Spa Hotels in Xi'an

My wife and I came here for our first anniversary and it was worth every dollar spent. The hotel was gorgeous and super clean. Our room was decorated with rose petals spelling out “1 year” on the bed and a trail of petals to the personal hot spring tub. The bathroom has two sink basins with tall mirrors. The shower is a rainfall shower. The toilet has a glass door which was a little weird but the bathroom had a solid wooden door. Cleaning staff comes every day at a time that works for you to sanitize and organize everything. The mini fridge comes packed with a variety of drinks that are refilled for free every day. We were given a rotating plate of fresh fruits every day. At night time, they provide good night soup and turn on the personal hot spring tub. During the day, you can visit the outdoor hot spring in a secluded area. The minerals in the hot springs made our skin so soft and healthy looking. We did a spa treatment too which was very relaxing. They were very accommodating with finding a time that worked best for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Mostly Chinese breakfast with many delicious dishes to choose from. The restaurant was in a different building on the Huaqing Palace grounds. Easy to walk to but they also can drive us in a kart to and from it. You can also come and go to the Huaqing Palace grounds too! The staff was very friendly and accommodating even with a language barrier. They helped us arrange laundry services to be delivered to our room. They went and picked up our tickets to the Song of Everlasting Sorrow (great show). The housekeeper, Deng Xiaohui, was wonderful and gave us parting gifts when we checked out. 5/5. Highly recommend. We hope to be back next time we visit Xi’an.

The hotel facilities were very impressive. From the moment you enter the lobby, you can feel the perfect combination of modernity and comfort. The facilities in the guest room are all available, the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep; the bathroom is spacious and bright, the sanitary ware brand is high-end, and it is very easy to use. The hotel's service team is undoubtedly one of its biggest highlights. From reception to room service, every employee has demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and a warm and friendly attitude. They always have a smile on their faces, patiently answer all the guests' questions, and try their best to satisfy the guests, especially the service manager, Ms. Dong Yaping 👍

During my extensive global travels, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing numerous luxury hotels, and I must say, the Sofitel Legend Hotel in Xi’an stands out as a truly remarkable gem. Its enchanting façade, reminiscent of a meticulously crafted petit château, transports guests to a world of mystique and elegance. The ambiance created by the hotel is nothing short of a sensory delight, gracing each moment with a unique touch of beauty and indulgence. The meticulously designed garden, a picturesque masterpiece, feels like stepping into a fragrant dream. Meandering through lush green lawns, I found solace in the tranquility of nature, as if time itself stood still for my enjoyment. This distinctive environment allowed me to rediscover a sense of inner serenity during my brief stay. The culinary experiences at the hotel are undoubtedly a highlight, with a sumptuous and diverse breakfast selection as well as exquisite afternoon tea offerings. Whether indulging in French classics or savoring local delights, each dish is a symphony of flavors that tantalize the palate. While the service, on occasion, may not have been flawless, I commend the hotel’s proactive approach in swiftly addressing feedback, demonstrating a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction. The presence of a well-stocked Mini Bar in the room further elevated my stay, providing a range of snacks and beverages that added convenience and comfort to my leisure moments. I must take this opportunity to commend the three dedicated butlers, Eric, Mandy, and Flora. Their professionalism and warm hospitality redefine the concept of “home away from home.” Always greeted with a smile, they patiently attended to my inquiries, even offering invaluable travel insights that enriched my exploration of the city. In summary, the Sofitel Legend Hotel in Xi’an has left an indelible mark on my memory, crafting an unforgettable experience. As a seasoned connoisseur of luxury accommodations, I confidently place this hotel among the finest I’ve encountered. Its charming French-inspired façade, harmonious garden landscape, and unforgettable culinary journey have etched a profound impression in my heart. This is a journey I will cherish for years to come.

Overall it's good, with complete hardware facilities, about 500 meters away from Line 4, upgraded master bedroom without windows, 1518, children's room to play, can take a bath, plenty of drinking water, half a roujiamo for breakfast is enough to make you full, not enough cups, when cups were available, milk and soy milk were gone, yogurt was in short supply, coffee coupons were given, which can be packaged, and Hanfu coupons, but the car service was not used due to traffic control, there is a seafood dinner on the second floor, which can be stored, overall, it is worthy of the word ”international”, much better than the so-called international hotel in Hanzhong Rongjia where I stayed later.

I like the room very much, it is very convenient. You can call Xiaodu directly to turn on the lights and open the curtains. The TV is also very large and clear. The room is also very clean. There are many restaurants nearby, many of which can be found within a few steps. Yongxingfang is next to it, very close. I really like the lady at the front desk. She gave me small building blocks when I left. They were very cute. I was very satisfied with this stay.

The hotel booked on Ctrip focuses on the convenience of travel. There are subways, airport bus stations, and shared bicycles nearby. There is a Fengqing Park not far away, which is very suitable for people who like to get up early to exercise and experience the local life style. There is a small alley not far away, called Bajia Road/Mingjue Lane, with countless fruit stalls and snack shops. The first time I experienced this five-star hotel in Xi'an, it gave me a feeling of ”home away from home”. The hotel's thoughtfulness and care in service can be seen from the little details. When I first checked in, a small plate of fruit was prepared for the guests at the bar in the room; a handwritten care card was placed next to the guestbook. After the room was cleaned every day, a creative flower decoration was solemnly placed on the bed. After a day of running around, it was really refreshing to see this scene. The interior decoration of the hotel is mainly brown Chinese antique style, exuding a sense of stability and elegance. The hotel's buffet restaurant is located next to the elevator on the first floor. The interior is elegant, the food is arranged in a reasonable and orderly manner, the variety is rich, and the service staff is warm and thoughtful. The experience is excellent. There is an indoor swimming pool on the 5th floor, which is round and 1.2 meters deep. It's a pity that I didn't bring swimming gear this time. I will experience it next time.

When you arrive, you have to check in at the lobby first, and then take the shuttle bus to the villa area, which takes about 3 minutes. It is very convenient. They also take the initiative to set up a group. You can make requests in the group, and the response is very fast. I like it. When you get to the villa, it is bigger and cleaner than I imagined. It is very comfortable and a very good experience. The children are very satisfied. The air conditioning is sufficient, so you don’t have to be afraid of hot weather. The breakfast is a bit ordinary, without any surprises, but it’s free, so it’s okay. I don’t recommend paying for breakfast. The room is also cleaned quickly, and different fruits and snacks are changed for you every day, which is considerate. The hotel is very close to the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Hot Spring, which saves a lot of time. It is recommended to stay here for two days and then move to the city. I will come again next time.

After searching for a long time online, I found this garden-style hotel. I originally booked Building 3, but the hotel upgraded me to Building 2 (Xi'an Luxury Mercure People's Building). The hotel was originally a guesthouse of the provincial government, hidden in the garden, with a calm architectural style and has gone through the years. The interior decoration is full of Chinese cultural heritage, simple, low-key and meaningful. The check-in environment is quiet and tidy, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The service is polite and makes people feel at home. Special praise for the three service staff Lu Feifei, Ren Huanting and Wang Yiming. Suggestions: 1. Add some local special snacks (mini version) to breakfast to increase the experience of tourists; 2. Set the breakfast to be flexible (that is, you can book it after staying, or cancel a meal temporarily), so that guests can go out to experience Xi'an's folk morning market.

Hotel is very nice and well suited to international travellers. Has all the amenities and features you need for a short or long stay. Location is amazing as it’s right next to the subway which is easy to use to explore the city or visit the Terracotta warriors. Would happily stay here again!
