I rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

I loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a family room this time, and the hotel service was excellent. We received welcome fruits, a complimentary traditional costume experience, late check-out, and free late-night snacks. They even provided a shuttle to Jiuzhaigou's entrance. The hotel has a restaurant where you can enjoy dinner. The hygiene and environment were superb, and our butler, Xiao Ban, provided fantastic service, helping us with many issues. Highly recommended!

There was some bird droppings on the window, but the hotel promptly arranged cleaning after I reported it. 4. **Service Quality:** The staff were enthusiastic and proactively greeted guests. They offered a late check-out service and arranged a car to take me to the bus station, demonstrating timely and thoughtful responsiveness. 5. **Transportation:** The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, and taxis are available right outside, making transportation very convenient. 6. **Overall Impression:** I was highly satisfied with the hotel's environment, dining, and service, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a moderate distance from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, making it convenient for getting around. It's perfect for both family trips and relaxing getaways. The concierge staff proactively helped with our luggage and planned our scenic area itinerary. The electric shuttle service within the resort was on-call, and the shuttle to and from the scenic area was hassle-free and convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The butter tea, ******* pastries, and freshly cooked noodles were authentic and delicious. Dining on the terrace offered direct views of the green mountains and trees. In the evenings, there were bonfire activities at Shenying Square and ******* cultural experiences, providing an immersive taste of ******* culture. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Jiuzhai!

This time, when visiting Jiuzhaigou, I chose to stay at Vienna International Hotel. It's really close to the scenic area, only a 7-8 minute drive in the morning. There's a large parking lot right outside, which is perfect for those traveling with their own car. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind and beautiful, fulfilling all our requests. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, nearly 40 different dishes, providing a nutritious and comprehensive spread. It was definitely more cost-effective than eating out, offering great value for money.

The environment here is absolutely beautiful, and the air is incredibly fresh. It's the perfect choice if you're looking to connect with nature. The hotel is located on a mountain, and they offer free shuttle services between the hotel and the East Plaza of Huamei Shengdi at the foot of the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, and the service attitude is excellent.

I've stayed at many excellent hotels, but this guesthouse truly surprised me. The quality rivals that of a star-rated hotel, and the room was spacious and cozy. The common areas were incredibly comfortable. Since sunset was late, we could still see the sunlight streaming onto the table even after returning from the scenic spots. I hope the surrounding environment improves further, so there's an even more beautiful view when opening the window. The owner was also very kind and offered us transfers, though it's not far from restaurants and attractions. Just down the slope is the shuttle bus parking lot for Crescent Bay, so everything was very convenient.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.
