"Came to Jiuzhaigou for a trip and found this hotel on Trip.com. The environment is great, and it's easy to find. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the Guoda parking lot. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, all within a short distance. The front desk staff are very welcoming and responsive to any needs. It's also pretty quiet at night, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and getting a good night's sleep. Highly recommend!"

It's not far from the scenic area's ticket entrance, and you can walk to Bianbian Street for food and shopping. The main thing is that the room hygiene and environment are great. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, helping with luggage. The most considerate touch was that after a full day exploring Jiuzhaigou, the hotel proactively brought foot bath supplies – my child loved it too! For any families planning a trip to Jiuzhaigou, definitely book this hotel without hesitation."

"I was very satisfied with the room. There were no issues with unstable hot water, which I had been concerned about. The lady at the front desk was lovely and proactively helped me get an extra breakfast for my family of three. We had a twin room, which could be combined, and we asked for extra pillows and blankets. We also had dinner at the hotel, the Chinese food was good and the price was fine. They even gave us a free photo session and a Starbucks buy-one-get-one-free voucher, though we didn't use either. In the room, the welcome fruit was very generous: dragon fruit, oranges, pepino melons, apples, and pears. The mini-bar had Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, and a box of welcome candies. There were also 6 bottles of Nongfu Spring water. I was very pleased. I had originally been a bit worried that the conditions in the valley might not be great. For those who prefer quiet, I highly recommend staying here rather than at the valley entrance. It's much noisier there. If I come again, I will definitely stay here. Hilton is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Jiuzhaigou."

It has floor heating and a small balcony outside. The breakfast offers a wide variety, but the taste wasn't great. The cups for coffee and soy milk were too small; they were gone in two sips. The complimentary afternoon tea was also just okay. Overall, the food quality doesn't match the hotel's caliber."
