MMiemiemiemiemiemiebaThis is a grand and impressive hot spring resort, reminiscent of an era of economic prosperity. My friend and I had an excellent stay during the Dragon Boat Festival. Although the hotel opened in 2017, every part of the architecture, rooms, and gardens are exceptionally well-maintained. Plus, it wasn't overly crowded, and the hot spring water was clean and of great quality. They even provided a fruit platter while we were soaking.
The service truly touched me. From arrival to departure, enthusiastic staff members were constantly helping us with luggage, guiding us, and providing buggy transfers.
On our second morning, it was raining, and the front desk proactively asked if we'd like room service. The breakfast they delivered was incredibly generous.
It's a shame my friend and I arrived a bit late and missed out on the complimentary activities offered by the hotel. However, the staff patiently confirmed everything with us, which made my experience feel complete. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a good staycation.

Our butler was proactive and thoughtful, reaching out three days in advance and responding quickly to all our needs. The turndown service was exquisite, showcasing French elegance and historical charm in every detail. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a mousse cake and fresh fruit. The staff were all polite and considerate, and I particularly want to commend butler Jack, Themis, and concierge Morty Eva for their outstanding service! This hotel truly sets the standard for high-end accommodation in Xi'an and comes highly recommended.

The room itself is comfortable and clean, and it's super close to the Muslim Quarter and Bell Tower. They also offer afternoon tea and even a photography service. It was a comfortable stay and great for photos – highly recommend!

You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Check out time given was up to 2pm. Convenient and near to metro station within 5 minute walk. Just the floor is an old style make it feel dirty but is clean .
