This is a grand and impressive hot spring resort, reminiscent of an era of economic prosperity. My friend and I had an excellent stay during the Dragon Boat Festival. Although the hotel opened in 2017, every part of the architecture, rooms, and gardens are exceptionally well-maintained. Plus, it wasn't overly crowded, and the hot spring water was clean and of great quality. They even provided a fruit platter while we were soaking. The service truly touched me. From arrival to departure, enthusiastic staff members were constantly helping us with luggage, guiding us, and providing buggy transfers. On our second morning, it was raining, and the front desk proactively asked if we'd like room service. The breakfast they delivered was incredibly generous. It's a shame my friend and I arrived a bit late and missed out on the complimentary activities offered by the hotel. However, the staff patiently confirmed everything with us, which made my experience feel complete. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a good staycation.

Our stay at the hotel was absolute perfection. The rooms stylish, clean and so comfortable. The amenities feel luxurious and the staff went above and beyond to assure we felt cared for. The breakfast and afternoon tea are a must and don’t miss a swim in the pool!! The location was perfect for us as it is close to the main attractions within the city walls, yet feels very quiet and removed when you need to recharge. Loved it all!

You can't get any closer to Longshouyuan Metro Station, the location is super convenient. The hotel is relatively new, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, so it's not too crowded even if you're sharing with a child. They said they upgraded my room, but the view... it was just okay, facing purely west. It was a bit dark during the day, and only when the sun was about to set did the light get better. The hotel has a small pool, and my child went three times. I didn't book breakfast, so I'm not sure how it is, but you can buy a group deal for it on Dianping.

I never write reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves one. A great hotel like this should be known by everyone! Before checking in, I called to ask if they could air out the room, and the friendly male staff member on the phone happily agreed. When I arrived in the evening, both the front desk lady and the lobby staff greeted me with smiles and were very approachable. After checking in, I had a small issue, and the staff went above and beyond, running up and down a few times to help resolve it. The next day, a female staff member even came up specifically to apologize for the minor problem from the day before. The hotel's breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the restaurant staff were also incredibly warm and attentive. I ended up extending my stay for another night. When checking out, the front desk staff specially came over to give me a small gift, again expressing their apologies for the little hiccup during my stay. This is a truly sincere hotel that makes travelers feel completely at home. I can't recommend it enough! 👍

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, from the service to the decor – highly recommend! My strong feelings are definitely due to the contrast with other experiences. (😂) Let me specifically highlight the breakfast buffet: a warm welcome, guided to our seats, and asked if we'd like coffee or tea. When we headed for the 'shui pen niu rou' (a local beef dish), a staff member immediately came over to assist us. The buffet spread was incredibly generous, offering both local specialties for visitors to experience and other regional delicacies like 'jianbing' (savory pancakes)!

My first time trying this place, and I thought it was great! I booked the cheapest room, which I think was a 16-person dorm, but the front desk lady upgraded me to a 12-person one. I even extended my stay for another night. The environment inside is quite peaceful. Everyone in the common areas is pretty respectful, except for a few loud shouts during billiards sometimes! Oh, and there were a lot of foreigners, couples mostly, chatting among themselves – it had a nice vibe. Since it was my first time, I wasn't familiar with everything and didn't prepare toiletries. When I went to shower, I even saw two guys coming out of the same stall, which honestly stunned me a bit. However, the privacy in the restrooms and shower rooms is excellent; they're all enclosed. The hot water comes on quickly, the water pressure is strong, and everything is clean. Everyone seemed pretty well-behaved. I mostly kept to myself, though, and didn't really interact with anyone. At one point, a foreigner asked me in English if he could use a stool. I honestly didn't understand anything he said, but I got his meaning and just waved my hand. He must have thought I was refusing him because he started to leave. I was so flustered I couldn't speak, just waving my hands around like fans, trying to convey my meaning. He must have seen my panic and understood, so he moved the stool. Only then could I relax and continue drinking my hot water alone. (I saw the front desk staff, both a guy and a lady, speaking English with the foreigners, and I was so envious! Ugh, I can only read English; I can't understand or speak it. I really need to practice my listening and speaking skills. I'll try my luck again next time.) Overall, I think it's a pretty good place. Oh, and its location is fantastic, right by the Bell Tower. But make sure you exit the correct subway station, or else a directionally challenged person like me will spend almost an hour wandering around trying to find it!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, right down to the odor-free bathroom with plenty of stable hot water. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always happy to help with a kind attitude. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation. I slept really well, and I highly recommend this place!

The B&B's location is fantastic, super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter! It's right next to the ancient city wall, which was a major reason I chose this place. The overall decor is a lovely Chinese style, with two courtyards! There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace – sitting up there with a coffee, just chilling out, is incredibly enjoyable. The bed in the room was really comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The bathtub was clean and tidy, perfect for a super relaxing soak, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing thoughtful and attentive service that made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place. I strongly recommend this hotel located on Huimin Street near Bell Tower in Xi'an! The location is exceptional, walking distance to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter and the City wall making getting around very convenient. It is suitable for first time visitors to Xi’an. The hotel is impeccably clean, tidy and modern. The staff are warm and considerate, work efficiently, and respond quickly to needs. We felt very well looked after knowing we could contact hotel staff personally on WeChat if we needed anything. Yoyo even gave us the addresses of some watch repair places and she wasn’t on shift at the time. She also saw us outside and came to greet us and helped with our luggage before we had even set foot inside when we came to check in and this was after midnight! The room is quiet and comfortable, and you can find tranquility from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was very nice with both western and Chinese choices. The Nespresso machine in the room and the capsules provided each day were enjoyed. The relaxing tea area in the room was a great place to sit and watch the bustling street from a distance. We asked for additional bottled water each day and it was never a problem. The overall experience of staying here is very pleasant, and it is the first choice for tourists visiting Xi'an. There was nothing that could have been improved!
