Li Zichengzi provided excellent service, even giving a fridge magnet to the child. When our friends came to discuss business, the hotel had a spacious private room, and they kindly helped us divide it into smaller sections. The head chef, front desk staff, and a waiter worked hard to accommodate us, separating our groups, and we're very grateful for their efforts. Their fantastic service alone made me extend my stay from one day to three. The airport pick-up service was also great, and they offer a shuttle to and from the Terracotta Warriors. Everything was very thoughtful. It's no wonder they're rated as the number one comfortable hotel.

This hotel is designed in the Tang Dynasty style, seamlessly blending with the Huaqing Palace right next door, offering a truly immersive stay, especially with the even more stunning views at night. The room interiors feature exquisite Chinese decor and a private hot spring tub. Staff activate the water for the tubs daily between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, with the latest soaking time being 12:30 AM, so you can still enjoy a dip even if you return late. The water temperature is wonderfully comfortable; soaking in the tub felt even more relaxing than in Japan. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, from the front desk to the buggy drivers and other service personnel. There's a buggy service to take guests from the lobby to the hotel restaurant (as the hotel is quite large), and the buggies respond very quickly. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of dishes, all cooked to perfection. A small gate from the hotel leads directly to the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance venue within Huaqing Palace, just a 5-minute walk away. Every evening, hotel staff carrying traditional Chinese lanterns escort ticket-holding guests (whether booked through the hotel or the official platform) to the venue and wait with their lanterns after the show to guide guests back to the hotel. The site of the Xi'an Incident is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and from there, it's another 30-minute walk up Mount Li to the Arrest Chiang Pavilion, both historically significant and well worth a visit. The entrance to the Mount Li cable car is also right next to the hotel. Overall, this hotel was a delightful surprise for me. I've stayed in many top-tier hotels both domestically and internationally, but this one left a truly fantastic impression. It shows that traditional Chinese hotels can be exceptionally good.

The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel is very close to the Grand Tang Everbright City, with a free shuttle service that makes getting around incredibly convenient. There's also free parking downstairs. It's also very near the Natural History Museum and MixC (Tree of Life). You can even catch beautiful sunsets right outside the entrance. My kids loved the breakfast, and the fact that it's extended until 11 AM on Saturdays is a huge plus. The room was cleaned promptly, and the soundproofing was great. Definitely five stars!

The hotel boasts convenient transportation, allowing you to easily visit the Bell Tower on foot. The overall decor features an elegant Wabi-sabi style, with clean and refined rooms, and rich soft furnishing details. The thoughtful butler service was responsive throughout our stay. Breakfast hours are flexible, so you can sleep in and still make it. The 17th-floor infinity pool creates a fantastic atmosphere, but I especially recommend checking out the 17th-floor bar and Bell Tower viewing area at night. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is gentle and attentive, making a stay in Xi'an here very reassuring and comfortable. It's even great for a staycation! I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

This family room offers excellent value for money. The location is superb, right between Nan Shao Men Station and Yong Ning Men Station on Line 2, and close to the South Gate entrance of Xi'an City Wall. It's incredibly convenient for airport transfers and reaching any attraction. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and it's close to major shopping malls. The cleaning staff came daily to tidy up, change trash bags, and restock water. The front desk staff were very patient and helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues that came up during our stay.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

The hotel is strategically located and very convenient for getting around by metro. It is also close to the Bell Tower (Zhong Lou) and the Muslim Quarter (Hui Min Jie), making it easy to explore the main attractions in Xi’an. The hospitality at this hotel was fantastic. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Xi’an. A special thanks to Ms. Hailey at the reception. The hotel is conveniently located about 6 minutes walk from Metro station. Also it is surrounded by different tourist attractions including a walking street about 100meters away and loads of restaurants and fooddrink shops, also there's a number of shopping malls nearby! The room was very good size and the air conditioned. Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate all guest needs, excellent customer service provided by front desk! There's also a very clean and professional massage place in the building separate from the hotel! Breakfast buffet is very good and variety of food is very good from boiled eggs and milk and soya milk to freshly prepared noodles and fried eggs and bao and dumplings to different salads and fried noodles all are served. Highly recommend it to everyone who is going to the beautiful city of Xian.
