"Toy Story hotel is a 25min walk to the Theme Park.  There are also free shuttle buses that run from 6am - 11pm and run every 10mins  The Woody/Jessie special room included some free gifts (pillow cases, slippers, luggage tags). There are two beds, each 1.5m. This is a little small for two people to share one bed. But the bed and pillows are comfortable.  The room is well equipped with a fridge, USB outlets near the bed, desk, large TV with a large selection of Disney shows (along with normal TV channels, a) coffee pod machine, hot water machine. 6 bottles of water are provided daily. The cleaning is exceptional. It's very clean.  The design of the room is great also. On photos it looks as if the walls are flat and with just stickers, but in fact they are 3D and very high quality.  There is a sense with Disney hotels that due to the number of staff they have on hand, there is a high level of care for you.  One issue is that the wifi in the room was very poor, we had to use 5G instead.  I would also advise you to not book a room on 1st or 2nd floor. The first floor means everyone going to the dining room will pass your room, and 2nd floor is the actual main entrance so very high footfall.  The breakfast is a mix of chinese and western food. The breaksfast room is large. The food is good and buffet-style, but with servers helping you.  The disney theme park closes at 9.30pm, so by the time we returned to the hotel the restaurant was closed, but room service closes at 11pm.  The best thing about Toy Story hotel is the fact that it removes annoying things about other hotels. You do not need to worry about it being clean, you do not need to worry about too many people at breakfast, you do not need to worry about the quality of the fixtures and fittings, the towels are soft and replaced daily, the shower pressure is great, the sense of joy you may have to be in Disney is extended by being in the hotel. The bus being every 10mins is great, the fact that after a long day in the theme park, your bus is the closest to the park and you do not need to walk longer is great.  There is a children's area in the lobby that has Toy Story movie, table football, some other games for kids. There is nothing for adults - things such as a gym were missing.  But if you are planning to stay here for 1-4 days, then it's better to stay here then to stay elsewhere. Is it expensive - yes, but for a short time it's worth it. I think any longer then the Wifi would be more of an issue. But you only need 1-2 days to visit the theme park. "

"We were very happy with our stay at this hotel! First of all, we would like to mention the very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. They were always ready to assist us whenever we needed help. The staff also helped with our luggage, which was especially appreciated after a long journey. The location is very convenient — the hotel is located right next to the pedestrian street, so it’s easy to step outside and immediately find yourself in the heart of the walking area. The only small downside is that it was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, but if you follow the landmarks and directions provided, it’s manageable. There is also complimentary tea available at the reception, which was a nice little touch. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the location and overall service. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. We stayed in a room with a “smart bed,” which was absolutely perfect after a long day of walking around and exploring. It really helped us relax and recover after a busy day. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely be happy to stay here again. "I stayed in the Puyi Suite this time. The hotel's location is outstanding, just 300 meters from Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street, and People's Square is right around the corner. It's super convenient for shopping and visiting attractions. The staff were warm and friendly, offering thoughtful and meticulous service, always patiently answering any questions we had. The suite had a broad view, and the night view from the room was exceptionally beautiful; as the lights came on, the city scenery was truly breathtaking. "The rooms were all clean and comfortable, but there was a persistent bad smell coming from the toilet. Other than that, everything else was comfortable and clean. As for the location, it's a bit inconvenient; even with Didi, you can't be dropped off right at the entrance."

"Excellent stay! The room was very clean and tidy, and the afternoon tea provided was also great. I stayed for a week straight, and the staff even upgraded my room for free. From the rooftop, you can see the night view of Lujiazui. It's only about 100 meters from the subway station and five stops to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which is super convenient."
