"A lovely place to stay, with beautiful views and the constant sound of birdsong creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. It felt like a world away from home. The heated pool was wonderful, especially after a hot day of travelling, and the room was extremely comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of choices each morning. Sadak looked after us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. He really is a credit to this hotel and I hope management are aware of how amazing he is. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location right in the old town, close to all spots. The building looks amazing and the room was clean. Breakfast was good although variety was limited, with possibility to have customed omelette cooked on demand. The pool was also refreshing."

"The hotel is a little over 10 minutes' walk from both the bus station and the town's visitor center. Elephant Trunk Hill is a 30-minute walk away or accessible by the sightseeing train from the visitor center. The spacious double room I booked offers views of the mother elephant and the town's architecture from its small balcony, with particularly beautiful scenery in the early morning and evening on clear days. The room features Chinese-style décor and furnishings, a large triangular whirlpool tub, and a shower. Air conditioning may not be available, but there are two large heated seats. The Michelin-starred restaurant's exterior is covered in greenery, and the walls and chair backs are decorated with Picasso-style paintings. Guests may enjoy complimentary afternoon tea."

"The location in city center is a nice location and convenient if you want to walk. The pool and spa facilities were very nice and the pool is warmed. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, carpet, the shower handles. The bed needed a little more of a topper to make it a little more comfortable. A more ni fridge would be nice in the room so you can have cold drinks. The people were nice, the facility was clean with a good location. It worth staying."

"Great hotel outside the main city centre. We live the rooms that are comfortable with small but fantastic bathrooms. The breskfadt is as expected and served in the bright, sunny dining room. The sauna and gym are good. A ground floor pool table is fun and only €1 a game. You need a car to stay at this hotel due to the location."

"It's actually a nice hotel/hostel right by the train station. It's a bit outside the city center, but easily accessible by tram. Good breakfast at a fair price. The major drawback is that there's a disco in the same building at night, so loud the walls shake. Only the most hardy sleepers can get any rest there; everyone else would be advised against staying there."
