BBiaoxianshengdarenHidden at the foot of the mountain, this healing Chinese-style B&B completely stole my heart! I stumbled upon this absolute gem during my trip, and it totally exceeded all expectations.
The perfect blend of a traditional Chinese courtyard and mountain scenery – I was awestruck the moment I walked in! It's a three-story, all-wood Chinese quadrangle with bright red lanterns hanging high, exuding a rich traditional charm. When the lights come on at night, the atmosphere is simply magical, making it incredibly photogenic.
The courtyard itself is a world apart. Bluestone paths connect lawns, streams, rockeries, and a pavilion. Sitting in the pavilion, feeling the mountain breeze, just makes you slow down and relax. Open the window, and you're greeted by rolling green hills. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset paint the mountains golden in the evening – this kind of natural, relaxed vibe is something city hotels just can't offer.
🛏️ The room's comfort and attention to detail were exceptional, and I absolutely loved the design! A minimalist, natural wood style with warm lighting made it cozy yet sophisticated. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly; lying down instantly melted away travel fatigue. The rattan pendant lamp by the bed added so much ambiance, and they thoughtfully provided a projector, so watching movies in bed at night was pure bliss. (The pillows were incredibly comfortable!) The separate wet and dry bathroom was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet and new shower facilities. Toiletries were comprehensive. From the open clothes rack and blackout curtains to the small coffee table and sofa, every detail showed the owner's care. It felt as comfortable as being in my own home.
The owner's service was truly impeccable! From check-in to check-out, they were attentive throughout, answering every question and proactively recommending local food and sightseeing routes, making us feel completely at ease. The room was spotless, and amenities were promptly replenished – the attention to detail was top-notch.
This is definitely the most satisfying B&B I've stayed in recently! Whether you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle, enjoy a slow mountain life, or immerse yourself in the charm of a Chinese courtyard, this is the perfect choice. Comfortable rooms, stunning environment, warm service, and incredible value for money – I've already recommended it to all my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

HHababeilaFacilities: This is a light luxury resort-style hotel. The room layout, design, furniture, and even the bedding and tea sets show meticulous planning. Everything is high-quality yet perfectly understated, very thoughtful, making for a comfortable stay.
Hygiene: Definitely held to hotel, not homestay, standards. As hygiene is a key criterion for me, every corner was spotless. Absolutely no cobwebs or tiny bugs in the nooks.
Environment: Located near the semi-mountainous Mabang Square in Huameishengdi, it's quiet with expansive views and very convenient for horse riding.
Service: The butler service was excellent and very considerate. They set up a group early to provide tips for every step, accompanied us to experience wearing ******* clothing, took us horseback riding, and busied themselves with all the arrangements. We didn't have to lift a finger with our luggage, which was a lifesaver for two girls who get out of breath just walking a few steps.
Welcome fruit: There was welcome fruit, but the variety was a bit simple. The soft drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge were complimentary, and the tea was of good quality.
'Exclusive Car & Courtesy' service: They arrange a seven-seater business car for scheduled transfers, but you need to book in advance.
If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to slightly improve the breakfast variety.

GGuest UserOn a business trip to Chengdu, I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Jiuzhaigou. I got off the high-speed train in a T-shirt and shorts and was absolutely freezing. After the hotel arranged a business car to pick me up, the owner personally drove me to buy clothes and a windbreaker. He even picked me up again after I finished eating and took me back to the hotel. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful! I'd love to go back again.

GGuest UserThe room was decent, not noticeably different from what you'd expect from chain hotels like Atour. The bathroom, in particular, was a pleasant surprise with its Toto fixtures. Compared to other ******* regions, the facilities here are remarkably well-equipped. The owner thoughtfully placed us in the innermost building, away from the street and on the 3rd floor, which made it wonderfully quiet. The restaurant was excellent, offering a rich taste of ******* culture, providing a great opportunity for the kids to experience the local ethnic minority charm. Breakfast was also very good, and they even generously gave us an extra breakfast voucher. The taxi they arranged for our trip to Jiuzhaigou on the second day was also very punctual. Highly recommend!

FFanqiechaodanplus+For my trip to Jiuzhaigou, I chose the Indigo Hotel. It's about a 15-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which is very convenient. The hotel is located within a commercial district, and in the evenings, there are lively bonfire performances. The hotel also offers local cultural experiences such as visits to ******* homes and prayer flag printing, providing guests with a genuine cultural immersion – it's a very thoughtful touch.
The Indigo's design style is exactly what I like, and this particular hotel incorporates even more ******* cultural elements. Many of the staff wear traditional ethnic clothing, creating a unique atmosphere. For this stay, my room type was upgraded by the butler, who contacted me beforehand. The room layout, facilities, and bedding details were all meticulously managed.
My room had a view of the snow-capped mountains, and I really have to commend my thoughtful butler, Selangzhu. From the day before check-in until the day after I left, her service was incredibly detailed and attentive. She tried her best to fulfill all my requests, including information about local activities and whether there would be traffic jams or road closures to Jiuzhaigou, informing me in advance. As a tourist, I truly felt at home.
The hotel's breakfast was also quite impressive, featuring many local specialties. This truly allowed out-of-town guests to experience local life through the food, culture, and various other aspects.
A perfect stay makes for a comfortable trip. Thanks to Indigo and Selangzhu for leaving me with such a perfect impression of my Jiuzhaigou journey.

The window views are expansive, and every corner of the guesthouse showcases a keen sense of aesthetics, preserving regional characteristics while meeting modern living habits. Plus, the guesthouse even provides free shuttle service to the scenic area entrance!

YYouyujiuhuibaibeiiWhat impressed me most was how incredibly warm and helpful the owner was, and the lovely young lady at the front desk was just as enthusiastic. The service was spot-on. I stayed for two nights, and she had a smile on her face the whole time. I rambled on quite a bit, but she just kept smiling and responding, which was really heartwarming ❤️.
The hostel faces a river, which looks quite pretty at night, haha. They even have Dyson hairdryers! The bed was wide, and the duvet was super comfy; there was no feeling of dampness at all. There's air conditioning in the room, and on the first floor, there are separate tables, chairs, and sofas where you can eat or read. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, plus convenience stores and breakfast places.
It's about 2km from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and you can walk along the river for 20-30 minutes to get there. The walk is quite enjoyable, so I highly recommend going on foot instead of taking a taxi.
Oh, and there are two little dogs at the hostel! They're absolutely adorable and don't bite. If you stay here, you can play with them for a bit – they feel like fleece, haha.

TTonpaiWThe first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean.
However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for?
The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible.
In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping.
The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack.
Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

BBarbellzThis hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.
