"Our stay at the Bell Tower Yuanto Hotel in Xi'an was a pleasant surprise in terms of cleanliness and facilities. As soon as we entered the room, it felt fresh and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job, cleaning the tabletops, floors, and even the crevices of the bedside tables. The bedding was clean and odorless. The bathroom was impeccably maintained with effective wet and dry separation, no water stains or puddles, and an overall bright and transparent feel. The room's hardware was high-end, with a complete smart system that was easy to use. Voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning was a real hands-free convenience. The Mousse mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too firm—and very comfortable for a restful sleep. The Dyson hairdryer was powerful, and the instant hot water dispenser was incredibly practical. There was ample storage space in the room, and all bathroom accessories were in perfect condition. The whole-house Wi-Fi was stable and never disconnected. Public areas were continuously cleaned, and the self-service laundry room had brand-new machines and a tidy environment. The robots for food and item delivery were highly efficient. The hotel's location in the Bell Tower business district offered convenient metro access. With meticulous cleanliness, new and functional facilities, our stay was truly excellent. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit to Xi'an."

It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Drum Tower and Huimin Street for intimate contact. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the South Gate Ancient City Wall and about 5 minutes to walk to the Bell Tower subway bus stop. It takes about 4 stops by bus to reach Xi'an Railway Station. It takes about 25 minutes to take the No. 2 subway directly from the hotel entrance to the North Railway Station. The hotel has the largest underground parking lot in the Bell Tower business district, divided into two floors - basement one and basement two, with 350 parking spaces, solving the problem of parking difficulties for guests near the Bell Tower. The guest rooms are designed in a fashionable, luxurious and comfortable manner. In addition, the hotel is equipped with a 24-hour gym, children's play area, free self-service laundry room, etc., adding more convenience to guests and allowing them to enjoy business travel and vacation life.
"The hotel is just tens of meters from Exit H of Zhonglou Subway Station, with plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby. It's conveniently located, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the lighting and bathroom fixtures are smart and convenient. The overall style is simple. Upon check-in, a butler immediately added me on WeChat to recommend nearby attractions and dining spots. I just forgot to take pictures, so I can only post about the Bell and Drum Tower. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

The airport and Terracotta Warriors shuttle service is a huge plus! 👍 The lobby on the first floor is decorated in an antique style. The breakfast buffet has long hours and offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes. They also have a free laundry room, a gym, and a small internet café. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive. Five stars!"

"🥳 Overall, I highly recommend staying here – it's great value for money. 🥳 Soundproofing: The soundproofing is excellent; it's very quiet. I checked in late at night and left in the morning, and I didn't hear any noise from the hallway during that time. 🥳 Service: The staff are good-looking, and the airport shuttle service is relatively well-organized (compared to other branches). Calling the front desk gets you assistance, and for departures, they even help guide guests to the car. This isn't some amateur operation. They help with luggage, hold elevator doors – you can really feel the warmth in these details. 🥳 Breakfast: The variety isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up. The douhua (tofu pudding) gets a thumbs up; even if the taste is just okay, I appreciate that it's offered. The saorou noodles were very springy, and the Eight Treasure Porridge was delicious! 🥳 Location: With the airport shuttle service, getting to and from the airport is quite convenient. Finally, a few suggestions: The waiting time for airport pickup is 20 minutes; it would be better to have guests contact them in advance to arrange a car. Also, the car picks up and drops off guests at multiple terminals, not just one destination, which contradicts the information given by the front desk. And please, clean the artificial flowers in the restaurant – there's some... fuzz on them. 😹"

"The location is great, within walking distance to the city wall, and you can see the Bell Tower right outside the window – the night view is stunning. The Drum Tower is also an easy walk away. The afternoon tea was quite simple, just basic drinks and biscuits. I called the number provided for the Terracotta Warriors explanation, but no one answered. Since there are many tourists outside until late, it can be noisy. If you prefer quiet, a room with a view might not be the best choice."

"The hotel is new and very clean. Right outside, you'll find the Daxuexi Alley food street, which is absolutely delicious! (Just pick the places with a crowd; we didn't have a single bad meal, and the BBQ was incredibly cheap). It's about 1km from the Bell Tower, perfect for an evening stroll to see the night view. The subway station is only about 100 meters away. It's truly convenient. Plus, there's a Luckin Coffee inside the hotel, which made me so, so happy! I'll definitely stay here again next time. (Manager, can I get a discount next time, haha?) The only thing I'd say is that the air conditioning was a bit too strong; it got quite cold."

