This time, my girlfriend and I went on a free trip to Chengdu Huanglong Jiuzhaigou. The first stop we chose was Qianhe Hotel, which is very close to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area and convenient for travel! There is a commercial street next to the hotel! The only drawback is that we encountered several large groups during breakfast and couldn't find a seat. It is recommended that the service staff give a friendly reminder when collecting breakfast coupons!

Because it is difficult to book a hotel during the peak season, all the rooms I wanted to book were sold out. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel, but I didn't expect it to be quite good when I checked in. In particular, there is a special butler service. If you need anything, just tell Xiao Su the butler on WeChat. The two days of stay were quite busy. I asked Xiao Su the butler for supplies and inquired about the return bus. Especially when we were leaving the hotel, Xiao Su the butler chased us and said he would take us to the bus pick-up point without our request. It was drizzling and quite cold at the time. I am very grateful for Xiao Su's meticulous service. Oh, by the way, he also gave us a free breakfast for two people a day.

I liked my experience there. The room is spacious, we got an upgrade cos it wasn’t super busy season.
The beds are 2x 1.5m so suit my family (3 adults) and very good value for money in this case compared to family rooms in other hotels.
Bathroom sink in the first room given had a small crack and there’s some construction material next door on the found. so the staff patiently helped me to choose another room facing the front.
Aircon and bathroom all worked really well.
I went to the hot spring for both nights, very relaxing.
I rented ******* clothe for a day to go to the scenery site and there’s a lady set up in the lobby to do makeup and hair beading for a charge. The fee is quite reasonable.
Breakfast had lots of options with some local things, definitely up to five star standard.
I think this place is under rated.

It’s the Zhenjiang Guan shuttle bus pickup and drop off point…very convenient for F&E travellers. Hotel is old but well maintained. It offers very good personalised services. Our stay includes welcome fruits, free medicine pack for leg soak and also traditional wear experience. Cons: the bed was too hard for me, the breakfast was not appetising and hotel guests smoked everywhere.

- I stayed at three hotels during my trip to China, and this is the only hotel where the staff always said hello whenever they saw us.
- There was a minor issue with the room amenities, but it was resolved quickly. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou and it's about an 8-minute taxi ride to the venue for Zhang Yimou's musical show.
- If you arrive by bus from Huanglongjiuhai Station, you can ask the bus to stop at Chengfeng Bus Stop. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right. Enter the gate, and the hotel is in the third building on the left.
- I would like to give 5 stars for the service and information guidance: the staff were always helpful, quick, and provided complete information. The prices were always cheaper than if I had bought them myself.

Booked this hotel on a whim as I had to stay in Jiuzhaigou unexpectedly. The hotel is fairly close to entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance, about a. 30 minute walk. There isn't much around the area except for a convenience store. The staff is pleasant and the lobby of the hotel looks great. The breakfast provided was basic but there was some variety and it was delicious. The room is an optimal size but the bathroom was fairly small. There is Wifi and cable TV as well as a AC/heater that kept me warm.
There was hair from previous guests in the corner of the room and the shampoo/body wash and especially the toothpaste could be of better quality.

The boss is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. The room is clean and hygienic. There are some flowers planted in the yard. You can chat and watch the night view at night. There is a laundry room and the washing machine with dryer is free to use. The boss is very easy to talk to. If you need anything, he will try his best to help you solve it. The environment is beautiful, the distance to the scenic spot is not far, and the transportation is very convenient. I will definitely stay a few more days next time if I have the opportunity to come.

After arriving at the store, the front desk lady will take the initiative to help with the luggage. There are many parking spaces and parking is very convenient. After checking in, she will send a guide to Jiuzhaigou, which is very useful; the free Nestle coffee in the room is a plus.
The breakfast variety is also good, with milk, eggs, porridge, buns, corn, and vegetable sausages. It can be delivered to the entrance of the scenic spot for free in the morning. The lady and the driver are very nice and have a good service attitude. The children are very happy to experience ******* costumes and painting for free.

Our room was quite clean. Our luggage was stored at the front desk the next day. It was also very close to the scenic spot. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk along the river. It was a very satisfying stay! Jiuzhaigou Valley is quite beautiful and worth a visit!

