The room layout is well-designed, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The staff are enthusiastic and the complimentary airport shuttle and free daily laundry service for up to 8 items are fantastic added-value services. The plum juice and lemonade in the lobby are delicious, and there's free dessert soup available in the evenings. The delivery robot can even bring food upstairs. The hotel breakfast deserves a special mention – it's truly superb. All in all, it offers great value for money. The only minor issue was the replenishment of toiletries. The toothpaste in the toothbrush and toothpaste set is tiny. We didn't change toothbrushes and used them for a few days to be more environmentally friendly, but the toothpaste was too small and there was no separate toothpaste provided. We were told we could only use the toothpaste from a new set. On the first day, we didn't notice they hadn't replenished it after we used some, and on the second day, they only provided one new set. The toothpaste really isn't enough!🤣

Each pavilion, every bridge and flowing stream is breathtakingly beautiful, leaving us spellbound and enchanted. The joy and pleasure we feel within are simply beyond words. Your hotel's exceptional service, transcending perfection, combined with these exquisite imperial gardens, has utterly captivated us and made our dream of experiencing Chinese culture come true! As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. The hotel staff were attentive and meticulous; communication via WeChat was smooth whenever we had questions or requests. The breakfast, delivered to our room in a charming, antique-style two-tiered wooden box, was a particular highlight, and the 'saorou' noodles were quite memorable. The high-altitude pool and the Clock Tower viewing platform offer unique perspectives of the ancient city. The overall ambiance of the hotel is relaxed and distinctive, and the parting gift was a delightful touch.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Xi'an, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers and right next to the Muslim Quarter. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and transportation. The front desk service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful! We booked two rooms, and the staff proactively upgraded our room types and arranged connecting rooms, which was perfect for our family to look after each other. They even thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, and seeing that our child was tired from the journey, they specially sent over a small gift. So many thoughtful details! The room's amenities were good, and it was generally clean and tidy. This hotel is definitely worth choosing for a trip to Xi'an. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, right next to the landmark Bell Tower. You just exit subway station B, and the lobby entrance is about 50 meters to your left. We chose a room with an excellent location; it was very clean and comfortable. The self-service laundry room on the 6th floor was also very convenient. If the timing wasn't right, we could even call the front desk to have them wash and dry our clothes and deliver them to our room. This service was a lifesaver during our stay, keeping our clothes fresh and dry, so we didn't have to go home with smelly laundry.

The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace Ruins Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance and a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with four bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical and can accommodate our group of 9 people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.

My stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .
