GGuest UserThis hotel is said to be the only one of its kind in Xi'an, and one of only two in Asia. I decided to give it a try for one night, and overall, I had a good experience. First, the environment: it's located in the former People's Mansion, within its own large courtyard, providing a quiet retreat from the bustling city. There's even a fountain downstairs. The hotel's designer is Chinese, but it boasts a French style. It was originally built during the Soviet aid era to host Soviet experts, so it likely incorporates elements from Chinese, French, and Russian cultures. About 90% of the guests are foreigners, possibly French, though I couldn't really tell. The room decor is quite elegant, not modern. The facilities and amenities are good, but some furniture and the floor show obvious signs of wear. The staff are all young and provide excellent, smiling service. Breakfast was just so-so; it seems more geared towards foreigners. For Chinese guests, the variety is quite limited, and it pales in comparison to the breakfasts at InterContinental, Four Seasons, and especially the Ritz-Carlton. But then again, each hotel has its own unique characteristics. All in all, it's a hotel worth staying at!

The hotel butler was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, treating guests with exceptional politeness, and answering questions promptly and efficiently. The hotel grounds and courtyard boast beautiful scenery, nestled by the mountains with a comfortable environment and fresh air – truly an ideal choice for a short getaway. The amenities are solid, with a shuttle bus service and direct subway access. All the staff members were enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel also features hot springs, a swimming pool, and various parent-child facilities, catering to different travel needs. My only minor suggestion would be for the Chinese restaurant's dishes to be improved. I recommend optimizing the specialty dishes and Cantonese flavors to further enhance the food quality. Showcasing the highlights of Cantonese cuisine would make it even more perfect. Overall, the comprehensive experience was great, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. I genuinely think it's fantastic and will bring my children next time! 🥰

Seafood downstairs, did not eat there. Chinese next door, we did eat at was excellent ( esp the aubergine). Fruit and snacks from vendors outside. Pool is an adequate size for a short dip in the evening to help relax.

The restaurant, located on the 38th floor, offers expansive views and a refined, comfortable dining atmosphere. The fusion of Western and Chinese dishes was a real highlight. You absolutely must try the local specialty station: the freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) had a crispy exterior and juicy braised meat, while the Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake), Hulu Tang (spicy soup), and Saozi Noodles were all authentic and delicious. You can savor Shaanxi cuisine without even leaving the hotel. The Western pastries were abundant, with croissants and Danish pastries that were soft and sweet, and the Eggs Benedict tasted authentic. The made-to-order noodle station was quick and used quality ingredients. There was a wide variety of fresh fruits, beverages, and desserts. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, the quality was top-notch, making for a delightful and satisfying breakfast. A must-try during your stay!

The hotel was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded our room, and Judy's service truly stood out – she deserves a special shoutout! 👍 The suite we stayed in was super spacious and had a fantastic ambiance. The staff even took the time to beautifully decorate the room, paying attention to every detail, which made it feel extra special and ceremonial ✨.
The package we booked included breakfast and afternoon tea, both of which had a wide variety of delicious options. The evening light meals also offered plenty of choices, and we could order all sorts of cocktails. There was even a fun cocktail challenge, but unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well that day and couldn't participate. My friends and I have already planned to come back specifically to try it next time!
I also managed to squeeze in some time at the pool. There were hardly any people there, and the environment was really comfortable. A quick swim was incredibly relaxing. Overall, the facilities, all the food options, and the service were impeccable. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

A special thank you to Cassie from the Executive Lounge; she helped us upgrade our room to an interconnected one so we could take nice photos and wake up to the sun. We were also delighted to receive a small lion plushie and custom room keys – her service was incredibly professional and thoughtful. A big thank you also goes to Jessica Jiang Xiaomin, whose room service was prompt. She also helped us take photos and enthusiastically introduced us to Xi'an's unique attractions. I'd also like to commend Li Hua, our housekeeper, for being so attentive and meticulous. Thank you. Furthermore, thanks to all the staff at the Executive Lounge for their warm and professional service.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making shopping very convenient as it has direct access to Manxiang Mall. There are also many dining options nearby, which is a huge plus. It's lovely to take a stroll in Wenjing Park both in the morning and evening. The room itself was spacious, bright, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were all very warm and friendly.

I went on a Sunday, and there was a conference, two weddings, and a child's birthday party? The public areas were better maintained than the room facilities. The F&B department seemed a bit disorganized, but everything else was okay. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the concierge called ahead to communicate.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay.

The cleaning was meticulous, and Mio was always quick to help with any small requests, always kind and patient. Our entire stay was worry-free, and the service was incredibly personable. A perfect stay experience for families with kids!
