"We have booked more nights initially, but our plan was disrupted by the typhoon unfortunately. Kudos to hotel to be willing to accommodate to our booking twice. Room is too dim for my liking, but housekeeping staff is helpful to my request. Convenient location that our favourite 莱莱小笼包 and 双喜甜品 is just a corner away. You just need to head down n the whole shopping street is right in front"

"This was our 3rd stay at Atour Hotels in China. All 3 locations, ie GuangZhou, Foshan and Shanghai, have the same high standards. Hotel room was clean, well maintained and comfy. Location is excellent as it’s near The Bund and short walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Street. Breakfast spread was great and they also serve free porridge for supper nightly from 9.30-11pm too. You can also do your own laundry FOC and the service staffs even help to transfer your laundry from washer to dryer and when completed they will pack your cleaned and dry clothings into a bag for your pickup. Again we are very happy with our 5-nights stay with Atour Hotel. Keep up with the great service !"

"Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and the space is quite big. It's 12 min walking far from the metro station (at least from line 2 that is the one that we used during our stay). They ”push” you a little bit to leave a review at the end. Still, the experience was nice."

"Located in a prime downtown spot, it's convenient for getting anywhere. Downstairs is very lively with restaurants, a food street, and a shopping complex all in one. During weekdays in summer, there were many foreign guests... and quite a few elderly Chinese too. The front desk often had queues for check-in, and there were always people waiting for taxis outside. Business was really good, yet the room offered excellent value for money! Thanks for the free upgrade to a deluxe suite~ It was newly renovated. I was on a business trip and decided to bring my mom along so she could relax and enjoy herself. **Facilities** They offer a table tennis room, a swimming pool, and a gym. No robots for food delivery pick-up though. **Hygiene** Clean. **Environment** The overall environment is good. The old five-star hotel is very well maintained; it doesn't feel old or dated. The room was newly renovated, but the sense of space wasn't huge, and the bathroom was a bit small. **Service** The service attitude was excellent and professional."

"Location is right beside the bund but because of that, traffic can be horrible. There’s no sheltered drop off bay, so if it rains, you will get a bit of rain when you get out of the car to the hotel. I am impressed with the free laundry and dryer provided but there’s only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Good thing is that you can track their use on the tv. Breakfast selection is quite ok, cooked disheschanges everyday except for the standard fares and fruits."

"This hotel was not cheap, so I had high expectations in comparison to the hotel I stayed in just before at half the price. We arrived at 5pm after a very long travel day and were stunned to be told our room wasn’t ready and we were to come back in an hour. 4 hours after check in opens and they think its acceptable to expect us to wait for a room we have paid 1150 yuan pn for. Only 18 hours in the room. I don’t think so. I told them it was unacceptable and they got a room ready after we hung around for 20 minutes. No apology. They didn’t seem to care at all and just looked put out. So I was surprised to see a bunch of literature in the room waffling on about how customer service was a priority to them because it certainly didn’t seem to be. Unfortunately we were put in a room directly below reception and could hear not only constant stomping above and the grating of chairs being dragged across the floor but the room next door had screaming kids making a racket and it was directly in front of the lifts so anyone at the lifts could also be heard because the room had no sound proofing. There was also building works going on so there was a constant hammering and sometimes drilling. I woke up at 4am at one point and they were drilling! Totally ridiculous. The room was nice. Great bed and pillow if a little firm. Well laid out and the shower was excellent. I’d like this shower at home. Giant tv we couldn’t use as there were no international channels at all and the screen sharing thing wasn’t working for us likely due to our eSIM. Nice kettle and free mini bar of bottles of water, tea and coke. A fruit bowl appeared when we got back from being out which was nice. Breakfast was so so. Mostly eastern catered. They have congee and dumplings from 9.30pm til midnight which was great. Location was excellent. Less than one minute to underpass to metro and 10 mins walk to the Bund. On Nanjing rd which is bustling with shops and restaurants. But if you can’t get your room til 6pm and then can’t sleep due to the constant noise then location and nice furnishings don’t matter a jot! Don’t stay here unless it’s much cheaper than we paid. The hotel we stayed in the day before at less than half the price was far superior."

