Traveling with kids, the family room was spacious and comfortable. It's a quiet area, and you can hear the morning bells. It's also super close to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, Jiujin Bridge, and City God Temple. The location is incredibly convenient, and the service was very pleasant. Overall, a satisfying stay.

The cleanliness could be improved; the headboard wasn't wiped clean and had some dust. Overall, it was pretty good. The room was spacious, breakfast offered a good variety, and the metro entrance is right outside, making it very close to the Bell Tower.

I've been to Xi'an a few times, and this trip's main purpose was to hike Mount Hua. The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside the subway station. Everything else was pretty standard.
