"I booked the 1099 package through Ctrip, which included a Thai meal (lunch or dinner option, I chose lunch) and access to the executive lounge. 1. **Front Desk Check-in**: Cicy, the lady at the front desk, was incredibly friendly. She upgraded us to a premier room and clearly explained the times for lunch and the executive lounge. Since I had mentioned my mother's birthday over the phone beforehand, they also helped arrange a room decoration and asked what time would be convenient for the cake delivery. Her attention to detail was excellent, and I was very impressed. 2. **Lunch**: We had lunch at the Thai Ying restaurant on the second floor. Everything was freshly prepared. Manager Zhong at the restaurant was exceptionally kind. She asked about any dietary restrictions, and when I mentioned a shrimp allergy, she ensured all dishes were prepared without shrimp and substituted chicken. When the food was served, she individually introduced each item in the set meal, offering very meticulous service. The food tasted good and was quite innovative. 3. **Executive Lounge**: There was only one female staff member, who looked very beautiful and gentle, and spoke in a soft, quiet voice. We had a light afternoon tea. I found the dinner quality to be quite high, and it was less crowded. Main dishes included scallion oil noodles and custard buns. Hot dishes featured steak, roast duck, cauliflower, chicken pieces, basa fish, typhoon shelter shrimp, as well as fruit, yogurt, and small Thai-style salad plates. I didn't get to photograph everything! But overall, the quality was quite good. 4. **Breakfast**: I wasn't very hungry, but I ate enough. To sum it up, I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai. My overall experience was fantastic, and all the service staff were gentle and attentive."

"Stayed at this hotel with my kids for our Disney trip, and the overall experience was fantastic. There's a convenience store on the first floor that's open until 2 AM, which was super handy for grabbing things, and the prices were fair. The hotel also has a free, very clean kids' play area on the first floor that my children absolutely loved. Plus, there's a coffee shop with reasonable prices. The soundproofing in the rooms was great; we were never disturbed by noise. A taxi ride to Disneyland takes about 10 minutes and costs around 30 yuan. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on our next Disney visit."

"I got a free room upgrade and could see the Oriental Pearl Tower from my room. **Amenities:** Everything you could possibly need was available. The hairdryer was excellent and dried my hair quickly. The in-room lighting was convenient with a master control switch. Instructions for all facilities were clear and easy to use. Hotel guides and in-room dining menus were all readily available. The bathtub was solid and not flimsy. The body lotion was smooth, easy to apply, and effective. The toiletries were also good and didn't leave a slippery residue. The bathroom was spacious enough for a comfortable shower. The shower cap, slippers, and facial soap were all of good quality. **Cleanliness:** Spotless. **Environment:** The hotel is located within walking distance of tourist attractions. The lobby is on the L floor, and the public spaces are wide, pleasant, and relaxing. The room had plenty of mirrors, including a full-length mirror right by the entrance. The furniture was made of retro dark wood, complemented by warm lighting and uniquely designed lamps, likely reflecting the popular decor style of its time. The furniture appeared solid and well-built. The wardrobe offered ample space with a good variety and number of hangers. The room was very comfortable to stay in. Although the living space showed signs of age, it was spacious, clean, and cozy. **Breakfast:** The breakfast selection was rich and varied, offering everything one could want. On that day, they had steamed chicken feet, local delicacies like crab shell pastry, and other international dishes. The fruit selection included bananas and apples. For yogurt, there was plain yogurt and regular flavored packaged yogurts. Both hot and cold cereals were available. **Service:** They gave me local specialty bookmarks and butterfly pastries. Requests were attended to promptly. Parking cost 20 yuan per entry. The parking area wasn't spacious, but there was someone on duty 24 hours a day to watch over and help move cars, which was very reassuring."

"First, a big shout-out to Lisa! We left something behind, and she was incredibly proactive in helping us find it and arrange for it to be couriered to us. Now for some more neutral feedback: 1. Upon check-in, we specifically mentioned we were traveling with a child to watch planes. The front desk staff, citing poor views in our booked room, suggested we upgrade to a suite for a better view, which would cost extra. However, once we got to the suite, we could only see a tiny corner of the tarmac. We then went back to the front desk, and they switched us back to our original room type. It turns out our original room had a perfectly wide view of planes taking off. Why were we encouraged to upgrade unnecessarily? Please look into this. 2. The soundproofing is terrible. The kids next door were laughing and screaming non-stop after 10 PM, which really disrupted our sleep. 3. The wardrobe light in our room stayed on even when the doors were closed."

"First, the transportation is convenient. It's very close to the Chuansha subway station, and there's a shuttle service to Disneyland, making it very convenient to get around. Secondly, breakfast is provided daily. My daughter, who doesn't like greasy food in the morning, surprisingly enjoyed the hotel's light porridge, side dishes, and eggs. I'm not a fan of steamed buns, so ordering takeout or eating out is also very convenient. Evening rides on the owner's electric scooter are also quite nice. The environment is very quiet, just a ten-minute drive from Disneyland. The surroundings are very peaceful, a nice contrast to the high-rise buildings in the city. Finally, the service is very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful in planning itineraries. I originally booked for two days, but couldn't get a ticket home, so I booked three more days. However, I didn't stay for the last two days before returning home, so the owner graciously refunded the remaining two days' fee. Overall, it's a great value."

"The room was excellent. The bed was spotless, without a single hair. The linens were all new and pill-free. The owner had even put up a Christmas tree. The pool was also very clean; despite the cold weather, the cleaning lady was still scrubbing it daily. The driver was very kind, providing free round-trip transportation to and from Disneyland. The owner was also very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wider variety than other guesthouses in the area. Overall, the experience was fantastic. For this price, it far surpasses other guesthouses and hotels in the same price range. Those who appreciate quality travel stay in guesthouses; hotels simply can't provide this kind of experience."
