JJQ_MJMSpending two leisurely days here, without rushing our itinerary, allowed us to truly soak in the comfort and tranquility of the place. The morning air was incredibly fresh, and we could gaze at the snow-capped mountains during our walks. We also easily discovered the surrounding ******* cultural atmosphere, making the entire trip very relaxing.
The guesthouse's location is super convenient, directly opposite the Huameishengdi Resort, just a short walk away. Huameishengdi is one of the bus drop-off points, and the nearby General Supermarket is a pick-up point, which is really handy for independent travelers. We were initially a bit worried about transportation with our luggage, but after communicating with the butler in advance, they arranged transfers for us, which truly alleviated a major concern.
The guesthouse also offers exclusive free shuttle services. The butler drove us to the Zhongchagou Scenic Area. This place has a completely different vibe from Jiuzhaigou – fewer crowds, beautiful scenery, and a richer cultural atmosphere. We leisurely explored for over an hour, which was very pleasant. I highly recommend trying the horseback riding.
In the evenings, the manager would thoughtfully explain the best ways to explore Jiuzhaigou. Since Jiuzhaigou is truly vast, getting a heads-up on routes and activities makes a first-time visit much easier. The manager didn't just introduce attractions but also shared insights using movie-themed route maps, making it feel like a 'crash course' in攻略, which was very practical.
The entire guesthouse's decor and furnishings clearly show the owners' dedication; it’s not just another cookie-cutter B&B. If you look closely, you'll find little surprises in every corner. The manager also introduces ******* culture through thangka painting, rubbings, and seals, making the stay more than just accommodation – it’s also an experience and an opportunity to learn.
The room features a Japanese-style tatami design, which is very cozy and comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. Details like towels, heaters, and electrical outlets are thoughtfully provided, making the stay very convenient. We could also easily relax and watch TV programs in the evening.
I also really enjoyed the food here; the overall ambiance is quiet and comfortable. Breakfast included steaming hot rice noodle soup, as well as corn, sweet potatoes, and steamed buns – simple but satisfying, the perfect, unpretentious start to the day.
Furthermore, I really appreciate their WeChat group communication method. Any questions were answered promptly, which provided a great sense of security.
Overall, this is a guesthouse where you can feel the 'diligent management' and 'sincere hospitality.' It's not about ostentatious service, but rather numerous small details that make you feel cared for and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to slow down and experience Jiuzhaigou and ******* culture.

Opening the window reveals the enchanting landscapes of Jiuzhai, making it feel like you're living inside a painting where nature and culture harmoniously intertwine. The breakfast in the morning is a real treat, featuring authentic local flavors and exquisite presentation – it's both comforting and heartwarming, setting a wonderful tone for the day.
What I'll remember most are the people here, as warm as the sunshine of Jiuzhai. Zaxi was enthusiastic and attentive, providing thoughtful companionship throughout our stay. He patiently introduced us to the surrounding sights, took us to discover local coffee, and helped us experience ******* culture. His meticulous care added a sense of security and ease to our trip. The handsome Longlong was like a walking photographer, capturing our beautiful moments with his lens. Each photo held such thoughtfulness, preserving precious memories of our journey.
Another delightful surprise at the inn was the adorable dog, Huahua. Gentle and lively, she instantly dispelled any unfamiliarity or apprehension, becoming a little source of comfort during our trip. From the attentive service to the warm environment, from the authentic food to the heartwarming companionship, Youmei Yinsu Jiuzhai Cloud Inn truly made us feel at home with their sincerity and dedication.

55maoThis stay completely redefined my understanding of ”service.” From the moment my reservation was confirmed until I checked out, the hotel team truly delivered a personalized, one-to-one butler-style experience. Every staff member was as attentive as an old friend. Before my trip, the butler proactively offered detailed travel advice, helped book transportation, recommended restaurants, and even thoughtfully reminded me about weather changes. Their responses were consistently prompt throughout my stay, leaving me with absolutely nothing to worry about.
The room amenities also deserve high praise: a smart toilet, a body-sensing shower system that was incredibly comfortable, and a mattress so inviting I didn't want to get out of bed, leading to a significant improvement in my sleep quality. What was even more delightful were the complimentary fruits and minibar upon check-in – the fruits were fresh and abundant, and the minibar offerings, from drinks to snacks, showed careful selection beyond just a perfunctory standard.
I particularly want to highlight a heartwarming detail: when checking in, I subtly expressed my slight dissatisfaction with the window view. Without a word, the front desk attendant proactively offered to change my room and upgraded me directly to a balcony room. I even stated at the time that I was willing to pay for the upgrade myself, but he insisted on upgrading me for free. This generosity and customer-first attitude truly moved me.
Overall, this is a hotel that has ”service” ingrained in its very core. The hardware is impressive, and the software (service) far exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and respected stay, this place is definitely worth a special trip.

