"We reached Erawan pretty late, at dark, in a snow day. Because communication channel with Trip.com did g allow the owner to reach us (phone nor email), we reached an empty, closed venue. Which I have to stay is pretty upsetting when it is -2 outside. However, after few phone calls, and relevant explanations, we got welcomed warmly by the owner and the neighbor business owner and we moved in accordingly. Thank you to the neighbor businessman to help us carry our heavy luggage till the 2nd floor!! Beautiful house and deco; beautiful bedroom BUT, extremely cold toilet and bathroom (supposed to be a hammam??? We never found the way to turn it into a hammam…. It is gorgeous…. But… damn cold!) Again, the house is very beautifully decorated which was so nice to experiment for breakfast. Do try this place which bedrooms names are themed on Thailand! :-)"

"Facilities: Toiletries are not provided. You must bring your own slippers. Kitchen utensils are complete. Environment: Relatively quiet. The arranged room has a nice view. Service: 🅿️Parking in the hotel’s underground garage costs about 10 euros a day. There is no Chinese service. Communication is very patient."

"The room facilities are relatively new and meet 4-star standards. I requested a high floor when booking, and I called the hotel a few days before check-in to confirm it. I didn't expect to be given the first floor in France when I checked in. I wanted to communicate with the hotel through Ctrip's customer service in China to see if I could change to a higher floor. As a result, the hotel's front desk staff hung up the phone directly because they didn't speak English. This attitude is rare. Fortunately, the windows are double-glazed and soundproof. The terminus of bus No. 3 is downstairs. The departure time of buses in France is relatively long, and there is still noise when the vehicles are waiting and idling. The hotel's breakfast is 16 euros per person, which is a bit expensive, but the orange juice and drinks are all Bio"

"There's everything you need, including an iron, microwave, and cutlery. Conveniently located. Breakfast is excellent, even though you have to walk 30 seconds down the street (they even had tea). There's a water station downstairs. Keep in mind that the room has French-style outlets, so you won't be able to use all adapters. I charged my phone via a wired connection; there was a USB outlet. The bed creaked a little. You can leave your luggage without any problems. A deposit is reserved on your card upon check-in. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I recommend it."

"Les + L'appartement hotel est très bien implanté pas loin de la gare et face à un arrêt de tram ainsi que beaucoup de restauration rapide tout au long de lavenue et meme en bas si une petite faim simpose. Un carrefour est aussi au bout de la rue et à 3 minutes de marche a pieds.. La reservation se fait par le site et pas sms nous recevons un code d'accès pour accéder a l'immeuble et a la chambre.. Pas de réception mais tout est bien conçu pour passer un bon séjour. Un ascenseur est aussi accessible pour aller dans les étages. Du café. Du thé est mis à disposition au sein de la chambre. Un coin repas et cuisine est aussi disponible pour faire comme chez soi. La wifi est disponible ainsi que la télé. Le micro onde et les plaques de cuisson sont fonctionnels. Nous avons très bien dormi car lit confortable et aucun bruit venant de l'extérieur même si la rue est une grande avenue qui vit. Une bonne odeur dégageait de la chambre et la ventilation à notre arrivée était en route donc c'était aussi très bien vu la météo en hausse ces jours ci. Les - À améliorer, un torchon au sein de l'évier niveau cuisine, serait bien pour pouvoir essuyer directement la vaisselle au lieu d'attendre qu'elle sèche pour la ranger. La personne habilitait à faire le ménage avant notre entrée aurait du vérifier la vaisselle poele casserole mises à disposition qui était encore pleine d'huile donc obligée de tout re décaper. La balayette mise a disposition etait encore impregnée de cheveix dun ancien ou dune ancienne locataire. Bref pas top sur ce coup là.Et pour finir en ouvrant le lit une tâche était au bord du drap côté gauche donc une serviette de bain à été mise afin de pouvoir dormir sereinement. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons dans cet apparthotel 97 du Havre Mais c'est une première ou il y a eu beaucoup de petits désagréments et manquements niveau hygiène. Et oublis."

"Прекрасный отель! Оочень красиво, большая площадь, все есть, включая кофемашину с капсулами и красивую посуду), удобная кровать, симпатичный маленький домик. Находится прям у автобусной остановки, очень удобно. Владелец неожиданно говорил по-русски) Если приедете раньше времени заселения, свяжитесь с отелем. Инструкции по заселению автоматически приходят в 16 часов, я приехала около 13 в доме никого не было, мне было не критично и я пошла гулять. Владелец написал мне сам, что комната свободна и он может меня встретить, заселилась в итоге около 15."

"bon rapport qualité prix Chambre spacieuse et agréable, ménage au top et petit déjeuner apprécié Un petit bémol : il faisait un peu trop chaud bien que le radiateur était éteint et la Tv, bridée à 20 au niveau sonore, devient difficilement audible si on ouvre la fenêtre (notre chambre donnait sur la route et beaucoup de passage de motos). Il m a manqué un rangement pour les affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain."
