The staff were helpful we had a dog annd toddler in our party and there was a lovely garden to sit and enjoy a drink. All the rooms were comfortable. "Whilst the staff were polite and helpful, the room was below par, mainly due to the pathetic Air Conditioning. I stayed overnight in the middle of August, where the outside temperature was about 35 degrees. The 'air conditioning' was like an asthmatic man blowing on you, it was pathetic. It didn't cool the room at all. The control unit for the AC was flashing an error code U17, suggesting it needed maintenance. Stay could have been so much better, but completely let down by a room which was like a sauna! So glad I bought my own mini fan and left that running all night to make it bearable. Also, the reception appears to be closed until 17:00, so if you arrive before that, like I did, then you are screwed for checking in! I had to hang around until 17:00 to check in, which wasn't great after a six and a half hour drive in scorching heat. Would I stay hear again? NO!"

"A lovely place to stay, with beautiful views and the constant sound of birdsong creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. It felt like a world away from home. The heated pool was wonderful, especially after a hot day of travelling, and the room was extremely comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of choices each morning. Sadak looked after us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. He really is a credit to this hotel and I hope management are aware of how amazing he is. Highly recommended."

"Located on a mountain, you can drive to the top. The signs are clear and accurate. There is no elevator in the old castle, so you have to carry your own luggage. We arrived a bit late and didn't get to use many of the facilities. The bedding was very comfortable."

"We visited in july 2025, and had a great stay. Travelling with two teenage boys ages 15 and 17 we were given adjoining rooms on the top floor of the châteaux. (No elevator, so if you are not good with stairs, book on lower floors). Rooms had fridge, aircondition and chairs and table so we could keep water cool and have a game of cards in the evenings. The swimmingpool is heated and never crowded. No-one reserves sunbeds by placing towels, so there is always room for you and the hotel provides bathrobes and slippers for all guests. There is also an indoor swimmingpool that my husband and son used on a rainy day, and they said it was lovely. The garden is beautiful and tranquile, and a perfect place to relax with a paper or book. A special thanks to Flavian, the concierge, who showed us around, told the story of the châteaux and its gardens and was eager to share tips and advise on what to see and do in the region. Our French is very limited, so it was nice to get friendly help in english. ♥️"

"The location in city center is a nice location and convenient if you want to walk. The pool and spa facilities were very nice and the pool is warmed. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, carpet, the shower handles. The bed needed a little more of a topper to make it a little more comfortable. A more ni fridge would be nice in the room so you can have cold drinks. The people were nice, the facility was clean with a good location. It worth staying."

"Good environment, remote Checking in at night, the waiter I met was very attentive. Although there were some mistakes, he worked hard to deal with them. The kitchen is fully equipped, and I cooked dinner at 00:30 😄 It's a pity that it's too night to stay, no other facilities are used 😅"

"In the town, the door was closed and the bell needed to be ringed. The first time we saw it was locked and circled a big circle. The hotel is an ancient castle, very beautiful, there is no elevator, the box is the waiter to help carry it to the third floor, thank you. There is no restaurant, but you can order takeaway. The room is large, the bathroom design is unreasonable, and the overall is perfect."

"Very disappointed with the hotel, the rooms are old, no storage, there was no heating, it was extremely cold, a technician was supposed to intervene but he never came. The sound insulation is catastrophic, we can hear everything the roommates do. The swimming pool was supposed to be heated but this was not the case, the hammam did not work so everyone crowded into the sauna so it was rarely available. We sat on small rattan armchairs to wait for our massage, these armchairs were moldy. The positive points: the staff, breakfast and herbal tea available."

"24-hour reception, we dropped off our bags and went for a walk. The location is convenient, two metro stops from the train station, and all the sights are nearby. We were staying in Rouen and taking day trips around Normandy. We shared two rooms with two doors, very convenient. The only downside is the lack of a washing machine. The kitchen is small; there's a stovetop, but no oven or dishwasher. The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer. The deposit is paid by credit card, and we got it back five minutes after checkout, just in time to get to the metro. We didn't have breakfast, but there are plenty of bakeries nearby."
