A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

Really satisfied with this hotel. All the staff were very accomodating even though there’s language barrier between us. The staff even offered to bring you snacks at night. The cleaning staff always greeted you in the morning. They also provide free transfer with premium MPV to the national park. The room was clean, all the amenities were there as stated and they even served you with free apples and oranges in the room. All in all, I would definitely come here again in the future and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Loved our stay, would definitely stay here again if we came back to Chengdu. The decor was simple, room was clean and spacious. Free (great flat white) coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Tucked away in a quote street with locals and plenty of eateries around.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfy. The curtains randomly opens and lights randomly switched off (once or twice a day) but that's manageable, everything else is working great! The hotel has a hidden restaurant on the second floor which we got 12% discount and a free dessert, and everything taste great! The location was perfect. There are too many restaurants around. It is located between Jiuzhaigou scenic area (1km) and the Moon Bay parking lot (500m) where the shuttles to HSR stations were parked. I will definitely stay here again!

A little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

It's a newly opened hotel, but the facilities are quite complete, the shuttle service is timely, and the breakfast is quite plentiful.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel because of how well equipped it was . Toiletries are provided including fresh bedroom slippers . The housekeeper cleans the rooms daily , changing out towels . If you drive an electric car there’s even a charging station at the second parking lot of the hotel . It’s very convenient . There are also a few restaurants just a walk away from the hotel which very good food . It is also a pet friendly hotel! I brought my cat with me and my cat seemed to be very comfortable too! The hotel’s breakfast also has a lot of options so if you don’t want to have to worry about finding food this hotel is a good choice . The staff is also impeccably efficient ! They attend to every issue you have almost instantly . And if you come during winter you have to try out the hotel’s hot spring!

Great comfortable stay in this hotel. The place was clean and warm. The location is strategically located within 5 minutes walk to the entrance of JiuZhaiGou park (to the right) and nearby eateries (to the left). There’s a MCD just downstairs, and a small convenience store next to it as well. Especially thankful to have the front door service staff, Mr Klein and another lady, who were extremely patient and helpful with all our needs and concerns. They were friendly and efficient with getting our needs, and showed professionalism. Overall the room was satisfying, the heater was working well, warm shower did not require long waiting, and all the amenities were provided. Only thing is that the water pressure is slightly low, but considering the location, I’m not complaining! We also had their breakfast for two days in a row, it was delicious. Served from 7am, with much variety of food (not repeated the next day) including western (bread, pastries, cereal) and Chinese food (porridge, fried rice, steamed buns, sautéed vegetables). Would recommend!

Nice and friendly staff, location is on good area that easy to find local food, just 10 min away drive from national park entrance.
