Staff was very helpful with us, specially Sean Xuan with an issue we have regarding lost baggage from our previous trip Also Mia was helpful and attentive. Room was impressive and spotless clean, bathroom outstanding, location close to subway. Definitely we'll return here!

Superb location close to everything you need. Right outside the metro station. Very friendly staff from the concierge to the room cleaners. Counter staff Xiao Guo is very helpful. Equipped with basic gym and a free laundry room. Recommended for all types of travellers.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter. The subway entrance is right outside, which is super convenient. They offer afternoon tea and even provide milk at night, which is a really thoughtful touch.
