After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Overall, it offers good value for money, and I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues. It's suitable for both short trips and business stays, providing a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is located right on Chenghuangmiao Pedestrian Street, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it super convenient. It's great for an evening stroll. We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

Really happy with the room, got a free upgrade! Parking was super convenient, and there's a shopping mall right across the street. Great for getting around, and plenty of food options nearby. Being on a high floor, it was quiet and peaceful. Definitely my top choice when visiting Cixi. Very good, very good!

Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

I booked a two-night stay and was very satisfied with the hotel. Being on a high floor, I had a great view of Yuehu Lake and the city's high-rise buildings. At night, the city lights were beautiful. The room was a bit small, but the breakfast was very rich and offered a lot of variety. The freshly made deep-fried dough sticks were delicious. They also had specialty glutinous rice balls and rice rolls with deep-fried dough sticks, as well as tofu pudding – definitely comparable to five-star hotels like Hilton, but with much better value for money. The location is excellent and convenient, right opposite Ningbo Station, and I wasn't bothered by any noise at all. This will definitely be my first choice hotel next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wanda Plaza. It's also a short taxi ride to Tianyi Pavilion, Yuehu Park, Drum Tower, and Tianyi Square, making transportation very convenient. For those driving, parking is easy, and there are even charging facilities available. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to assist guests with any issues. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our triple room was very comfortable, with soft beds, cozy duvets, and comfortable pillows. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive. The only minor drawback was that the shower water pressure was very low during peak hours. I'd suggest the hotel upgrades its water facilities. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, suitable for all kinds of guests. Definitely recommended.

The bathroom is clean, tidy, and has a separate wet and dry area. The natural light by the window is excellent, and the lounge sofa is very comfortable. There are also complete tables and chairs, making it convenient for simple work. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. It's highly recommended for medium to long-term stays and offers excellent value for money.

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.
