As I sit in this room, imbued with an undeniable oriental charm, my heart is filled not only with inexpressible emotion but also with profound awe. Walking through your property feels like stepping into a magnificent Tang Dynasty painting that has been passed down through a thousand years – truly, 'every step is a beautiful scene, every corner is a wonder'! Each pavilion, every bridge and flowing stream is breathtakingly beautiful, leaving us spellbound and enchanted. The joy and pleasure we feel within are simply beyond words. Your hotel's exceptional service, transcending perfection, combined with these exquisite imperial gardens, has utterly captivated us and made our dream of experiencing Chinese culture come true! As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. Staying at the W Hotel Xi'an was, once again, a delightful surprise! The incredibly distinctive and trendy design creates an amazing ambiance, blending grand Tang Dynasty aesthetics with modern luxury. The public areas are super photogenic. The hotel facilities are excellent and comprehensive, with a well-equipped gym and pool. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering expansive views, and the hardware is simply impeccable. Aami provided thoughtful and efficient service; she was incredibly responsive to any requests, communicated kindly and patiently, and handled things promptly and decisively. Her meticulous and attentive service made us feel truly comfortable. It felt genuine and unforced, a truly warm hospitality that significantly enhanced our stay. The location is also very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. With its premium facilities and heartwarming service, it's perfect for both short trips and leisure vacations. It's definitely my first choice when visiting Xi'an!

Having stayed at many resorts, I can confidently say that the Angsana Xi'an Lintong offers an excellent all-around experience. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and meticulously maintained. Be sure to explore the courtyard; it's absolutely beautiful and full of ancient charm, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The butler service was warm, responsible, and incredibly thoughtful, proactively checking in on our needs from check-in to departure, which made us feel very welcome. They were also very quick to help us find a lost item. I highly recommend this place to everyone! The pace here is relaxed and utterly rejuvenating, making it ideal for a short family getaway. It's definitely a family-friendly hotel, perfect for those traveling with children.

I have to give this hotel a perfect score! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

I had a complimentary stay in a Prestige Suite at Sofitel Legend Xian, thanks to my Ctrip Black Diamond membership's 'One City, One Room' benefit (breakfast wasn't included but the hotel provided it anyway). Overall, it was a good experience. 1. **Warm Service**: I received a pre-arrival call, welcome drinks upon check-in, and assistance with luggage. Staff were proactive in greeting guests in common areas, and luggage storage was complimentary. 2. **Excellent Hospitality**: The hotel generously offered complimentary breakfast, and the first round of the minibar, including alcoholic beverages, was free. Definitely a big plus! 3. **Stylish Public Areas**: The hotel's common areas are well-designed and unique, incorporating historical architectural elements (a signature feature of Sofitel Legend properties). There's a 24-hour gym, and the garden environment is outstanding. 4. **Comfortable Bedding**: The bedding was very soft. The Prestige Suite itself was a reasonable size with a well-thought-out layout, though the TV was a bit old and detracted from the experience.

Just checked out on July 11th, and I absolutely have to give this hotel a big shout-out! Xi'an has been scorching hot lately, like a steaming basket, but the moment you step into the lobby, a blast of cool air instantly revives you. The hotel is located in the Gaoxin CBD, and the Zhangba Yilu Station of Metro Line 6 is just a few minutes' walk downstairs. A taxi ride to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City takes only about ten to twenty minutes. Although it's a bit further from the Bell Tower, this area is quiet, with skyscrapers all around. They look especially beautiful when lit up at night, making for great photo opportunities. Parking is also a breeze. We drove here, and the hotel has a public underground parking lot, which is free to use and even has EV charging spots, making it very friendly for electric car owners – no need to hunt for chargers when you go out. Food is definitely not an issue – directly opposite is Yitian Holiday Plaza, just cross the street. We had a Shaanxi meal at Chang'an Grand Theater (Gaoxin Yitian store), complete with Gourd Chicken and Brush Pastry. For convenience, we also tried Wei Family Liangpi downstairs, which was filling for around 20+ RMB per person. If you want something nicer, there's Haidilao, Xu Ji Seafood, and Xiaoxiang Pavilion all in the mall, with so many options you'll be spoilt for choice. The hotel's own breakfast is also highly recommended; the Roujiamo (meat burger) is freshly made, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and they also have oil-splashed noodles – eating them makes you sweat and feels incredibly refreshing. Indeed, the room is spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unbeatable view. The most thoughtful part is the powerful air conditioning; we even had to use the duvet at night because it wasn't hot at all. The amenities smell great, and they provided plenty of bottled water, which was super practical in this heat. The bed was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was good too; I slept soundly until morning. I originally wanted to go for a swim to cool off but didn't get the chance; I'll definitely make up for it next time. The service was also impeccable; they quickly helped us call a taxi when we left. For this price, to stay in such quality, it's truly worth it. Highly recommended!

The overall environment is quite good, and the service is attentive and responsive to all requests. We received complimentary welcome fruit, and breakfast for our child was waived. The room style is modern Chinese, which I really liked. Although the location is on Keji Road, there's a mall downstairs, so it doesn't feel too out of the way. Taking a taxi to tourist attractions is also very convenient.

The hotel environment is clean, comfortable, and tidy. This garden-style hotel is very relaxing and cozy. The service was excellent. Mio specially arranged a room with a balcony for us, which had fresh air and a great view. The service was incredibly attentive; any questions I had were answered and resolved immediately. Food delivery could be brought directly to the room. The hotel's location is also very convenient for visiting attractions. It was a great experience! Qujiangchi Park is right next to the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely.

Highly recommended high-end hotel with excellent value for money. The decor is very new, and the rooms have high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows, making them overall comfortable and tidy. The breakfast is abundant, and the restaurant is quiet and spacious. The service is enthusiastic, and parking is quite convenient with plenty of underground spaces. Nearby, there are malls, coffee shops, and convenience stores that cater to dining and shopping needs. There's also a fantastic dessert shop right outside the hotel that I highly recommend. I mainly stayed here for a self-driving trip, as it's convenient for daily excursions out of the city, with a 10-minute drive to the highway, saving a lot of travel time. The hotel is great overall, but I forgot to take photos of the room.
