The butler service here is absolutely five-star! The hotel itself is nestled in the mountains, offering incredibly beautiful views. They have a great selection of activities; I didn't get to try the 20-minute horseback riding due to bad weather, but I did enjoy painting Thangkas and making ******* incense. You can also borrow ******* outfits for photos. There are only about eight or nine rooms in total, all with a fantastic design – no wonder the hotel has won so many national and international design and travel awards. The breakfast included is also excellent. The hotel is a bit far from the scenic spots and other restaurants (about a 15-20 minute drive down the mountain, and 35 minutes to the scenic area entrance). However, the butler can arrange transfers. This place is perfect for a relaxing vacation or if you're driving, but not ideal if you're rushing to see many attractions. I'm already thinking about bringing my child back during a different season!

I rarely write reviews, but I wholeheartedly recommend Jiuzhaigou Tixin Meisu. It was the warmest memory of our trip to Jiuzhai. Checking into Jiuzhaigou Tixin Meisu was a delightful surprise. The manager, Pengcuo Langjia, proactively upgraded our room for free, and opening the window revealed an even more beautiful panorama. What touched us even more was the thoughtful gesture of providing a complimentary breakfast for our children – that bowl of rice noodles is still memorable, with its rich and delicious broth. The kids savored every bite and praised it repeatedly. gaussian The room's decor was elegant and refined, with every detail showing meticulous care. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively asking about our needs. They even provided thoughtful pick-up and drop-off services for our visits to and from the scenic area. When we encountered minor difficulties during our trip, they immediately helped resolve them, which gave us great peace of mind. The guesthouse also displayed many precious ******* cultural artifacts, much like a small museum. Manager Pengcuo Langjia personally explained them to us, from ******* ornaments to everyday objects, sharing stories that gave us a deeper understanding and respect for ******* culture, as if we had enjoyed a free cultural exhibition. In the evenings, the guesthouse also prepared detailed travel guides for guests visiting the scenic area the next day, offering both digital and printed versions. The route planning was clear and practical, saving us a lot of time and effort, making our visit to the scenic area more relaxed and enjoyable. From the scenery to the food, from the service to the culture, every aspect of Tixin Meisu exceeded our expectations. This was the most satisfying accommodation experience of our entire trip. Our sincere thanks to Manager Pengcuo Langjia and all the staff for their dedication and warmth!

A huge shout-out to our housekeeper, Yangzong, at the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jiuzhaigou! Choosing this hotel was the best decision we made for our trip to Jiuzhaigou, and Yangzong was the warmest encounter of our journey! We stayed for two nights, and when we checked in, she immediately offered an extra children's breakfast upon seeing we had a child with us. In the evening, she thoughtfully reminded us about the complimentary late-night snack offered by the hotel. She really thought of everything for the guests... From check-in throughout our stay, we felt completely taken care of with meticulous and thoughtful service. Our family had an exceptionally comfortable stay. To receive such warm service during the peak season is something I must highly recommend!

The hotel's ambiance is fantastic. We were given a room with an amazing view upon check-in, and thanks to the front desk's warm hospitality and the beautiful window scenery, we extended our stay for two extra nights (we originally planned to stay closer to the scenic area for convenience). This place is very close to Zhongcha Village, making for a relaxing stroll with a real holiday feel. We had all our dinners at Huasheng Meidi, which was very convenient and saved us from worrying about finding food.

I was traveling alone, and after researching various options, I found this hotel which seemed great, so I booked it. When I first arrived, I took a wrong turn and had to walk a long way around before finally finding it. 1. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the scenic area, and in the mornings, there's dedicated staff who drive guests right to the entrance of the scenic spot. 2. Around the hotel, there are pharmacies, restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and fruit stalls, all within two to three hundred meters, which is very convenient. 3. Everything in the hotel is very clean and disposable. The slippers are disinfected, and there's even a magnifying makeup mirror! 4. The front desk staff were also very kind and attentive. They even walked a distance from the entrance to help me with my luggage. 5. However, the soundproofing of the hotel isn't great. I could clearly hear children shouting downstairs in the middle of the night. Overall, it was a very good stay. It's one of the few hotels I've stayed at that I've been truly satisfied with!

The room has a long, narrow layout with a sunken sofa that leads directly to the balcony. The walk-in closet is hidden, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, though I found the showerhead a bit old-fashioned. The hairdryer is a Laifen. The room key card feels quite premium. Breakfast options were limited and lacked variety; all three of us in my party thought the noodles weren't good. The lobby is quite nice, and the room itself is quiet. The service staff were friendly, and the shuttle service to and from destinations was prompt. The complimentary travel photoshoot was excellent and we were very happy with it.

Facilities: This hotel, opened less than two years ago, still has good facilities. We had a minor window issue that was promptly resolved. Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene is acceptable, but there's room for improvement in the details, such as dust on the windowsills and the automatic flushing toilet splashing water. Hopefully, these can be addressed. Environment: The hotel is located a few kilometers from Jiuzhaigou, a convenient 10-minute drive away. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very accessible. Situated amidst the mountains, the environment is excellent. Service: The staff is very responsive to requests and quickly resolves any problems, which is great.

So glad we chose this forest hotel; it really added a unique touch to our trip. It's located deep inside Zhongzhagou Valley, which is already stunning. If you're not in a rush to get to Jiuzhaigou, you could easily spend a few extra days here. There's even a hiking trail behind the hotel if you're into that. We were incredibly lucky and spotted wild rabbits on the lawn in the afternoon, evening, and early morning! The hotel also offers dining, and there are ******* restaurants in the village. However, you'll find more options down the mountain, which is only about a fifteen-minute drive away. We had to leave after breakfast to head to Jiuzhaigou, but we definitely could have stayed another day to explore the surrounding scenery.

The hotel has a clean and cozy atmosphere overall. Its decor is simple and stylish, with a tidy and bright lobby featuring a very comfortable orange color scheme. The room cleaning was meticulous; there was no dust on the floors or windowsills. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The hot water came out quickly with good pressure, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The toiletries were of good quality, and the internet was stable and fast. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, provided very thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and she patiently and proactively answered questions about travel plans. The location is superb, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both leisure travel and business trips!

The atmosphere was fantastic! The hotel offers free washing machines and dryers, and the room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also incredibly warm and friendly with excellent service. The young man who helped with parking was exceptionally proactive and enthusiastic, constantly running up and down to assist us with parking and moving the car. He even helped us with our luggage – truly outstanding service! If we ever come back to Jiuzhaigou, we'll definitely choose this place again.