When you come from the airport, you pass by the Forest Park and you are completely shocked! The view from the hotel balcony when you open the door is really great! Excellent location! Service: Before I arrived, Jason at the front desk had already contacted me to inquire about my check-in needs, and also helped to make an appointment for pick-up service, which was very considerate. When I opened the door on the night of check-in, I saw that the turndown bed had been turned down and the room temperature was also very suitable. In Jiuzhaigou, which is still a little chilly, I felt cared for; the staff I met every day in the hotel were also very nice and the service was in place.

GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very close to Jiuzhaigou Valley, and the road is slippery due to snow. The owner of the B&B personally sent us to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley, which is only three to five minutes away.
The high rating is well deserved, and it is excellent in every aspect.
As for the B&B, I think it is much better than most hotels in Chengdu and very clean. And the decoration style is very beautiful. When you open the door in the morning, the picturesque scenery comes into view. All kinds of heart-warming little details also make the trip feel warm. It was snowing when we arrived, and the B&B called us to warn us that the road was slippery. They contacted us again at around 6 p.m. and turned on the air conditioner for us. When we arrived at the hotel, the room was warm. The breakfast provided in the morning is also good, including porridge, steamed buns, butter tea, corn, pickles, and eggs. It is very rich and there is a view outside the window.

AAnonymous UserThis was the worst time I was cheated by Ctrip. I stayed for one night and then urgently booked another place to cancel this one. Advantages: The environment is really good. It is halfway up the mountain from Zhongchagou. It is really living in the mountains. The environment is quiet and close to nature. The facilities are complete, and Curel cleansers and lotions are also available. The bedding is also very comfortable. The service of the front desk lady is also good.
Disadvantages: 1. Transportation!!! Super difficult! It can't be said that it is not in the same place as Luneng Town, it is simply unrelated! After getting off the through bus from Hilton, there is still nearly 10 kilometers of mountain roads to the hotel. I called in advance and asked that the hotel had a car to pick us up. As a result, we waited for an hour and a half. It took nearly two hours from getting off the through bus to the hotel, which directly delayed and canceled the subsequent half-day trip. Moreover, the hotel only picks people up this time and takes a bus to the scenic spot. At other times, you have to take a taxi to enter and exit the hotel. Because the place is remote, I failed to take a taxi twice in a row on the first day. The car provided by the hotel asked for twice the market price of the platform. We watched a performance that afternoon and came back from the scenic area. The taxi drivers said they didn't look carefully, otherwise they wouldn't take the order. There were no street lights on the mountain road at night and it was foggy, so we couldn't see the road clearly. The elderly at home were scared and exhausted. As soon as we returned to the hotel, we canceled the reservation overnight and moved to another place. 2. The bus to the scenic area departs at 7:50, but the hotel breakfast time is 7:30, 20 minutes for eating, anyway, experience it yourself. 3. The breakfast variety can only be said to be enough, not as rich as the all-season Hanting. 4. There are basically no surrounding facilities, and takeaways cannot be delivered.

GGuest UserIf you decided to come in winter, then I will not recommend this homestay, as their warmer runs on single aircon and is not powerful enough. Luckily the owner is pretty nice and immediately provide us with portable warmer upon raising our concerns. The toilet has warmer but the floor is super duper cold! 🥶 electric blanket gets really hot after while so you will have to move it to med setting else you may end up waking up in the middle of the night. The key issue, there is no lift but the owner is nice to help us carry our big luggage down to reception. Kudos to their service! 😃😃😃

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very good location and the rooms are ok. All rooms doesn't have view so if you get a room looking back you got another building wall at your window but it is quiet ans you sleep well.
The staff is super friendly and very flexible! They will try their best the help you.
Groceries and restaurants in all price ranges are close to the hotel so you can buy fruit, drinks and snacks for the park. When you walk 10-15 minutes to the park you can eat breakfast on the way, you will pass many cheap restaurants that are open in the mornGroceries and restaurants in all price ranges are close to the hotel ing. Even KFC and Mc Donalds are available.