"We needed an emergency hotel our flight was canceled due to to typhoon Bavi and ended up on this hotel. We picked it for its location to our favorite restaurant Hui Flavor. We enjoyed our stay. The younger attendants who checked us in at night were a bit too forward and borderline rude yet in the morning the attendants were really really professional and courteous, they more than maybe up for the night. The gym attendants was amazing and was probably the highlight of the trip in terms of staff."

We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

The service was excellent; I arrived at the hotel in the morning, and they allowed early check-in. The location is superb, within walking distance of Yu Garden and the City God Temple, and also walkable to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Yu Garden is less than a 10-minute walk away. Nearby, at Gangcheng Mingdu, you can find Haidilao hot pot and mala tang. There's also a convenience store just over the overpass. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, there was supper available. The self-service laundry was very convenient, and the lobby offered free herbal tea and hot tea. A great bonus was the shuttle service to Yu Garden, the Bund, Xintiandi, and Yunnan Road Food Street.

Having stayed at numerous top-tier five-star hotels both domestically and internationally, especially many in Shanghai, The Bellagio Shanghai is one of the very few that makes me want to return again and again. It's grand yet refined, with impeccable attention to detail. This stay was even better; Penny from guest services was beautiful and enthusiastic. She called and messaged me in advance to inquire about my check-in needs, and upon learning I was with a friend's family, she proactively arranged our rooms on the same floor and close to each other. She thoughtfully prepared fruit and toiletries for the children and even helped coordinate with their partner brand, Range Rover, for station drop-off, ensuring my friend's family and I had a perfect stay. The location is superb, convenient for both The Bund and North Bund, offering Suzhou Creek views, quiet yet central. Another highlight is the fantastic breakfast; The Bellagio's mini wontons are arguably the best in the country. This is a purely handwritten review, and I am extremely, extremely satisfied.

Our stay at the Qingmeng Space Slide House was a delightful surprise. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring. The room was specially designed for children, featuring a fun slide and a pool full of colorful ball pit balls. As soon as my child entered the room, they were completely engrossed in play, which significantly amplified the joy of our trip. ❤️❤️❤️ The hotel also thoughtfully provides a free self-service laundry room, which was a huge convenience for washing clothes while traveling. Moreover, the staff here are wonderfully gentle and patient, offering meticulous and considerate service, always responding promptly to our needs. This warm and thoughtful service, combined with the child-friendly themed room, makes it particularly suitable for families traveling with children. I will definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip.

This hotel is perfect for families with young children, especially if you have a late flight and no specific plans. It has a pool and an adventure park, which can keep the kids entertained for a good part of the day even after check-out. When you're tired, you can just sit there and order takeout. Plus, it's connected to a mall, so you don't even have to go outside. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, though it's not particularly gourmet, but for the price, it's acceptable. However, it gets quite busy on weekends with many families, and the front desk can be very hectic, so don't expect to get your room much before 3 PM. Overall, it's still very good value for money.

An absolutely wonderful experience! **Facilities:** Even though it's an older hotel, I was initially worried the facilities might be outdated. But when I arrived, I realized there was no need to worry at all. The overall vibe is one of rich heritage and understated luxury, without feeling old-fashioned. I personally loved it. **Hygiene:** The hygiene was excellent; I didn't notice any issues. **Environment:** Simply fantastic. This is a hotel with genuinely sincere service and a superb location, well worth experiencing. I absolutely loved it.

The most delightful stay of our trip! The hotel is very close to the Bund, so we could take leisurely strolls along the river and soak in the Shanghainese charm. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Our dedicated concierges, Echole and Vicky, provided gentle and impeccable service. At night, we could enjoy the dazzling night view of the Bund, taking in all the romance of this magical city. It's truly a rare and wonderful memory of our stay in Shanghai. I particularly loved the century-old elevator – pulling the iron gate felt like traveling through time, very cool! It would be perfect if there was an extra spot in the restroom to place a phone.

Our stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee. The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay. Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different! Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!). The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more. In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points
