Right from Masood at the door to Dileka at breakfast and Waruna at the Concierge , our every need was met, and then some! It’s fully accessible if you have reduced mobility , and everyone who works there is constantly thinking ahead, so that you feel comfortable. The location is beautiful, the food is amazing and the hospitality is truly exceptional. I’m very grateful to the entire team for ensuring we had a memorable holiday."

As soon as you enter downstairs, all the staff are enthusiastic about helping you with your bags and with security checks. I also noticed that flight crews from Emirates or Qatar Airways stay at this hotel. The window seats in the breakfast area have a perfect view of the seaside train passing by, so the location and view are excellent. Thanks to the hotel, we have a wonderful memory of our trip to Sri Lanka."
