Starry Sky Hotel

Loved it! The room was super clean, tidy, and quiet. The owner is a truly passionate person, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, explaining exactly how to explore Jiuzhaigou. They really made our trip to Jiuzhaigou even better! My only regret is missing the panoramic view from the Nuorilang Waterfall viewing platform. Just a heads-up to everyone, there are two viewing platforms for panoramic views: Nuorilang and Shuzheng.

Though small, this place has everything you need. The space is compact but very well-arranged. I loved that I could watch CCTV channels on the TV, and the location is super close to the attractions. The service was warm and welcoming, and the hygiene was excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Jiuzhaigou and a 3-minute walk to the ******* King's Feast and Dance show. The room was clean and quiet; I couldn't hear any noise at night. The front desk lady was beautiful and provided excellent service.

The restaurant she suggested was also delicious, so good I ate too much! The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location is excellent. This hotel offers great value for money. My only regret is not taking any photos of the hotel.

This hotel is great, very close to the scenic area entrance. It's a quiet oasis despite being in a bustling area, and dining options are convenient. The staff are all very enthusiastic. As soon as I arrived, they gave me a detailed tourist map and highlighted the important attractions and where the pick-up/drop-off points were. Every time they saw someone getting on or off the elevator, they would stand up and ask if they needed any help. The service is truly excellent, and they took great care of my stored luggage. Definitely a big thumbs up! 👍

Worried about traffic jams and difficulty getting a taxi, I booked a hotel right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. It's a 15-minute walk from the scenic area to the hotel, and the parking lot for the ******* King's Feast & Dance show is right next door, just a three-minute walk away. This made it super convenient to head to Huanglong early the next morning. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel even recommended the popular Himalayan restaurant. So, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's comfortable. What surprised me most was that the flowers at the hotel entrance were all real and very well-kept, not plastic fakes. That immediately made a great first impression. Another thing worth praising is the service. Before arrival, they proactively contacted me with a guide and directions, and upon check-in, they provided a scenic area tour. Finally, when I unexpectedly got my period, the staff kindly and enthusiastically offered sanitary pads to help out. Definitely deserves a good review!

This is my second stay at the Starlight Hotel. It's close to the Zangwang Plaza drop-off point, and there are plenty of food and drink options nearby. The entrance to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area is about 1km away. [Tips] The front desk staff will explain how to explore the area and provide a map of the scenic spot. [Breakfast] Not provided, you'll need to eat out. [Pros] The environment is clean and tidy, the room is quite spacious, and the air quality is good – no smoke, mold, or sewage smells! Hot water comes out in genuinely 3 seconds. There's also a portable clothes rack in the room, which is perfect for hanging wet clothes; they dry overnight with the air conditioning on, very practical. The bathroom has a three-part wet/dry separation. For heating, there's an electric blanket. My last visit was in early March, and I was freezing cold walking through the Reed Lake section. I asked the front desk to turn on the electric blanket, and it was lovely to snuggle into the warm bed when I got back to the hotel. Be careful with the drain stopper; instructions are posted on the wall. Don't be like me and use too much force, causing the screw to come off the drain stopper. I had to trouble the manager to fix it (they didn't charge me, and even raved about how this mechanical type of drain stopper is indestructible!).

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Its location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options right nearby, making meals incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is clean and hygienic, and you can even walk to the park entrance. The staff are all very friendly and provide excellent service.
