Yunhe Yebo Hotel is truly excellent, 100% recommendable to friends and family. From the moment I arrived, almost all staff members I encountered greeted me proactively and offered assistance. When small issues arose, senior staff members reacted quickly and provided excellent solutions. The room was clean, with wooden floors that were mopped during cleaning, which felt much cleaner than carpet! The behavior of some tourists visiting Xi'an needs improvement; despite the hotel's clear no-smoking policy, there were still rooms where people smoked, and the smell drifted over. After reporting it, the hotel quickly provided an air purifier. Laundry service was provided, with clothes washed and disinfected separately, then neatly folded and returned to the room. The absolute best part was the policy of 'no washing of intimate wear and socks.' This was incredibly reassuring! Even if disinfected, I wouldn't want to use a machine that has washed other people's intimate wear/socks! This move by the hotel is simply brilliant! They offer free airport shuttle service and a bus shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors Museum, which is very convenient. It's important to emphasize that the hotel isn't just relying on the services mentioned above. The hotel itself is actually very beautiful, with grand yet comfortable decor. The furnishings in the room are very tastefully designed, with electric curtains and TV screen mirroring, among other features. Although it opened in 2021, it's very well-maintained; both the public areas and rooms feel new and are very attractive. If you're worried that the hotel's public photos might be enhanced, rest assured, it is genuinely that beautiful in reality.

Absolutely loved this hotel! While a bit pricey, it was totally worth it. The scenery is stunning, truly giving you the feeling of being transported back to the Tang Dynasty. Yu Shanyuan is definitely the best restaurant nearby; the chef's skills are top-notch. Every evening, there's a hot spring bath available, which was incredibly refreshing after visiting the Terracotta Warriors. The kids even said they didn't want to leave!

Et Fei, a brand co-created by Hyatt and首旅如家 (Shou Lv Ru Jia), truly lives up to its reputation. The public areas are incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The Lobby Innovation Space is perfect for working or relaxing, and the 24-hour coffee bar is a fantastic bonus. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, and the in-room smart system is easy to use. The mini-bar is also well-stocked. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is a must-have for long stays and very convenient for business travelers or those on an extended trip. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all very friendly, responsive, and meticulous with their daily cleaning. The location is great for getting around, with plenty of dining options nearby. I stayed for over a week straight, and overall, it was consistently good with no unpleasant surprises. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize Et Fei for my next visit. Highly recommended!

Disappointing Stay Despite an Impressive Suite We were really looking forward to our stay at the Sheraton Xi’an North City Hotel, particularly as we had booked an Executive Suite. Unfortunately, while the suite looked impressive at first glance, our overall experience was disappointing and fell short of the standard we had experienced at the other hotels during our trip. The main issue was the air conditioning, which simply did not cool the room adequately. The temperature remained around 27°C, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. The solution offered by the hotel was to provide two portable air coolers, but unfortunately these made little difference to the room temperature. For a hotel of this standard, we would have expected the air conditioning to be functioning properly rather than relying on portable units. There were also issues with the fridge/minibar and room service. After checking in, we noticed that the fridge/minibar had not been stocked and contacted reception to ask about it. Unfortunately, communication was difficult, and after around 40 minutes we were still waiting for an answer. We were told that a manager would call us back, but this did not happen. Eventually, someone came to the room and explained that if we wanted drinks, we would need to order them through room service. This would have been acceptable had room service been reasonably prompt, but on the two occasions we ordered, delivery took around an hour. To be fair, however, the food itself was very good once it arrived. Housekeeping was another area where we were disappointed. On the day before checkout, towels had been left in the bath as a clear indication that they needed replacing. When we returned late that evening after a full day of sightseeing, the towels had still not been replaced and the bed had not been made. Fresh bottles of water had been left, so there had clearly been some room servicing, but the incomplete housekeeping was disappointing. There were also some cleanliness issues within the suite. Although it looked impressive, closer inspection revealed dirty marks on the mirror and tabletops, while the safe contained a noticeable amount of dust. More concerningly, we found part of what appeared to be a medical tablet inside the safe. These are small details individually, but together they suggested that the room had not received the level of detailed cleaning we would expect before a new guest arrived. We don't want this review to appear unfair, because there were positives. The Executive Suite itself was spacious and had the potential to be an excellent room, and, as mentioned, the food we ordered from room service was very good. The problems were also not about the friendliness of individual staff members; rather, they concerned communication, follow-through, housekeeping and the resolution of basic room issues. Overall, it was a shame because we had been looking forward to our stay here. Unfortunately, the combination of an uncomfortable room temperature, delays in resolving the minibar issue, slow room service and inconsistent housekeeping meant that the stay was not the relaxing experience we had hoped for. Compared with the other hotels we stayed in during our trip, the Sheraton Xi’an North City lacked consistency in several areas that are important to us. We hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively, as with better attention to maintenance, housekeeping and service follow-through, the property could deliver a much better guest experience.

Five-star recommendation! MEILIE B&B by Xi'an Bell Tower. The location is absolutely perfect, just a 3-minute walk to Muslim Street and 5 minutes to the Bell Tower. The Wabi-sabi design is super photogenic, and the rooms are equipped with Le Labo, Dyson, and Marshall. Soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooftop infinity pool and observation deck offer a breathtaking view of the Bell Tower lighting up at sunset. The 24-hour butler service is attentive, with breakfast and late-night snacks delivered to your room. Complimentary welcome fruit and afternoon tea are provided, along with a free travel photoshoot and a custom small seal souvenir. It's a peaceful oasis in a lively area, offering a one-stop shop for dining, sightseeing, and accommodation. If you're coming to Xi'an, book this without hesitation!

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!

I booked two rooms, one directly facing the hallway entrance and the other next to the equipment room, at opposite ends of the same floor. They claimed this was to keep us on the same floor. Is this how you treat long-time customers? Do you call two twin beds pushed together a 'king room'? And then claim it's an upgraded room type? Why didn't the front desk mention this at check-in? It's not like I'm stingy about a few extra bucks. No one paid any attention when we got in or out of the car, or when entering/exiting the hotel. I know you don't lack guests, but I will definitely not choose Renaissance Hotel again when I come to Xi'an in the future. Regarding the Minibar & Welcome Drinks: The front desk specifically told me they were chargeable. After calling the duty manager, it took multiple confirmations for them to finally admit that my booked room type included them for free.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority. The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level. This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace Ruins Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance and a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with four bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical and can accommodate our group of 9 people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.
