GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

HHao999Extremely satisfied! The location is fantastic. We stayed here for a few days and my whole family was very happy. Tiananmen Square is right in front, and everything is so close by. It was super convenient to get around; there's a bus stop right outside, and taking the subway to the high-speed rail station was a breeze. We'll definitely come back next time we have the chance. The service was excellent too!

The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need.
Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

GGuest UserRight outside Ningbo Station, super convenient. I booked it for the convenience, but it turned out to be an unexpected surprise! The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast was rich and varied, and they even offered complimentary fruit and drinks in the evening. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for takeout! The staff, in particular, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They provided laundry detergent and even an eye mask when they saw me using my laptop. The biggest surprise was when I got sick with an upset stomach; the staff were incredibly caring. They brought extra water and even passed on instructions to their colleagues, who continued to check on me the next day, asking if I needed anything. It was so heartwarming; it made me feel so much at home while on a business trip. I'll definitely be staying here from now on. It's an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel, highly recommended.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Ningbo Marriott Hotel yesterday was truly unforgettable, and I particularly want to commend Mr. Huoguo from the Golden Keys team! I genuinely experienced the high-quality, warm service exclusive to a five-star hotel.
Last night, after a work dinner, I arrived at the hotel quite drunk, feeling unwell and dizzy, making check-in incredibly difficult. Luckily, I met Mr. Huoguo from the Golden Keys. He was patiently attentive throughout, providing seamless assistance from verifying my booking and completing the check-in to guiding me to the elevator and all the way to my room. Despite my inebriated state, he showed no impatience, maintaining a gentle and meticulous demeanor while efficiently helping me with everything.
What touched me the most was that Mr. Huoguo subtly noticed I was feeling nauseous and dizzy from the alcohol. He thoughtfully brought me warm honey water to alleviate my discomfort. This small but significant gesture brought me immense warmth when I was feeling so exhausted and unwell.
As a benchmark for high-end hotel service in Ningbo, the Marriott excels in both its facilities and its soft services. Duty Manager Mr. Huoguo, with his professionalism, perfectly embodies the Chinese Golden Keys' service spirit of 'satisfaction plus surprise.' I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel; it will definitely be my top choice for any future trips to Ningbo!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even proactively upgrading our room. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the made-to-order noodle station was a real highlight for me. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway. It's excellent value for money, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. YyingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