GGuest UserExcellent service at Hilton Resorts (Jiu Zhai Gou). Before we arrived, we were actually stucked due to a previous didi vehicle with flat tyre midway, which caused much anxiety whether we could view the nice view at the hotel. Unfortunately we missed the view at the hotel as it got dark. When we arrived, the place really nice and clean.
We were greeted by staff Anna at the frontdesk who very clearly explained to us on the check in details, and when the sun would rise the next day. As we were going to Jiuzhaigou, she also very nicely helped us to arrange a driver for the next day, and explained that the luggage will be carried by the same driver. On the buffet, we also received 2 for 2 discount for the next breakfast given we had some uncertainty on whether all of us will be having breakfast. For dinner, she also recommended the hotel restaurant and what to order, giving us a member discount as well. Along the way, she very helpfully gave us updates and check in on us. We are very grateful to have Anna to support us in our stay, which made it bery pleasant! ☺️
The room also has really nice view and is clean, so highly recommend to pick one that has the pond view. Breakfast also has a good spread!

AAnonymous UserI came during the off-season, thinking it would be cheaper, but even budget hotels like Quanji were still around 500-600 RMB a night. I'm not sure why this one had a discount, so I decided to give it a try.
It was excellent! Super high value for money! I checked, and the room type was a bit smaller than some others, but for me alone, it was perfectly fine.
It's about a 20-minute walk to the scenic area, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is perfect.
It's conveniently located between two bus stops, making it easy to catch the shuttle bus to the scenic area. You can see the hotel's sign as soon as you reach the alley entrance.
There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby; it's very lively.
Houses are so competitive now! I didn't expect a hotel for 200 RMB a night to have a WeChat butler on call. That's impressive.
I ordered a milk tea to the lobby and told the staff I'd come down to pick it up later. To my surprise, they delivered it directly to my room! (ᴗˬᴗ*)
It's a great place; I'd definitely consider staying here again if I come back.
Oh, and by the way, the bath towels are disposable. If you mind, remember to bring your own towel.

XXiaoluThe hotel rooms are individual houses, each with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the distant snow-capped mountains, especially stunning when foggy in the mornings. The hotel grounds themselves are also lovely, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The natural environment is great too; I even saw some cute little birds.
The hotel is located within the Jiuzhai Huamei Holy Land Resort area, with plenty of shops nearby, making it very convenient for shopping. Within the hotel, you get around by electric buggy. If you're coming from the high-speed train station, take the Jiuzhaigou bus and get off at the General Supermarket stop; the hotel can send an electric buggy to pick you up. Overall, getting around is very smooth.
There's an in-house restaurant, a Western one, but I really didn't enjoy it – it was both expensive and not very tasty. However, you can go to the Chinese restaurant at the neighboring Hilton, and the hotel's electric buggy provides round-trip service, which is very convenient.
What I was most satisfied with were the room facilities and the service. The Conrad bedding is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I tend to be a light sleeper in new places, but I slept quite well here. The service was also excellent, not overly enthusiastic but very efficient.

GGuest UserTraveling with kids and seniors, it was super comfortable. They even offered late-night snacks after 10 PM. I really enjoyed the beef noodles and rice vermicelli for breakfast. Our butler, Yangqing, was very nice and even gave the kids a complimentary breakfast. In the morning, the hotel car dropped us off right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou – you can't get that close if you drive yourself! Highly recommend it.

After check-in, the staff will drive you to your room by car since it’s a bit far from the main reception. If you need transport or a personal driver to travel around, you can also request it from the hotel before heading to Jiuzhaigou — they will provide a trusted contact so you’ll feel more secure. Overall, everything was good and perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

The cleanliness is impeccable, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay was excellent. My only minor gripe is a small step next to the elevator that makes it a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

ZZuguoyiduohuaActually, I booked this guesthouse with a ”blind box” mentality, and it was surprisingly good! First of all, it was a brand new hotel, practically brand new since May 2026. Secondly, the service wasn't at all rushed despite being newly opened. The manager even helped my friend take some great photos in the rain. The driver was also incredibly helpful, taking us around the scenic area and town repeatedly, recommending local delicacies to make sure we girls didn't miss out. The receptionist was also very welcoming, and the cook kept asking if we had enough to eat. Although we came mainly to see the scenery of Jiuzhaigou, this guesthouse undoubtedly left a deep and unforgettable impression on us. Thank you again for making this trip a perfect ending. I'll definitely bring my family back again if I have the chance.
