Great hotel with great staff Convenient location to get to everywhere The hotel provided noodles from 8 to 10pm for free. It was a good effort from the hotel especially for guests during winter. Staff helped to find the Taobao stuff we ordered which was a plus point too They even had a place to do laundry n drying of our clothes.. Recommended stay at this hotel

Hotel is a short walk to shopping area (Popmart flagship store), plenty of local small eateries (like in a back alley and 24hr) Service was really good ok our check-in day. Espcially the gentlemen helping with our luggages. There is a flight of stairs at the entrance and my husband was about to carry the luggages when they literally ran over to help. Minus 2 stars because we found out that they folded our used and still wet bath towel back to where is was after making our room. When we informed frontdesk, the lady replied so you just want new bath towel right? This totally took away all the good impression we had of the hotel. Renovation on-going (at the opposite building but we didn't really hear anything). Was able to sleep. We stayed at level 13. Bf was so-so.

Love this hotel! We are from Malaysia and did DIY travel ourselves. Free and easy. This hotel location is 100% perfect - just across the metro station (Laoximen) and walk up 800m you will find a mosque (for muslims). So halal food is also nearby. If you are up to people watching, walk up further you can find Yuyuan Garden! This hotel is the perfect location for us! The check in staff, despite not speaking English well were great and Yi Mo and friends definitely tried very best to make our stay enjoyable. Kudos Demores Hotel. Will recommend you guys definitely!

We got large room for very reasonable prices. Location was somewhat faraway from city center & metro but there're a couple bus stops nearby.

The staff made us feel extremely welcome the hotel is lovely and has charming character - special mention to the lovely Betty from the front desk who’s customer service and attentive nature was a blessing - looking forward to my next stay here - ps my daughter loved the kids toothpaste but she kept saying you were supposed to give us a gift but I don’t recall seeing this anywhere? Perhaps you can make it up to her on our next stay

We have a pleasant stay at this hotel. The girl at the reception is very nice. She is very helpful even though she is not fluent in english and I only know some Chinese word. She even offer to get us coffee when we checked out. During our stay we ordered some take out and some fruit for delivery and we don’t know how to use Xiaodu in our room so the staff got those orders to our room for us. Honestly we have no complaints. The room is nice, it does look like the photos. We got the room we want which is big enough to fit a bumper bed for our kids.

My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .

Service: 10/10. My mum and I were greeted at reception with warm tea and snacks. Honey (张小姐) added us on Wechat (Chinese social media) and provided us with food times and amenities for our stay. Location: 10/10 Amazing location. It's around 15 minutes walk from WuKang building which is the start of the famous Shanghai Citywalk. The hotel is 9 minutes walk from the closest metro (HengShanLu). Hotel: Perfect 👌🏼 We were given floor level 21 and had SPECTACULAR views. Absolutely superb. 💯 Food: Buffet breakfast. Afternoon OR evening tea included. Plus 1 bowl of noodle at night. What more can you ask for?! 10/10. Overall, I will recommend friends and family to stay. If you are deciding, stop & book right now!

The hotel has an elegant environment and a warm atmosphere. It is spacious, bright and clean. I highly recommend this place! It is close to the scenic area and convenient to enter and exit. The overall comfort is very pleasant, and the service attitude is first-class! The room is separated into dry and wet areas, the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the environment is beautiful and very satisfactory! The room was changed promptly and it was quieter. It was clean and tidy and I slept soundly. The sound insulation was really good! The front desk Xiao Yu provided very good service
