The room was very clean, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious too. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit. The hotel's shuttle service to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area: It was quick, convenient, and I was very satisfied. The car was comfortable as well. Minibar: The complimentary water was refilled daily, which was a very nice touch.

Absolutely fantastic! I'd heard great things about their service before booking, but it far exceeded my expectations. They offer free laundry service, and the water heater uses an inverted mineral water bottle (which feels much cleaner than a traditional electric kettle, by the way). Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided in individual bottles. They offer pick-up upon arrival, and when someone in our group wasn't feeling well, the owner proactively offered to take us to the hospital. Since we were two adults and one child, the owner even gave us an extra breakfast. Plus, the owner planned our Jiuzhaigou itinerary based on our travel needs, and it was perfect – we even managed to visit Shuzheng Lakes at a less crowded time, which was amazing! 👍👍👍 The restaurant they recommended was also very clean.

I rarely write reviews, but I wholeheartedly recommend Jiuzhaigou Tixin Meisu. It was the warmest memory of our trip to Jiuzhai. Checking into Jiuzhaigou Tixin Meisu was a delightful surprise. The manager, Pengcuo Langjia, proactively upgraded our room for free, and opening the window revealed an even more beautiful panorama. What touched us even more was the thoughtful gesture of providing a complimentary breakfast for our children – that bowl of rice noodles is still memorable, with its rich and delicious broth. The kids savored every bite and praised it repeatedly. gaussian The room's decor was elegant and refined, with every detail showing meticulous care. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively asking about our needs. They even provided thoughtful pick-up and drop-off services for our visits to and from the scenic area. When we encountered minor difficulties during our trip, they immediately helped resolve them, which gave us great peace of mind. The guesthouse also displayed many precious ******* cultural artifacts, much like a small museum. Manager Pengcuo Langjia personally explained them to us, from ******* ornaments to everyday objects, sharing stories that gave us a deeper understanding and respect for ******* culture, as if we had enjoyed a free cultural exhibition. In the evenings, the guesthouse also prepared detailed travel guides for guests visiting the scenic area the next day, offering both digital and printed versions. The route planning was clear and practical, saving us a lot of time and effort, making our visit to the scenic area more relaxed and enjoyable. From the scenery to the food, from the service to the culture, every aspect of Tixin Meisu exceeded our expectations. This was the most satisfying accommodation experience of our entire trip. The hotel's location is very convenient and the surroundings are quiet. The included round-trip shuttle service to attractions was very practical. The butler service was meticulous, planning out our daily itinerary. Here are some suggestions for improvement: 1: The housekeeping wasn't thorough enough; it was clear the training was insufficient. 2: The breakfast was too monotonous. Staying for several days, it's easy to get tired of it, and the variety is very limited. 3: The butler's greeting message could include asking how guests slept the previous night and if they need more pillow options. 4: The electric toilet was not very functional, and I recommend checking and reinforcing the sealant strips in the bathroom.

This guesthouse was fantastic! The host created a dedicated service group for us early on and gave us lots of tips for exploring Jiuzhaigou. On the day we checked in, they even upgraded our room for free. The room had amazing natural light and was incredibly spacious and bright. The host was also so thoughtful, helping us with our heavy luggage. We ordered the mushroom and cured ham hotpot at the guesthouse, and it was absolutely delicious. The free breakfast's rice noodles were also very tasty. In the evenings, they even offered free, unified Jiuzhaigou tour route explanations and travel tips, which was incredibly helpful. Dining options around the guesthouse were very convenient. When I accidentally left some luggage behind, the host promptly communicated with me and helped arrange to ship it back home. Overall, the experience was superb, and the guesthouse environment was excellent and very quiet.

The bed was super comfortable, and they even stocked the room with snacks and fruit – they really paid attention to the little details! The hotel facilities are also top-notch. The lobby is like a mini-museum, showcasing antique artifacts and creating a truly artistic atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel!

The service was excellent. They created a WeChat group beforehand to provide tips on buying tickets and getting around. When we arrived in Jiuzhaigou, they even arranged for a business car to pick us us up after a quick chat. I highly recommend attending the Jiuzhaigou evening briefing at 9 PM if you have time; it's very helpful. You can then plan your route according to your companions' preferences. The restaurant's dishes were great, and the value for money was fantastic. The yak meat was very fresh, and the breakfast rice noodles were delicious.

Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!

The guesthouse offers free shuttle service to and from Jiuzhaigou, which saved a lot of energy. What's more, they gave us a very clear explanation of the Jiuzhaigou攻略 (guide/strategy) beforehand, much clearer than anything I found on other platforms. The service was also fantastic. It was really cold during our stay, and they even prepared brown sugar ginger tea for us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!~
