JJune CaoAs a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers.
1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property
There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window.
As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas
Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience.
3. Room Cleanliness Concerns
Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room.

1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题
酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。
因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。
2. 公共区域允许吸烟
酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。
3. 客房清洁细节有待加强
相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and there are few people. There's a dedicated shuttle service and many unique activities like Thangka painting, incense making, ******* clothing try-on, and horseback riding. There's also a little dog named Huahua in the lobby who is super well-behaved and friendly. The food is excellent and the service is superb. There's free coffee, and if you miss breakfast, they'll deliver it to your room. On our check-out day, we hadn't planned for lunch, but they still made us free noodles. It's incredibly humane and warm, providing great emotional value. Highly recommended if your budget allows. I'm actually a lazy person and never write reviews proactively, but I truly feel this place was worth every penny.

GGuest UserOn a business trip to Chengdu, I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Jiuzhaigou. I got off the high-speed train in a T-shirt and shorts and was absolutely freezing. After the hotel arranged a business car to pick me up, the owner personally drove me to buy clothes and a windbreaker. He even picked me up again after I finished eating and took me back to the hotel. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful! I'd love to go back again.

HhawhawOur overall experience at the hotel was great. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and clean. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. We had initially booked tickets for 'Jiuzhai Romance Park' through the front desk, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were able to get a smooth refund. Since our child loves apples, the kind lady at the front desk even gave us an extra serving for free – the service was truly excellent. After 10 PM, there's a free, unlimited late-night snack service delivered right to your room. We didn't use any of the other hotel facilities, so I can't comment on those.

SShuiqianzTo visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, I specifically chose this hotel for a good rest, staying for two nights. It turned out to be the right choice.
Perhaps because the peak season hadn't arrived yet, the hotel staff had ample energy to serve every guest, and they were truly attentive throughout our stay. After parking, someone helped open the car door and carried our luggage. The front desk staff, Anna, helped upgrade our room type, arranged complimentary breakfast, reminded us about altitude sickness precautions, and explained how to use the room facilities. After our trip to Jiuzhaigou, they arranged a bathing set for the room and even helped coordinate our travel photography. All the housekeeping and hotel staff were very polite. Especially a male staff member we met in front of the Chinese restaurant, who gave us useful tips on parking.
Additionally, we purchased the hotel's dinner buffet, which offered a rich selection, plenty of seafood, and prompt plate changes. Breakfast was also a very pleasant dining experience.
The hotel facilities are excellent, the decor is grand and beautiful, and privacy is well-maintained. Inside, there's a charming street where you can buy handicrafts, a children's activity room, and a travel photography studio. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, you can also consider the small shops across the street, which are also delicious.
When we booked, the hotel included three travel photo shoots. I looked at the samples from the 'New Era Travel Photography' studio and thought they were quite good. I wanted a ******* traditional costume photoshoot, and the makeup wasn't the 'influencer' style. So I decided to upgrade the package and included my husband in the shoot. The overall efficiency was high, and I was spoiled for choice when selecting photos. After upgrading the package, I ended up choosing even more.

AAnonymous UserI came during the off-season, thinking it would be cheaper, but even budget hotels like Quanji were still around 500-600 RMB a night. I'm not sure why this one had a discount, so I decided to give it a try.
It was excellent! Super high value for money! I checked, and the room type was a bit smaller than some others, but for me alone, it was perfectly fine.
It's about a 20-minute walk to the scenic area, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is perfect.
It's conveniently located between two bus stops, making it easy to catch the shuttle bus to the scenic area. You can see the hotel's sign as soon as you reach the alley entrance.
There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby; it's very lively.
Houses are so competitive now! I didn't expect a hotel for 200 RMB a night to have a WeChat butler on call. That's impressive.
I ordered a milk tea to the lobby and told the staff I'd come down to pick it up later. To my surprise, they delivered it directly to my room! (ᴗˬᴗ*)
It's a great place; I'd definitely consider staying here again if I come back.
Oh, and by the way, the bath towels are disposable. If you mind, remember to bring your own towel.

GGuest UserI’d love to award full five stars to Conrad Jiuzhaigou for my fantastic stay . The hotel boasts premium, complete facilities with cozy guest rooms and well-maintained public areas. Its location is superb, close to Jiuzhaigou scenic spot, and the buggy runs punctually with highly efficient service to the valley gate every day . The buffet breakfast tastes incredible, with rich ******* and Western food options. Special thanks go to staff Vincent, whose warm, thoughtful and professional service greatly elevated our whole trip. I highly recommend this resort to all visitors

FFuyingmingziThe environment here is absolutely beautiful, and the air is incredibly fresh. It's the perfect choice if you're looking to connect with nature. The hotel is located on a mountain, and they offer free shuttle services between the hotel and the East Plaza of Huamei Shengdi at the foot of the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, and the service attitude is excellent.

GGuest UserChoosing Vienna International Hotel for this trip was definitely the right call. The front desk service was impressive – so warm and attentive. The hotel pillows were a bit high and the duvet was thick, so I asked for a lower pillow and a thinner blanket. They were incredibly patient and brought them to our room very quickly, no fuss at all. In the morning, they arranged a car to take us to the scenic spot, which made getting around super convenient. There was no traffic, so we didn't have to worry about not being able to find a taxi. The only thing is we had to get our own taxi back to the hotel in the afternoon; it would have been even better if they offered pick-up then too. Overall, the hotel is really good. If I ever come back to this area, I'd definitely choose to stay here again.
