The hotel's second floor connects directly to Terminal 1's international departures, yet it's surprisingly clean and quiet, with no airport noise whatsoever. The indoor infinity pool on the ninth floor is a major highlight, offering views of planes taking off and landing at Hongqiao Airport, and there's also a warm whirlpool spa right next to it.

Convenient location; for this star rating, it offers great value for money. Daniel, one of the staff members, was very professional. Hotel parking was also convenient.

The location is absolutely unbeatable – the lobby is just a few steps away from Terminal 1's check-in hall. Extremely convenient! However, there seemed to be an issue with the facilities. I couldn't turn off one of the spotlights with the main lighting control; it was right above my head. I piled up pillows to block the direct light from my eyes, but the room was still bright, and I had a terrible night's sleep. I read previous reviews saying the soundproofing was good; I didn't hear any plane noise, but I could definitely hear sounds from next door and downstairs. Plus, the bedside outlet had no power, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. If it weren't for a mandatory early morning flight, and if I didn't have an eye mask and earplugs, I would absolutely never stay here again.

The pool is great, and the views are amazing. You can enjoy the sauna while watching planes take off and land. Free parking is a convenient bonus. The hotel's cleanliness and service are excellent, and the environment is lovely. A big thank you to Guest Services Manager Forrest for their professional service. It's perfect for both overnight layovers and staycations.

I called room service at night for ice, and they said the restaurant was closed, with only a little bit left. Logically, if they were truly closed, there shouldn't be any at all; since they could still provide some, it means there's still a way to get it. In the end, they only gave a tiny amount of ice, making the service feel perfunctory and far from the standard expected of a 'five-star hotel'. Service: Extremely poor, the front desk was perfunctory.

An absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel offers incredible value for money; finding such a comfortable room in this location for the price is truly a steal. The room has a great view and is filled with natural light, making waking up to the beautiful scenery outside the window a joy every morning. The service here is impeccable, especially Cecilia. She is incredibly dedicated and responsible, patiently explaining all the hotel facilities and breakfast times during check-in. Whenever I encountered her during my stay, she always greeted me warmly, making me feel so welcome and at ease in an unfamiliar city. Cecilia's professionalism deserves a huge shout-out!

This hotel is fantastic! The staff are so enthusiastic. Miller, the handsome concierge, was incredibly thoughtful, helping me with packages and luggage. Velka at the front desk was also top-notch, assigning me a wonderful room.

My company booked me on the earliest flight out the next day for a business trip, so I chose the Hilton closest to the airport. What a gem! Its unbeatable location is incredibly convenient. From my room, I could see planes parked on the tarmac, so close I felt like I could almost reach out and touch them. If you have good eyesight, you could practically see the people inside the planes – it felt incredibly secure. And no need to worry about noise; the triple-paned soundproof windows were even quieter than my noise-canceling headphones. The room was very clean, the facilities were excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The beautiful solid wood wardrobe even made me want to get one for my own home. Oh, and a special shout-out to Cecilia at the front desk – she was professional, efficient, quick to respond, understanding, and very attentive.
