MMomo GWe had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

FFJINMy stay here was fantastic, and the service throughout made me feel incredibly welcome. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and a friendly demeanor. Check-in was efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions, showing great enthusiasm. Overall, the guest experience was very comfortable, and I particularly want to commend the service from various departments. The front desk receptionists were consistently warm and approachable, handling check-ins and check-outs with impressive efficiency. They patiently explained anything I didn't understand, never making me feel rushed or dismissed. The guest relations staff were exceptionally helpful and easygoing, especially Constance, who actively assisted in resolving any issues I encountered, always prioritizing the guest's needs. The concierge service was incredibly prompt; they immediately offered to help with my heavy luggage upon arrival and quickly handled requests for travel information or last-minute errands. They were always available and never delayed. Housekeeping was meticulous; my room was spotless and the bed perfectly made every day. When I called for water or toiletries, they were delivered to my room very quickly, demonstrating thorough and careful work. From arrival to departure, I felt genuine service without any sense of detachment. It truly felt like a home away from home. Both the value for money and the service are top-notch. I sincerely recommend staying here.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Chuxin Moshe completely exceeded our expectations. The room was simple, clean, and well-lit, with practical and complete amenities. The shuttle service to and from Disney was a huge convenience. I particularly want to commend the service; after checking out, I realized my child's item was left behind. The hotel promptly notified me and proactively helped package and mail it. Their attention to detail, reliability, and genuine kindness made our family trip very reassuring. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

YYiyiyaoayaoMy child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

MMeihuizzzzThe Peninsula Hotel is simply beyond words. The rooms are incredibly luxurious and opulent everywhere you look. But more importantly, there's an air of 'respect' that you truly have to experience for yourself. For breakfast, I loved the Peninsula classic pancakes, and in the evening, I enjoyed the bar on the 14th floor.

GGuest UserIf you’re planning a family trip to Shanghai and searching for a kid-friendly hotel that balances comfort, convenience and magical fun for little ones, I cannot recommend Shanghai Bund Puyan Hotel highly enough. Our stay in the Purple Wonderland Family Suite from the Zijing Tongbao Family Cluster completely exceeded every expectation we had, and we left with countless joyful memories with our children. The moment we stepped into our room, both my kids gasped with excitement. This spacious themed room is far roomier than standard hotel family rooms we’ve stayed in before, with plenty of open floor space for children to run around freely without feeling cramped. The entire space follows a soft, dreamy purple design concept—gentle lavender decor, warm ambient lighting and whimsical wall murals create a fairy-tale atmosphere that instantly transports you into a soothing purple dreamland. But the highlight that stole our children’s hearts was undoubtedly the built-in play zone inside the suite. A vibrant ocean ball pit sits beside a smooth mini slide, and our kids spent hours bouncing, sliding and chasing each other among the colorful plastic balls each day. They were fully occupied from morning till night, giggling nonstop and barely asking to head out sightseeing; it was such a relief to have a dedicated play area right inside our room to keep them entertained during downtime. Beyond the incredible kid-centric room design, the hotel’s unbeatable location was another huge plus for our family vacation. It is merely a 300-metre walk from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, Shanghai’s iconic shopping and leisure thoroughfare. We popped over multiple times a day—whether grabbing local street food, browsing boutique stores or taking evening strolls to admire the bustling city lights. With such a short walking distance, we never needed to rush for taxis or squeeze onto crowded subway trains with tired kids after long days out, making our daily itinerary far more relaxed and flexible. The hotel’s supporting facilities on our accommodation floor also brought us tremendous convenience throughout our stay. A fully equipped self-service gym is available for guests who want to squeeze in a quick workout while the kids rest, and right next to it lies a self-service laundry room complete with washing machines and dryers. Travelling with children always means piles of stained clothes from outdoor activities and indoor play, so having on-site laundry access saved us the trouble of hand-washing garments or carrying heavy dirty luggage home. We could wash and dry our clothes overnight effortlessly, keeping our travel bags light and tidy for the whole trip. What truly turned a great stay into an unforgettable one was the warm, thoughtful assistance from Shirley at the front desk. Throughout our entire time at the hotel, she patiently helped us resolve every small issue we encountered, always responding promptly with a gentle, helpful attitude. Whether we needed extra children’s toiletries, guidance on nearby kid-friendly dining spots or assistance adjusting room amenities to better suit our little ones, she listened carefully and offered practical solutions without hesitation. Her attentive service made us feel genuinely valued and well-cared for as foreign visitors travelling with a big family group. All in all, this hotel is a hidden gem for family travellers visiting Shanghai. The dreamy purple themed family suite offers endless joy for children, the prime [Coffee]downtown location cuts down travel hassle, and the in-floor gym and laundry facilities deliver outstanding practicality. Paired with the incredibly attentive front desk support, it has become our top choice for future family trips to the Bund area. We will absolutely book this hotel again on our next visit to Shanghai, and we sincerely suggest any family with young kids to choose the Zijing Tongbao Purple Family Room—your children will love every single minute spent here.

GGuest UserTo experience the century-old charm of the Bund in Shanghai, the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund is always my irreplaceable first choice. It occupies a prime spot amidst the historical Bund architecture, with dedicated concierges like Aaron, Coco, and Emily. The hotel beautifully blends old and new buildings, embodying the hundred-year history of the Shanghai Club. From the window, you can simultaneously take in the flowing Huangpu River and the Lujiazui skyline. It's within walking distance to Nanjing Road and has a tunnel directly to the financial district. Its unparalleled location makes it a unique standout among Shanghai's luxury hotels.

네르하I stayed at W Shanghai with my family and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, and the twin-bed room was spacious enough for my child and me to stay comfortably. Although the hotel is a little away from People’s Square and Nanjing Road, it is connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Most importantly, my wife and child were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a great choice for families. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and spoke English very well. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. There are also Starbucks and Luckin Coffee nearby, ㅣwhich was very convenient for grabbing a coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel for both family vacations and business trips, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

MMio Frantic+ The hotel is very close to Shanghai Railway station. Just 8 minutes of walk. + Very convenient to get to the tourist attractions like the Bund and Nanjing Road pedestrian street. Either with the subway or buss 64. +The bed was comfortable. +They have a laundry room which is good, - Something must have been wrong with the drying machine. The laundry was still very damp despite three hours in the dryer so we had to hang the clothes in the room. - I found the smart toilet uncomfortable. I tried to adjust the water jet, reading the manual using a translator app, but the water jet was still misplaced, too hard and cold. + The tea and the servis in the room was very cute and I enjoyed drinking the tea 😃 - The power chord of the kettle was too short to reach the outlet.🤔 I had to put a cup underneath. - Sometimes I could sense a smell of cigarette smoke or odor of sewer in the room coming back to the room after a day out. It disappeared after turning on the ventilation/AC

GGuest UserThe front desk service was exceptional. I arrived late at night, and the hotel even arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me directly to the hotel. The entire service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They also provide shuttle service to and from Disneyland, and there's even a late-night snack service when you return to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious too. Highly recommend!
