Atour S Hotel, Bianbian Street, Tourist Center of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area

The bedding at Atour is incredibly comfortable. Even though it's a bit pricey, it's definitely worth every penny. Plus, it's a maximum 10-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou tourist center, and the surroundings are excellent. Next time our family plans a trip, Atour will be our top choice. The breakfast is also fantastic, offering both Chinese and Western options.

The staff were very welcoming. When I checked in during the evening, I was offered refreshing honey water, which was a thoughtful touch after a long day of walking. Since it was after the September school term started, there weren't too many tourists. A pleasant surprise was the free room upgrade from the front desk staff – thank you! Breakfast was quite busy around 7 AM, but the food was replenished quickly and tables were cleared efficiently. The food was good, and after eating, you could even pack some items in takeout boxes to bring into the scenic area for lunch. There was a good variety of small breads and cakes, perfect for packing. The hotel offers free luggage storage. After checking out, you can walk to the scenic area by heading left from the parking lot; it's about a ten-minute walk, which is quite convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable and satisfying experience.

The room was very spacious, with a quiet mountain view from the window and excellent soundproofing. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the towels were wonderfully soft. There was also a mini-fridge. The parking was very convenient. We stayed in early September for 750+, and it definitely lived up to Atour's quality standards.

The hotel is located next to the scenic area, a 10-minute walk away. After getting off, a bellboy helped with the luggage. There's a beautiful small river in front of the hotel. Our room was on the mountain side, very quiet at night. We extended our stay for another night!

Excellent! The hotel has great soundproofing, and the bedding is super comfortable. It's really close to the scenic area entrance, just as other guests mentioned – about a 10-minute walk (700 meters) if you're not rushing. Bianbian Street is right across the road, making snacks and takeaways very convenient. I accidentally left something in my room, and the hotel promptly contacted me and mailed it back.

The hotel is very new, and the overall environment and service are excellent. It's about a ten-minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, which is very convenient. However, the air conditioning in the room is too noisy. Even when turned off, it inexplicably kicks on and makes noise every now and then...

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just over 800 meters from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, making it easily accessible on foot. This proximity to the attractions is a major plus. The rooms are spacious and bright, and despite facing the street, they are surprisingly quiet. The cleanliness and tidiness are commendable. While the bathroom is a bit small, it features a good wet/dry separation. Breakfast is quite substantial and includes local specialties. The hotel offers its own free parking, which is great for those traveling by car. We received complimentary welcome fruit and a souvenir upon check-out. However, the front desk service could use some improvement.
