"I've visited Xi'an many times, and this hotel stay was by far the best experience! The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with convenient transportation. Everything is close by, saving a lot of commuting hassle, making it perfect for tourists. The area is packed with attractions, shopping malls, and great restaurants, making it super convenient for sightseeing, leisure, and dining. The room facilities are very comprehensive, with complete hardware. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, clean, and tidy. The bed quality is excellent, clean and fluffy, making it incredibly comfortable to lie on. The lighting in the room is soft and creates a great ambiance, not harsh on the eyes. All kinds of daily amenities are available, and the attention to detail is impressive, fully meeting all needs for a travel stay. Good facilities, excellent location, and comfortable living – the overall experience was outstanding! I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit Xi'an!"

"Novotel never disappoints, and this one in Xi'an was no exception. Great location, convenient for getting around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and even though it was busy, it wasn't chaotic. The room was clean and hygienic, and the toilet even had a bidet function. Besides the complimentary drinks in the fridge, we were also pleasantly surprised with a souvenir upon check-out."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"Before embarking on our trip, booking the hotel on Ctrip was the first step. I spent a long time looking, choosing, and deliberating, especially since this was a family trip, which requires more consideration than traveling solo. Ultimately, this hotel, especially with its high-value added airport and Terracotta Army shuttle services, deeply caught my attention. After communicating with the hotel on Ctrip, I decided to book this place for a consecutive stay. **Environment:** I'd say it's divided into internal and external (surrounding areas). Inside, it boasts a Zen-inspired design, and there are two elevators. Perhaps having taken over from another hotel, Nanfeng decided to pass on more benefits to its guests. Unfortunately, the floor in my room was slightly warped, but it wasn't a major issue. The surrounding area is actually a bonus beyond its unique features. It's close to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the Anyuan Gate section of the city wall. Many popular competitors are also nearby. I recommend Xiaojia Youcha Mahua (fried dough twists with oil tea) as a local specialty (please delete if this violates any rules). The Xiaonanmen morning market is also within walking distance, and there's a bus stop right nearby. Taking the bus is convenient, and using the Alipay public transport code offers better discounts. Xi'an Metro Line 6's Qiaozi Pass station is relatively further away. **Facilities:** Staying on the 7th floor, I felt the water pressure wasn't very strong. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. I specifically chose a room away from the elevator to avoid the evening market noise. Basic necessities were covered, a stable setup, though the lack of a Wi-Fi password felt a bit insecure. **Hygiene:** After resting, the room was cleaned promptly the next day. We were so captivated by the 'Carb Capital' this time that we might have overdone it with in-room dining, but every evening we returned to a refreshed space. Thumbs up for the housekeeping service. **Service:** As a somewhat bothersome guest, I often reconfirmed my reservations. I troubled the hotel for their work contact number once or twice. While replies weren't always immediate, they always confirmed for me, which was great. **Complimentary Xianyang Airport Transfer:** This was my first time experiencing this service, and also my first time seeing the airport's facade, as I usually take the subway. The return trip also reduced the number of security checks; direct transfers offer many benefits. **Terracotta Army Scenic Area Shared Shuttle:** Compared to the numerous direct buses in Xi'an, being picked up and dropped off right outside the hotel (they also support specific pick-up/drop-off points, which requires prior communication) significantly reduced travel fatigue and itinerary anxiety. Most of my personal requests were met. Thanks to the hotel. Overall, a very high-value stay. B+"

"When come back to Xian i hope to book back in here. The staff are friendly helpful and attentive. The amenities are clean and well appointed and the location is perfect for all of the action around Bell Tower. Our tours picked us up from 100m nearby and the metro entry is just out the door. Perfect. Loved it."

"The hotel is generally clean and tidy, and the service is good. It's also close to Sajinqiao, the Muslim Quarter, and the Bell Tower. However, the city center is extremely congested; it's difficult to get a taxi anywhere, and the noise from the roadside at night is very loud, making it impossible to sleep soundly."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Bell Tower. It's super convenient for getting anywhere, and taxis are inexpensive. It's also right next to Exit B of Bell Tower Station on Metro Line 2 (though it seems this exit doesn't have an escalator, which is a minor drawback). The cleanliness is impeccable, and they even have snacks and fruit tea outside the laundry room. All the staff are lovely, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. Xi'an is a food paradise, and my carb cravings were totally satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an!"

"The location is perfect, the hotel is very close to the Bell Tower, within easy walking distance. The front desk had promotions for Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) and makeup experiences, which I booked directly. The makeup style was well-suited to Xi'an's ancient charm. I also signed up for the hotel's Terracotta Warriors shuttle bus. The next day, it picked us up punctually downstairs. The entire trip included a guide and lunch, everything was clearly arranged. After a full day of sightseeing, I returned to my room and used the smart speaker to control the room facilities – a real blessing for lazy people! The curtains were thick and blackout, with soft, non-glaring colors, so I wasn't bothered by the sun during the day. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations!"
