows were small and smelled like they hadn't been washed. The towels had yellow stains that probably couldn't be washed out. This isn't really a con, but❓️ My room was located in the middle of a hallway, which made it feel a bit less private. The window view was okay, but it faced someone's house, which made it feel a little less private at night, though it wasn't too bad. Everything mentioned above is just my first impression of this hotel. Overall, I'd give it 9.7/10 because I had a wonderful time there with my girlfriend! ✨️

Very clean and spacious. The lady at the front desk was super welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend it, very comfortable for two people.

The room is quite spacious, and the fact that it's divided into two zones was convenient, especially with a child. It's about a 15-minute drive to Nai Harn Beach (with the famous stairs). There's plenty of parking available. The renovation is a bit dated, of course, but it's not a major issue. Just be aware that beach towels come with a fee, and there's no one at the reception in the evenings. Next to the hotel, there's a wonderful auntie who cooks authentic Thai food for locals – you absolutely must have lunch there. It's delicious and very cheap.

I don't understand the glowing reviews I read before arriving at this hotel. Here are the downsides I want to highlight: 1. The towels seemed either unwashed or overused, and certainly didn't smell clean. Over our 4-day stay, it was impossible to tell if the towels had been changed or if they just refolded our old ones. 2. It was advertised as having a kitchen. As an athlete, calorie counting is important to me. There was no kitchen, just a microwave, a fridge, and some plates and spoons. I was disappointed. There was definitely enough space to install a proper kitchenette. What's more, there wasn't even a knife to cut fruit for breakfast. 3. The fact that beach towels cost extra was a huge disappointment. It's nonsensical. Two towels cost 180 baht; it would be easier to just buy a beach mat. Considering point 1 (the seemingly unwashed towels in the room), this was very frustrating. 4. I wasn't keen on the location; it was far from everything. However, this wasn't a major issue since we always had a scooter. Pros: Cleanliness, spacious room, a 24-hour grocery store with a great selection near the hotel, comfortable bed, plenty of power outlets, good mirror.
