"I returned from overseas and found my old house in Xi'an unsafe due to its age and being uninhabited for so long, so I chose this hotel near the Bell Tower. The location is excellent, with delicious food right on the doorstep. What's more, the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. A special shout-out to Xiao Qiao; even though she's new, she's very familiar with her duties and passionate about her work and guests. She not only showed me various room types but also offered many practical recommendations. The lobby manager and team also took wonderful care of my 90-year-old mother, who uses a wheelchair. We're very grateful for them accommodating our room change! For the exquisite buffet afternoon tea, I highly recommend the Japanese daifuku and ice jelly—they were delicious!"

"I stayed in a king-size room with a direct view of the city wall from the terrace. The room was clean and bright, and you could see the city wall directly from the terrace. The night views were beautiful with all the lights. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally sprained my ankle while I was out sightseeing, and it swelled up quite a bit. The front desk kindly provided ice packs multiple times for cold compresses, and the robot delivered them to my room promptly. Thanks to their quick and proper care, the swelling improved significantly, and I'm really grateful for that!"

"Step into history! Daming Palace Park is right on your doorstep! When I traveled to Xi'an, I specifically chose the Atour Hotel at Xi'an North Railway Station for convenience, and my stay far exceeded my expectations, especially the surrounding attractions. It truly made me exclaim, 'No wonder it's the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties!' Stepping out is like 'attending court'; you emerge directly at Danfeng Gate from the escalator of Metro Line 4's North Square exit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Xi'an Railway Station and the city wall, perfectly integrated into Xi'an's historical fabric. What was most impressive is that Xi'an North Railway Station Square is actually 'Danfeng Gate Square,' and as soon as you exit the station, you're greeted by magnificent Tang Dynasty palace architecture, as if instantly transported back to the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Daming Palace National Heritage Park is within walking distance, allowing you to experience the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty's political center. Walking south, the grey city wall adjoins the south station building of the railway station; exiting the station, you can touch the weighty historical evidence that confirms the lyrics, 'Under Xi'an people's city wall is Xi'an people's train,' hahaha. Getting to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, or seeing the night view of Datang Everbright City at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is also extremely convenient. Whether by taxi or Metro Line 4, you can get there quickly, achieving a seamless transition between sightseeing and relaxation. Service: Neighborly care that makes you feel at home. As soon as I entered, I felt Atour's signature warm service. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, checked me in efficiently and quickly, and thoughtfully offered hot tea. They not only patiently explained nearby attractions and food recommendations but also, seeing that I had a lot of stuff, specially gave me a sturdy cloth bag and a small gift when I checked out. This feeling of being noticed and cared for was truly wonderful! Room facilities: Clean, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful details. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, and very well laid out, especially suitable for business trips. What I was most satisfied with was Atour's bedding – just the right firmness. Coupled with excellent soundproofing, I had a very quiet and peaceful night's rest. The cleaning auntie was also very prompt, and the bathroom was clean with a good wet-dry separation. Additionally, the hotel's self-service laundry room was a lifesaver, so practical for anyone traveling for a few days. Breakfast experience: Rich, delicious, and late-night comfort. Breakfast offered a wide variety, balancing taste and nutrition. There was freshly ground soy milk, freshly made mini adorable roujiamo (meat burgers), and various porridges, noodles, desserts, and fruits. The best part is that on weekends, it's available until 11 am, so you can sleep in and still enjoy it. If you return late after visiting Datang Everbright City at night, there's a 'late-night congee' service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. A hot bowl of congee with some small pickled vegetables instantly cures the fatigue of travel. Whether it's the location, the rich historical and cultural atmosphere, or the hotel's soft and hard services, Atour does an excellent job. If you're also visiting Xi'an and want to immerse yourself in the charm of the ancient capital, choosing this place offers great value for money.
