I rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

I rarely write reviews, but I wholeheartedly recommend Jiuzhaigou Tixin Meisu. It was the warmest memory of our trip to Jiuzhai. Checking into Jiuzhaigou Tixin Meisu was a delightful surprise. The manager, Pengcuo Langjia, proactively upgraded our room for free, and opening the window revealed an even more beautiful panorama. What touched us even more was the thoughtful gesture of providing a complimentary breakfast for our children – that bowl of rice noodles is still memorable, with its rich and delicious broth. The kids savored every bite and praised it repeatedly. gaussian The room's decor was elegant and refined, with every detail showing meticulous care. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively asking about our needs. They even provided thoughtful pick-up and drop-off services for our visits to and from the scenic area. When we encountered minor difficulties during our trip, they immediately helped resolve them, which gave us great peace of mind. The guesthouse also displayed many precious ******* cultural artifacts, much like a small museum. Manager Pengcuo Langjia personally explained them to us, from ******* ornaments to everyday objects, sharing stories that gave us a deeper understanding and respect for ******* culture, as if we had enjoyed a free cultural exhibition. In the evenings, the guesthouse also prepared detailed travel guides for guests visiting the scenic area the next day, offering both digital and printed versions. The route planning was clear and practical, saving us a lot of time and effort, making our visit to the scenic area more relaxed and enjoyable. From the scenery to the food, from the service to the culture, every aspect of Tixin Meisu exceeded our expectations. This was the most satisfying accommodation experience of our entire trip. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic. We were given a room with an amazing view upon check-in, and thanks to the front desk's warm hospitality and the beautiful window scenery, we extended our stay for two extra nights (we originally planned to stay closer to the scenic area for convenience). This place is very close to Zhongcha Village, making for a relaxing stroll with a real holiday feel. We had all our dinners at Huasheng Meidi, which was very convenient and saved us from worrying about finding food.

Highly recommend for families traveling with children! The hotel boasts an elegant and quiet environment, with spacious and bright rooms. The service deserves full marks! The staff were all smiles throughout our stay, incredibly friendly and natural. Whether it was room cleaning or front desk inquiries, they were always responsive and quick to assist with every request. We felt comfortable and at ease during our stay. It was a perfect family experience with excellent value for money, definitely worth a second visit!

My overall stay was a mixed bag. While some staff members provided commendable service, there were serious privacy violations and significant safety and hygiene issues. I'd like to specifically commend Kari, Vincent, Emily, and Sophie. They were patient, responsive, and provided professional and attentive service, which greatly enhanced our trip. A special shout-out to Vincent; despite being a manager, he drove us around in the sightseeing buggy and even took us to a different location for a taxi, ensuring we got there comfortably. My service rating is solely for these staff members. However, some unacceptable problems arose: The breakfast hygiene was concerning; we found hair in the food. For a high-end hotel, such hygiene issues are inexcusable and raise serious food safety concerns. The privacy and security in the guest room were severely compromised. While someone was still in the room, a staff member knocked only once before immediately pushing the door open and looking directly towards the closet area. This was a grave infringement on guest privacy and a serious breach of security. When paying for a hotel room, guests are entitled to basic privacy. This incident was so severe it warranted calling the police. I felt a complete lack of security throughout my entire stay. The hotel's hardware and views are good, but the room management processes, breakfast hygiene, and staff entry protocols urgently need a complete overhaul. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize privacy and hygiene. I hope the hotel takes this incident seriously, strengthens all-staff training, and prevents other guests from experiencing similar situations.

Our large family of 9 adults and 1 child chose the Vienna International Hotel Gukou Branch for our trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our overall stay far exceeded expectations! The hotel is quietly nestled away but still conveniently located; it's a very short drive to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, making getting around very easy. The rooms are spacious and tidy, the hygiene is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, the hot water supply is stable, and it's very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep at this altitude. The front desk service was warm, efficient, and responsive; any issues were communicated and resolved smoothly. The breakfast selection was rich, with mild options suitable for seniors and children. There's also a self-service laundry room, which was great for washing clothes during our trip, and ample parking spaces. For a trip with seniors and children, the comprehensive facilities made things worry-free, and dining and shopping options nearby were also convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for your Jiuzhaigou visit; we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

The hotel has a clean and cozy atmosphere overall. Its decor is simple and stylish, with a tidy and bright lobby featuring a very comfortable orange color scheme. The room cleaning was meticulous; there was no dust on the floors or windowsills. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The hot water came out quickly with good pressure, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The toiletries were of good quality, and the internet was stable and fast. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, provided very thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and she patiently and proactively answered questions about travel plans. The location is superb, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both leisure travel and business trips!

The atmosphere was fantastic! The hotel offers free washing machines and dryers, and the room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also incredibly warm and friendly with excellent service. The young man who helped with parking was exceptionally proactive and enthusiastic, constantly running up and down to assist us with parking and moving the car. He even helped us with our luggage – truly outstanding service! If we ever come back to Jiuzhaigou, we'll definitely choose this place again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.
