The suite perfectly met our needs – it was spacious and clean. The hallway had a unique charm, and all the amenities were well-stocked. Downstairs, the breakfast was excellent too. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and they even contacted us in advance to confirm our details."

There are plenty of dining and shopping options just over the bridge, yet the hotel itself offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. It's incredibly convenient, only a few minutes' walk along the riverside path to the Jiuzhaigou ticket entrance. The hotel is very new with comprehensive facilities, and the staff are young, enthusiastic, and attentive. Service requests are promptly handled. Breakfast can be packed to go, and there's complimentary porridge for a late-night snack, which is a thoughtful and comforting touch. The lobby's book bar also offers a great ambiance and excellent service."

"Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!"

"Worried about traffic jams and difficulty getting a taxi, I booked a hotel right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. It's a 15-minute walk from the scenic area to the hotel, and the parking lot for the ******* King's Feast & Dance show is right next door, just a three-minute walk away. This made it super convenient to head to Huanglong early the next morning. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel even recommended the popular Himalayan restaurant. So, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's comfortable. What surprised me most was that the flowers at the hotel entrance were all real and very well-kept, not plastic fakes. That immediately made a great first impression. Another thing worth praising is the service. Before arrival, they proactively contacted me with a guide and directions, and upon check-in, they provided a scenic area tour. Finally, when I unexpectedly got my period, the staff kindly and enthusiastically offered sanitary pads to help out. Definitely deserves a good review!"

"A very satisfying stay. 1. The hotel called the day before check-in to ask for details, advised us to travel safely, and expressed their anticipation for our arrival. 2. They were truly pet-friendly and very kind to our furry friends. 3. For this price point, we received welcome fruit and even a 'goodnight' milk and snack. 4. They made an exception and took my parents to the scenic spot entrance early in the morning. 5. The breakfast selection was rich and varied for this price range. 6. Because we wanted to switch to a king-size bed room, they upgraded us for free and tried their best to accommodate all our requests. 7. Every staff member was very kind; they would greet us and chat whenever we came and went, which felt very welcoming. 8. There were plenty of parking spaces, and they were very close to the hotel entrance. 9. When checking out, they even asked if we needed bottled water, which was a very thoughtful touch."

"We booked a room with a starry sky view, which had a double bed and a bunk bed. The lights were beautiful at night, and my child said it was very romantic. I forgot to take pictures. Parking was convenient, and it was very close to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Since we decided to come to Jiuzhaigou on short notice during the holiday, we didn't book tickets in advance. The owner kindly delivered the tickets to the scenic area in the morning and we got them through the waiting list. We were very grateful. He even included a drop-off service to the scenic area, which was really kind of him."

"This hotel is super close to the scenic area, so you don't have to rush out early. A huge bonus is the hotel's round-trip shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station, which you can book through them. The driver was punctual and reliable, perfectly solving all our transportation worries. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The front desk and staff were very friendly, quick to respond to any issues, and incredibly thoughtful. Both the hotel's interior and exterior were well-maintained. Our room was clean and bright, and the public areas were neat and elegant, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. Overall, it's great value for money. If you're visiting this area, this place should be your top choice. I genuinely recommend it to everyone."

"I looked at many hotels near the Jiuzhaigou entrance and finally chose Orange Crystal over Hanting. Turns out they're right next door to each other! However, I found the front desk at Orange Crystal to be more enthusiastic than the Hanting Tourist Center branch next door. The decor is also more opulent, with the lobby and lounge all bling-bling. The room itself had a great ambiance. I stayed for two nights, and it was incredibly quiet both evenings because it's located inside a park, not by the roadside or a busy street. I'd say it was the quietest and most comfortable hotel I stayed in this trip. There are some downsides though: 1. Breakfast is quite expensive, around 48 RMB, and it's inconvenient to go out and buy food. 2. The biggest complaint is that the hotel is a good 10+ minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou entrance, and they don't offer a shuttle. You have to take a taxi for 15 RMB. But when I came from Huanglong High-Speed Rail Station, everyone else in my car was staying at a Huazhu chain hotel, and I was the only one who had to manage on my own! Other Huazhu hotels all offer shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou, and Orange Hotels even offer pick-up from Huanglong Jiuzhai High-Speed Rail Station? I... The front desk said it's because they're newly opened and the management hasn't finalized all the agreements yet. Jiuzhaigou is beautiful. The popular spots are crowded, but hiking is very enjoyable. I'll definitely go back in a different season next time."
