Jiuzhai Forest Earth Cabin

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain with excellent views. We arrived after 10 PM, and the housekeeper waited up for us until then. The service was impeccable, and the room was very spacious. The owner even gave us a free upgrade, which was a nice surprise! All the facilities are new, and the room even comes with a whole-house sound system. It was a fantastic stay overall.

The environment here is fantastic, though unfortunately, we couldn't do our planned travel photoshoot because of the rain. The high-speed rail pickup was super convenient, and the hygiene was excellent. We also enjoyed the yak hotpot for dinner. Overall, the service was quite good.

The environment here is absolutely beautiful, and the air is incredibly fresh. It's the perfect choice if you're looking to connect with nature. The hotel is located on a mountain, and they offer free shuttle services between the hotel and the East Plaza of Huamei Shengdi at the foot of the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, and the service attitude is excellent.

The underfloor heating was great, and the butler service was very attentive. However, I wouldn't recommend the hand-cut beef for the hot pot at the restaurant, as it turned out to be frozen beef rolls. The shower switch in the room is a bit complicated; I'd suggest asking the butler for a demonstration before using it to avoid getting scalded. Everything else exceeded expectations. There's also a small ski slope nearby, perfect for taking the kids.

Facilities: The facilities were quite comprehensive and well-appointed. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was average. I noticed fruit left casually on the floor, and overall, it didn't feel particularly clean. Environment: The ambiance was quite pleasant, though they were undergoing some renovations/maintenance during my visit. Service: The service staff were very warm and helpful, providing timely reminders and assistance. Shuttle to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area: We were dropped off at the public bus boarding point for Jiuzhaigou. I'm not sure if they were just too busy...
