Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort

Although the hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, it's much quieter and more convenient than staying right at the entrance. The hotel has beautiful scenery, like a garden, with stunning views even from the room. The staff, including front desk, concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping, were all very warm and professional. It put a perfect end to our trip to Jiuzhaigou. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel upgraded us to a panoramic room, and the room service was excellent. My elderly relative suffered from severe altitude sickness, and the staff immediately provided an oxygen tank. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

This is one of the top five hotels in Jiuzhaigou in my opinion. The location is great, the service is excellent, and it's convenient for getting around. The service is truly the best, and the breakfast is also fantastic. Our family of three had a wonderful stay, and the travel photography was a great bonus!

The hotel is located in Huamei Shengdi, making it very convenient to travel to and from by the official shuttle bus. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the scenic area. As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a bellboy came out to help us with our luggage – excellent service! Especially Janice, the guest services manager, who even gave me a small bear. The hotel environment and room cleanliness are both excellent. On the second night, I experienced some altitude sickness, and the hotel even helped deliver an oxygen tank to my room 🫧 I was truly touched!

The hotel environment is quiet, and the entire mountain park is great for walks and fresh air. We received complimentary snacks upon check-in, and the large bathtub was perfect for bathing the kids. This is definitely our top choice for a family trip!

The hotel environment is really nice, especially the garden view which is fantastic. The room itself was spacious and had excellent soundproofing. However, the air conditioning wasn't very effective; it got a bit stuffy under the duvet, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. I was upgraded to a better room type and received complimentary breakfast during my stay, for which I am very grateful.

My experience at the Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort far exceeded my expectations. The front desk service was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, tidy, and the surroundings were wonderfully tranquil. Both the service details and the hardware facilities were impeccable, making it an excellent choice for a stay in Jiuzhaigou. Not only did we receive welcome fruit, but breakfast for the child was also provided free of charge.

The environment is quiet and beautiful, and both the check-in process and overall service were excellent. The breakfast was great, and the self-paid buffet dinner, as well as the hot pot with yak meat and sour soup, were also quite good. It's convenient to get to Jiuzhaigou by taxi, and there's also a bus stop for the high-speed rail station, making transportation very accessible. Overall, it's highly recommended.
