Posted on Jul 19, 2026|Hot Spring Room (Double Bed)
Anonymous UserThe hotel is right inside the Huaqing Palace scenic area, so the location is fantastic. We booked a room with a private hot spring tub (though the hot spring water only runs from 7 PM and wasn't hot enough). The hotel butler service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very warm and diligent. You can also inform the front desk in advance to arrange an electric shuttle for transfers within the scenic area. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the service there was also superb. Recommended.

Guest UserThis hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful.
The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel!
The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses.
But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up!
The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service!
My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast and late-night snack options could be improved.

SYSHOOKXi'an Tone Parc Hotel – I wasn't very familiar with the name, but I chose it because of its excellent location (right near the Bell Tower), and it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The facilities are great: the room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was far superior to what you'd find at Hampton Inn or Vienna Hotel. The management and staff are all young, incredibly warm, friendly, and always happy to answer questions. They're quick to resolve any issues customers might have. Our flight was canceled, forcing us to rebook, which affected the time for our airport transfer service. They patiently helped us contact the transfer department multiple times until everything was perfectly resolved. I'm truly grateful for their assistance!

ZhenniTennyListening to the rain outside while soaking in a warm tub indoors – it was incredibly stress-relieving! It's been raining so much lately, I felt like I was about to grow mold. This weekend, I finally got to experience the hot spring getaway I'd been dreaming of. As soon as I opened the door, I was amazed – the room had a beautiful Tang Dynasty-inspired elegance! Wooden window lattices, gauze curtains, a tea ceremony setup, and even the hot tub was tucked away behind bamboo screens. The best part? Outside, it was gently raining. I was soaking in my private, steamy hot spring, with the window cracked open. The cool air, carrying the sound of the rain, drifted in, chilling my face while my body was warm to the core. This is exactly what a rainy day should feel like! The pool water was genuine hot spring water, smooth and silky; my skin felt so much softer after soaking. The room also came with rose petals and aromatherapy scents. After soaking until I had a light sweat, I wrapped myself in a bathrobe and had a hot cup of tea. It felt like all the week's fatigue was washed away by the rain. I have to say, rainy day + private hot spring + ancient aesthetic = triple the healing! If you've been feeling cooped up by the rain lately, ladies, you really should try the joy of 'escaping into your own little world' like this.

Guest UserAbsolutely loved it! This was my favorite hotel among all the ones I booked in Xi'an this trip. I initially chose it just for its excellent location, but it totally exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and their service was top-notch; any issues I raised were addressed immediately. I really enjoyed my stay here. Before booking, I was a bit worried it might be noisy being in a bustling area, but surprisingly, I didn't hear any noise at night. I slept soundly until past 8 AM!

Peter and KrystalI strongly recommend this hotel located on Huimin Street near Bell Tower in Xi'an! The location is exceptional, walking distance to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter and the City wall making getting around very convenient. It is suitable for first time visitors to Xi’an. The hotel is impeccably clean, tidy and modern. The staff are warm and considerate, work efficiently, and respond quickly to needs. We felt very well looked after knowing we could contact hotel staff personally on WeChat if we needed anything. Yoyo even gave us the addresses of some watch repair places and she wasn’t on shift at the time. She also saw us outside and came to greet us and helped with our luggage before we had even set foot inside when we came to check in and this was after midnight!
The room is quiet and comfortable, and you can find tranquility from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was very nice with both western and Chinese choices. The Nespresso machine in the room and the capsules provided each day were enjoyed. The relaxing tea area in the room was a great place to sit and watch the bustling street from a distance. We asked for additional bottled water each day and it was never a problem.
The overall experience of staying here is very pleasant, and it is the first choice for tourists visiting Xi'an. There was nothing that could have been improved!

My first time trying this place, and I thought it was great! I booked the cheapest room, which I think was a 16-person dorm, but the front desk lady upgraded me to a 12-person one. I even extended my stay for another night.
The environment inside is quite peaceful. Everyone in the common areas is pretty respectful, except for a few loud shouts during billiards sometimes!
Oh, and there were a lot of foreigners, couples mostly, chatting among themselves – it had a nice vibe.
Since it was my first time, I wasn't familiar with everything and didn't prepare toiletries. When I went to shower, I even saw two guys coming out of the same stall, which honestly stunned me a bit.
However, the privacy in the restrooms and shower rooms is excellent; they're all enclosed. The hot water comes on quickly, the water pressure is strong, and everything is clean.
Everyone seemed pretty well-behaved. I mostly kept to myself, though, and didn't really interact with anyone. At one point, a foreigner asked me in English if he could use a stool. I honestly didn't understand anything he said, but I got his meaning and just waved my hand. He must have thought I was refusing him because he started to leave. I was so flustered I couldn't speak, just waving my hands around like fans, trying to convey my meaning. He must have seen my panic and understood, so he moved the stool. Only then could I relax and continue drinking my hot water alone. (I saw the front desk staff, both a guy and a lady, speaking English with the foreigners, and I was so envious! Ugh, I can only read English; I can't understand or speak it. I really need to practice my listening and speaking skills. I'll try my luck again next time.)
Overall, I think it's a pretty good place.
Oh, and its location is fantastic, right by the Bell Tower. But make sure you exit the correct subway station, or else a directionally challenged person like me will spend almost an hour wandering around trying to find it!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, right down to the odor-free bathroom with plenty of stable hot water. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always happy to help with a kind attitude. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation. I slept really well, and I highly recommend this place!

The location of this traditional hostel next to the city walls was very convenient and close to a metro station and at walking distance of some of the city landmarks. The room was very clean, beautiful traditional style, very comfortable beds & cosy bedlinen. Good water pressure. No noise at night time as double windows. Little offer of food and drinks at the cafe on the ground floor but many places nearby to eat and drink. I do recommend it!

IkaahI really had the best time honestly. I was traveling alone but I'm glad that there was a beautiful restaurant on the same hotel floor. I could hangout there. The hotel room was super spacious and 😍💓beautiful. It was definitely worth the stay. The room has super large windows, lol😂😂😂 the bigger the window the more you'll hear the trains passing by, because the hotel is located along the railway line. But I love the projector view instead of the TV experience. I booked two different rooms to have the best of both worlds
