Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Xi'an Zhonggulou South Gate)

This trip to Xi'an with my child exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it high praise. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to major attractions and the high-speed rail station. Catching a taxi or taking the subway saves time and effort. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring my child slept soundly. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they thoughtfully provided kid-friendly amenities. The public areas were elegant and quiet, with a strong ancient charm in the decor, which perfectly suited the Hanfu photoshoots we were doing. The facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene details were meticulously handled. It offers superb value for money and is our top choice for family travel. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Xi'an!

Extremely satisfied! The kids had a wonderful stay. The environment is great, and it's very convenient, being close to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, nearby squares, and the subway. The breakfast was also very rich. Excellent experience 👍 The front desk staff were all very kind and enthusiastic ❤️ The photos are a bit messy, though 😂

Absolutely fantastic! They provide fresh fruit, sweet soup, and milk every day. The staff at the front desk, both the handsome guys and beautiful ladies, are incredibly welcoming. One of the front desk ladies even gave us a fridge magnet, and because we have two kids, she gave us an extra one! We'll most likely stay at this hotel again next time we're in Xi'an! On a side note, this hotel is right next to the Forest of Stone Steles Museum and not far from the Xi'an Museum, which is very convenient! They also offer airport drop-off service!

The service at this hotel was excellent; the staff were very patient. Before heading out, they'd remind us about rain, asking if we needed an umbrella, water, or a raincoat – all very thoughtful. Breakfast was also quite good, though seating could be tight during peak hours. The room's cleanliness was top-notch, very well done.

Extremely satisfied! So many thoughtful details, like a hook for towels by the sink and toothbrushes for kids. They offer various considerate services, including free airport and Terracotta Warriors transfers, and a rich breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. Highly recommended! I hope they open branches in other cities too.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick with no waiting, and the room was clean and odor-free. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing was decent, so it wasn't noisy at night. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted good. Definitely worth a visit!

The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We even got a free room upgrade! They also offer a free shuttle service to the Terracotta Warriors. The complimentary dessert delivered to our room every evening was a lovely touch, and we received a small gift upon check-out. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

Facilities: The hotel room was spacious, but not fully optimized in its layout. The carpet made it difficult to move luggage, and attention to detail was lacking. Service: Issues were addressed promptly and efficiently, but the front desk staff seemed a bit tired – they should get some rest. Hygiene: We arrived close to 5 PM, and had to wait a while to get our themed room key cards so both rooms could be on the same floor. When we passed by the rooms on our way up, we noticed they were still being cleaned.
