The butler service here is absolutely five-star! The hotel itself is nestled in the mountains, offering incredibly beautiful views. They have a great selection of activities; I didn't get to try the 20-minute horseback riding due to bad weather, but I did enjoy painting Thangkas and making ******* incense. You can also borrow ******* outfits for photos. There are only about eight or nine rooms in total, all with a fantastic design – no wonder the hotel has won so many national and international design and travel awards. The breakfast included is also excellent. The hotel is a bit far from the scenic spots and other restaurants (about a 15-20 minute drive down the mountain, and 35 minutes to the scenic area entrance). However, the butler can arrange transfers. This place is perfect for a relaxing vacation or if you're driving, but not ideal if you're rushing to see many attractions. I'm already thinking about bringing my child back during a different season!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is superb, very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, only 5 kilometers away. When you open the window in the room, you're greeted by a stunning view of rolling mountains and mist, it's truly ethereal. The room itself is decorated in a ******* style, which is very unique and charming. Breakfast was also incredibly rich and delicious. Our butler, Xiao Ban, was fantastic – so warm, attentive, and his service attitude was impeccable. He helped us book VIP tickets for the scenic area and patiently answered all our questions. In the evening, the hotel offers special ******* cuisine, and there's even free late-night snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch! Other restaurants are also not far, just a 5-10 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The hotel has three restaurants, and I tried them all – the food was delicious. There are also some commercial amenities within the hotel, so you don't have to go out to pass the time. I got a foot massage and had a travel photoshoot. I also danced at Guozhuang Square, and the colorful lantern square was beautiful. The Qiang intangible cultural heritage projects were also very well done. At this time of year, it's not too crowded, so the travel experience was excellent. Jiuzhaigou is as beautiful as ever. I'll definitely stay at the Hilton again next time. Very satisfied!

I was traveling alone, and after researching various options, I found this hotel which seemed great, so I booked it. When I first arrived, I took a wrong turn and had to walk a long way around before finally finding it. 1. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the scenic area, and in the mornings, there's dedicated staff who drive guests right to the entrance of the scenic spot. 2. Around the hotel, there are pharmacies, restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and fruit stalls, all within two to three hundred meters, which is very convenient. 3. Everything in the hotel is very clean and disposable. The slippers are disinfected, and there's even a magnifying makeup mirror! 4. The front desk staff were also very kind and attentive. They even walked a distance from the entrance to help me with my luggage. 5. However, the soundproofing of the hotel isn't great. I could clearly hear children shouting downstairs in the middle of the night. Overall, it was a very good stay. It's one of the few hotels I've stayed at that I've been truly satisfied with!

An experience that exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is perfect, incredibly close to the scenic area. They even provide a dedicated driver for morning drop-offs to the attraction, and if the driver is unavailable, they'll reimburse your taxi fare. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was also quite unique. During my trip to Jiuzhaigou, I stayed at a few different guesthouses and hotels, and Conrad was one of them. As an established hotel, their service standards are consistently high – everything felt well-organized and reassuring. It happened to be my child's birthday during our stay, and when I mentioned it to the front desk during check-in, they immediately gave a teddy bear to my child and later sent a small cake to our room. My child was absolutely delighted! I wasn't too fond of the local food, so one evening we all went to Hilton for their buffet. I heard they're part of the same group, so getting there was easy – we just took the shuttle bus. At the hotel's cultural and creative store, I bought some incredibly delicate prayer wheel charms for only 15RMB each. I bought all the ones they had to bring back as gifts for my family. The hotel room also had a fireplace, and turning it on at night created such a cozy atmosphere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; I fell asleep very quickly in bed, which greatly eased my anxiety and fatigue from usually having trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready, so they upgraded us to a deluxe room – a really nice touch! The breakfast was a delicious and plentiful buffet. The hotel also provided a convenient shuttle service to the scenic area, which was great, though it's worth noting they only offer drop-offs, not pick-ups. We had fantastic weather during our trip to Jiuzhaigou, perfect for sightseeing and photos. I'd definitely recommend visiting on a sunny day for the best pictures. There's a supermarket right across the street and the popular Lao Bing BBQ is just outside the entrance. I highly recommend this hotel!

So glad we chose this forest hotel; it really added a unique touch to our trip. It's located deep inside Zhongzhagou Valley, which is already stunning. If you're not in a rush to get to Jiuzhaigou, you could easily spend a few extra days here. There's even a hiking trail behind the hotel if you're into that. We were incredibly lucky and spotted wild rabbits on the lawn in the afternoon, evening, and early morning! The hotel also offers dining, and there are ******* restaurants in the village. However, you'll find more options down the mountain, which is only about a fifteen-minute drive away. We had to leave after breakfast to head to Jiuzhaigou, but we definitely could have stayed another day to explore the surrounding scenery.

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The hot water came out quickly with good pressure, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The toiletries were of good quality, and the internet was stable and fast. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, provided very thoughtful service. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and she patiently and proactively answered questions about travel plans. The location is superb, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both leisure travel and business trips!
