Lliuliu2005I'd heard great things about this hotel for a while, and even though it was a bit far from where I needed to be, I still chose to stay at the Legend. It lived up to expectations and was definitely worth the price. 'Historic, elegant, and high-quality' – that pretty much sums up my overall impression. Upon check-in, they upgraded my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The facilities are incredibly well-maintained, indicating excellent materials, meticulous management, and careful upkeep. The off-white seating in the public areas was spotless, instantly reassuring me about the hotel's hygiene. The courtyard was smaller than I imagined, but the greenery and layout were very pleasant, especially the centuries-old trees that seemed to stand guard, inspiring a sense of reverence. The guest room was comfortably and tastefully appointed, with multiple small, opening windows – a refreshing change from the large, fashionable windows often found today – offering a more residential feel and excellent privacy for different functional areas. The breakfast was exceptional, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and it was absolutely delicious! When I returned to the hotel around noon after my errands, they kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM. The service was delightful; they diligently helped me with my luggage both upon arrival and departure, making me feel right at home. A special thank you to Derek Yang, Jack, Andi, Leo, Eva, and others.

Our dedicated butler provided warm, professional, and thoughtful service, proactively anticipating our children's needs and paying attention to every detail. The hotel's courtyard environment is serene and beautiful, with an elegant overall ambiance. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the staff were patient, meticulous, and friendly in their communication. Our room was warm and comfortable, with all necessary amenities for children fully provided and well-maintained facilities. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, thorough, and attentive, demonstrating outstanding overall quality. It was a superb accommodation experience on our trip, and we're definitely looking forward to returning.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

The service is outstanding, the staff is friendly and professional, and the rooms with their beautiful views are simply amazing. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options.
We would especially like to thank Aliya for her exceptional service. She was always quick to help with any questions or requests we had, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

QQiutangtangTraveling from Beijing to Xi'an this time, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt and was extremely satisfied overall~
**Check-in:** First of all, even before I arrived, I received a call from the hotel staff asking what time we expected to arrive. Upon learning that we would be arriving early, they said they would try their best to arrange an early check-in for us. And indeed, when we got to the hotel, the check-in process was smooth and we were able to get into our room early. I'm very grateful for the thoughtful service from the hotel staff and the quick processing by the front desk.
**Room:** It was the height of summer and extremely hot, so we needed a lot of ice daily. We requested buckets of ice every day. The room service staff always responded promptly, provided patient service, and were consistently thorough and meticulous without any slack.
**Environment:** The hotel's facilities are excellent, clean, and elegant. Every location is clearly marked, and the elevators are quiet and fast. The concierge staff were also particularly helpful when we called for taxis, opening car doors to make getting in and out convenient. The meticulous and personalized service made us feel very at ease.
**Dining:** Breakfast was very rich. Since we booked an executive suite, we also experienced the Grand Club. The overall service and light meals were all very good, and the staff were enthusiastic. Although there were some minor issues in between, which might have been due to miscommunication, after clarifying, everything was fine. The overall service was quite good.

Ttoday0916The Ritz-Carlton in Xi'an was quite different from others I've stayed at. The decor wasn't the luxurious wood I expected, but rather cheap laminate.
The cleanliness was also questionable. The mirror light above the sink hadn't been dusted in ages, and the side cover of the automatic toilet was just leaning helplessly on the trash can. I thought it might have come loose, but it was still in the same state after room service the next day, which was puzzling.
However, the underground parking garage here was excellent – bright, clean, and spacious.
Breakfast was up to the usual Ritz-Carlton standard, and the tomato I had with the fruit on the second day was delicious! During breakfast, there was some sort of 'Jing-ye' or 'Jin-ye' (possibly a manager) 'disciplining' the staff; about four different sets of staff members were reprimanded, seriously disturbing other diners. This shows how poor their public relations and problem-solving skills are.
Check-in efficiency was very low. When I asked if my Marriott Bonvoy nights from a Ctrip booking could be counted, I received a very blunt 'no' because it was a third-party booking, which was unpleasant. At check-out, they got my last name wrong. When I corrected them, the female front desk agent actually said, 'Right!' herself, which left me utterly speechless!
Overall, the service staff's performance at this hotel doesn't live up to the Ritz-Carlton's brand reputation.

I accidentally left my watch in the room after check-out, but after contacting Mio, they promptly located it and arranged for a courier right away. Their service was incredibly timely and warm. Huge thumbs up for such service – this will definitely be my top choice for future trips!

SShrewdGeniusThis is the best hotel i have ever stayed at in xi’an!!! THE BEST!!! The reception was excellent. He was so courteous and whenever we had an issue, he immediately had it solved. During check in we requested for more water and it was sent up immediately. Every day the amount of water replenished was exactly how much we needed from the first day. The food delivery was always smoothly delivered up by the robot. The gym was excellent and very well maintained. The room, it is always so clean. Overall, this is hands down one of the best hotels ive stayed in in china. Again, a shout out to the male reception (didnt get his name but it was a young guy andhe doesnt wear glasses) who always ensured everything was perfect for us.

I went on a Sunday, and there was a conference, two weddings, and a child's birthday party? The public areas were better maintained than the room facilities. The F&B department seemed a bit disorganized, but everything else was okay. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the concierge called ahead to communicate.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay.