The cleanliness is impeccable, and they even have snacks and fruit tea outside the laundry room. All the staff are lovely, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. "My stay at Xi'an Jingxin Hotel far exceeded my expectations, I really have to praise it! The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The biggest surprise was the full smart home setup. The intelligent 'Xiao Du' (smart assistant) was incredibly responsive, with fast voice recognition. I didn't even have to get out of bed to touch switches; I could control the lights, air conditioning, and even play music just by speaking. I especially loved the smart curtains – they operated quietly and smoothly, and the blackout effect was excellent. In the morning, I'd ask Xiao Du to open the curtains, and the sunlight would slowly flood into the room. At night, when I wanted to rest, I'd just voice-command the curtains to close, instantly setting the perfect ambiance. As a 'lazy person,' I absolutely loved it! The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The staff were warm, attentive, and responded promptly to any requests. The smart facilities significantly enhanced my sense of well-being during the stay, offering a truly high-tech experience and maximizing comfort. This trip to Xi'an with my child exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it high praise. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to major attractions and the high-speed rail station. Catching a taxi or taking the subway saves time and effort. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring my child slept soundly. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they thoughtfully provided kid-friendly amenities. The public areas were elegant and quiet, with a strong ancient charm in the decor, which perfectly suited the Hanfu photoshoots we were doing. The facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene details were meticulously handled. It offers superb value for money and is our top choice for family travel. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Xi'an!

As one of the top hot spring hotels in the country, the check-in experience was truly impressive. The guest rooms come with private hot springs, and it was my first time experiencing hot spring water that circulates all day. From 7 PM to midnight every evening, the hot springs continuously and automatically circulate, allowing guests to enjoy a soak even after returning from the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance. This washes away travel fatigue, making for an excellent experience. The next day, guests can visit the Baoji Pool outdoor public hot springs, which offer a secluded outdoor environment with low traffic and spacious surroundings, making for a very pleasant hot spring experience. Regarding dining, breakfast is served at the Royal Dining Hall. The hotel provides a shuttle service for transportation, saving guests the walk and a lot of time. The restaurant service is attentive and thoughtful, and they even specially prepared authentic Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) on the spot, which was full of flavor. Dinner is also served here, and I highly recommend the braised Yellow River soft-shelled turtle; it's definitely worth trying. The hotel's location is a significant advantage, with an exclusive access channel to the Huaqing Palace, making it very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area. I also want to provide honest feedback on some areas for improvement: The front desk and shuttle staff were a bit stiff in their demeanor, lacking warmth and giving off a distant vibe, as if their workplace was too high-end. Also, the cleanliness details in the public areas need improvement. I found traces of small insects inside drawers, so I recommend strengthening deep disinfection and daily cleaning and maintenance.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to two metro stations, which was perfect for traveling with kids. There are also tons of dining options nearby. It's an easy walk to the City Wall and the Xi'an Museum & Small Wild Goose Pagoda, which was a huge plus. The only downside was that our street-facing room was a bit noisy, but closing the windows solved that. Breakfast was just okay.

Treasure B&B MEILIE LING is a must-recommend! Located in the Bell Tower commercial area, it saves time and effort for getting around and sightseeing. The interior style is simple yet luxurious, creating a great ambiance, and the rooms are clean and dry. The staff are kind and efficient in their responses. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room. It's rare to find such a comfortable place to stay during a trip. The hotel has a great design, comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, and a very pleasant scent that helps you relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Watching the sunset around 7 PM on a clear day from the viewing platform by the pool is simply delightful!

As a frequent business traveler, this hotel is my regular haunt. Over time, I've gotten to know the front desk and housekeeping staff pretty well. This time, I want to give a special shout-out to Li Xia. During the summer holidays, hotel rooms are hard to come by. I had an impromptu trip and the hotel showed as fully booked. I thought I'd have to scramble to find another place for the night. But Li Xia didn't just brush me off; she actively coordinated and communicated, working tirelessly to help me. In the end, she successfully made arrangements for me. Working on the road constantly, my schedule and itinerary are always unpredictable. She's always been incredibly understanding of my work challenges, meticulously thoughtful, and always anticipates guest needs. Her daily service is down-to-earth and dedicated, handling every small task with serious responsibility. Her service strikes the perfect balance – never intrusive, yet always there to help when I need it. She's never explicitly asked for positive feedback; she wins people over with her genuine service. Having stayed in many chain and high-end hotels over the years, it's rare to encounter such a responsible service professional. She doesn't just do her job; she genuinely solves problems from the guest's perspective. Kudos to Li Xia for her professionalism and dedication. The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.

My stay is on the 15th floor with a mini window and a very comfortable bed. They have separate wash from for bath and toilet , while the wash place is outside the toilet. Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .
