⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended! This is one of the best-equipped guesthouses I've ever stayed in. The room design really caters to men's needs! The capsule beds are spacious, with clean and thick bedding. Each bed has its own curtain and locker, offering complete privacy, making for a super comfortable stay. The bathroom and washing area are very well-designed, with excellent wet/dry separation, and even a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient. The courtyard was an even bigger surprise – built into the mountainside, it's astonishingly large, featuring pavilions, terraces, and rockeries with flowing water. It's a fantastic spot for photos. The owner is also very nice, making for a perfect experience!

An absolutely secluded retreat: True to its name, Jiushan is a top choice for escaping the world. When they picked me up to go up the mountain, we turned off the national road onto a very small and narrow path. The owner explained that he had to get permission from every villager along the way to build it, and it immediately felt very hidden and mysterious, yet also strangely welcoming. While not completely surrounded by the nine sacred mountains of Jiuzhaigou, the guesthouse lobby and rooms offer an uninterrupted view of continuous mountain ranges right in front. The scenery changes rapidly with the weather, and simply sitting, lying, or standing and daydreaming, you feel healed by the view. It really is worth staying on the mountain; the scenery is a natural gift that hotels downhill just can't compare to. When I contacted them in advance, they mentioned upgrading me to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows. It was raining when I arrived, and I ended up in a room called 'Rain' – everything felt perfectly serendipitous. The owner told me that the misty mountain view I saw that day was even rarer than the 'golden mountains in the sun.' I went downstairs and sat under a tent for a while, quietly listening to the rain and bird songs, taking deep breaths of fresh air – it felt like a full body cleanse. Sure enough, the next day, after clear skies, the scenery was completely different, offering an experience of peaceful reading in the sunlight. On the first evening, I only intended to heat up some beef baked buns I'd bought downhill, but I was drawn to the bonfire that had been set up and ended up sitting there for ages. I didn't have my phone, just watched the crackling fire, zoned out, chatted, and even cadged a few beers. After checking in, I completely forgot about my plans to go down the mountain to other scenic spots. I've often thought that for city dwellers, travel is a process of returning to oneself. We're bombarded with enough information usually, so being able to be alone in an undisturbed place, even just to daydream, is the best possible experience.

An experience that exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is perfect, incredibly close to the scenic area. They even provide a dedicated driver for morning drop-offs to the attraction, and if the driver is unavailable, they'll reimburse your taxi fare. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was also quite unique. Excellent value for money – if you're visiting Jiuzhaigou, this is definitely the place to stay! Already recommended it to my friends 👍

The guesthouse is self-operated, and the young lady there is incredibly lovely and kind. There are three Hakimi dogs at the guesthouse, who are very adorable and not afraid of people at all. The room was very clean; even after being quite picky, I couldn't find a single dirty spot, and it was very quiet at night. The young lady brought breakfast the next day, which was just a short walk from the second floor. The guesthouse has its own parking lot with charging stations, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. I wrote this review very carefully because we left before breakfast started on the second day. The young lady could have easily saved us breakfast, but she still fried four eggs and packed them for us. She was such a thoughtful young lady, and I highly recommend her!

Traveling with my family of three during the summer holiday, I looked at many hotels and chose this one, Dolanda. The location is excellent; the bus stops right at Zangwang Yanwu Square, making our return trip easy. The area is packed with places to eat, including specialty restaurants, supermarkets, and popular chains like Ba Wang Cha Ji, Luckin Coffee, KFC, and Starbucks—everything you could ask for. It's only about a 10-minute walk to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The service was also great! The hotel is on the second floor, and there are dedicated staff downstairs to help with luggage. The front desk staff were warm and courteous. After checking out, I realized I left some cosmetics in the room, and the housekeeper immediately messaged me about it. The breakfast policy is very thoughtful; children under 17 eat for free, unlike other hotels that charge based on height. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. My daughter and I found the 1.35-meter beds perfect, no need to push beds together. Jiuzhaigou is incredibly beautiful, and even though it was exhausting, it was absolutely worth it. If I visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely stay here!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.

The owner was wonderful, so hospitable, and even offered pick-up and drop-off services. The room was very clean and well-equipped with all necessities. The surrounding area was lovely, fresh, and peaceful. Overall, I was very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Can the hostel please improve its hygiene? On the second morning, I woke up to a bunch of mosquitoes on the wall next to my bed, and dead mosquito bloodstains on the sheets. Only when I got back did I realize I had a bunch of skin inflammation from the bites. I'm truly fed up. All the windows in the room were sealed shut, so the room was stuffy. The good thing is that it has a nice river view outside, and there are restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores at Guoda Square. It's also quite convenient for getting to scenic spots and to and from the high-speed rail station.

The hotel environment is great, and the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was incredibly helpful. She gave excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. We were traveling with a child, and the family room was very well-designed; our kid absolutely loved it. Highly recommended!!!

The first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean. However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for? The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible. In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping. The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack. Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.
