Guest UserExcellent hotel, small, cozy, clean, everything as we wanted when planning the trip. Very friendly owner of the hotel Laurent, personally met us at 2 am and settled us in the room. It is very close to the sea, 5-7 minutes walk, everything you need is nearby - cafes, restaurants, grocery stores. We had a great time in this hotel, we will definitely come back.

An excellent hotel for a great price. My family and I stayed in a Deluxe room with a balcony in September 2025. The furnishings matched the description and photos on the website: very clean and cozy, recently renovated, with new furniture and fixtures. The balcony has a clothes dryer and even clothespins. As an experienced traveler (over 20 countries and numerous cities under my belt), I can confidently recommend this hotel to independent travelers. The room is cleaned daily, a 1.5-liter bottle of water was provided daily, and linens were changed every three days. The reception staff doesn't speak Russian, but the hotel has free Wi-Fi, and if necessary, you can contact the staff using the translator on your phone. I didn't describe the furniture, curtains, etc. in my review, as I wrote above that everything matches the description and photos. I'd like to highlight the hotel's excellent location: a 5-minute walk to the sea, numerous cafes nearby to suit every taste and budget, and supermarkets and a bus stop are also within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

We booked the honeymoon suite. The room was a bit small, but the little balcony overlooked the sea, and the view was fantastic. The ocean was so clear and beautiful, it was really refreshing.
As a honeymoon special, we received complimentary strawberries and a bottle of sparkling wine 🍾, which was a nice touch. The quality of the water provided was also good – two large glass bottles.
The honeymoon package also included two services: first, a free cocktail for each of us at the bar, which was good. Second, a complimentary 20-minute massage for each person. However, booking this was incredibly difficult – we couldn't get an appointment at all, which was a really frustrating experience. Plus, the receptionist at the massage desk was noticeably unenthusiastic.
The best part was definitely the free bicycles provided by the hotel. We could cycle along the coast, which was incredibly enjoyable – everyone was so envious!

Lay Har YeoWhen we arrived after a long drive on 2 May 2025, the reception staff brought us coffee and were very pleasant. They also helped us bring our luggage to our room. But there were no explanations on the WiFi, or getting around the hotel, or any other information. We needed to call down for shower gel because our bottle in the hotel room (403) was near empty, and the vanity mirror’s light was also not working, which seemed to suggest that it had been some time since anyone had been inside/ checked the room. The most disappointing was when we hung the “please make up the room” sign on the door when we left at 8am, arrived back at 10pm, and the room hadn’t been tidied or refreshed at all. This was on 3 May 2025.
Pros:
- The room layout was great (at least for our room, which was sea-facing) and the overall location of the hotel, and the privacy and quiet it affords is fantastic. But it’s a pretty hefty price tag.
- They were also able to give us a late check-out which was much appreciated. The restaurant menu is a little limited in options but very delicious (we had the pasta).
Cons:
- If you’re going on tours and leaving early in the morning, ensure you buy your own breakfast the night before as the breakfast service in the hotel doesn’t start til 8am.
- WiFi was poor in the room and often dropped. Perhaps a signal booster would help.

I've stayed at many Rixos hotels in different countries. Some of their hotels have the 'Premium' designation. However, this Rixos Downtown Antalya is NOT Premium. So, I don't understand some of the demanding reviews. The hotel doesn't hide the fact that it's an older, standard 5-star property, but with good service.
Basically, if you don't expect premium when it's not advertised, everything will be fine.
The grounds are very compact, but they have everything you need for a small, comfortable vacation. No, there's no salmon for breakfast, but the food is quite varied and high-quality; Rixos stays true to itself in this regard.
The room was good (we had a Comfort room with a sea view), and everything was in working order, including the bathroom. No dirt, mold, or other common issues with older hotels were noticed. Housekeeping was done daily.
I only noted one downside: the double bed had two single mattresses covered by one sheet. By morning, they would separate, so one of us would wake up in the gap between the mattresses. The pillows were also uncomfortable, and there was no pillow menu.
Otherwise, everything was great.
The heated pool was 29-30 degrees Celsius, there's a spa, hammam, Russian steam room, and Finnish sauna. The landscape is picturesque, and they have good bicycles (free of charge) for rides along the sea.

I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel has 2 swimming pools surrounded by greens (I believe that is why the hotel is called ‘Lara Garden Hotel’.) I stayed for 10 days on an All-Inclusive basis, and I especially have to say that their Turkish breakfast was very gorgeous. There was always a wide range of selections of cheese available and I really enjoyed them every morning.
All receptionists were very nice, friendly and helpful.
The hotel provides their guests with free shuttle bus services to the beach, where you can use sun loungers and umbrellas. There are lots of lots of them on their private beach, and you do not have to pay for those sun beds or umbrellas. However, if you want to eat and drink something on the beach you have to purchase them from that beach café. I could even see some fish when I was swimming in the sea.
I know that some people complained that it was very noisy in the hotel due to the airplanes’ path – just above your head they are flying soon after taking-off from the airport. However, I personally really enjoyed watching a lot of aircrafts’ lower side of the body. Since I love travelling by air, I recognised this time how beautiful some aircrafts’ bodies are!

All settings have a nice hotel. It is nice to meet, settled in advance without waiting for the time. The location is perfect, on the front line 100 meters from the beach and the embankment. Everything is necessary in step-by-step availability. The room is simple but very comfortable, there is everything you need. Even for a laptop work there is a convenient place that is not often for hotels 3*. Breakfast is full of vegetables, fruits and greens. The rest is also in abundance, eggs, sausages, cheeses. The drinks are cold and hot. There is a swimming pool, but when there is a beach in step-to-step access, I haven't even looked into it. The combined view, part of the city, part of the sea. The hotel is well organized and balanced, and the owner of the professional knows his business and gets pleasure from it. As a result, guests get a decent accommodation for an affordable price. Thanks to Olbia Hotel

I stayed there 3 nights with my friend. It was nice experience. The location was good.It walked 15 mins to MarkAntalya shopping mall and the old town bazaar just walked 25mins by the hotel. There were so many shops nearby. We felt great there.
The first day the room was small and warm as face to sun after 1pm till to evening. It was too hot inside the room but we requested to change other room. The second room was spacious and cosy. The breakfast was local simple food but it was good and healthy.
Overall it was good, cleaned and staff were very friendly and helpful.

SeliutinaTo visit the outlets, please stay overnight before heading to the airport-great! ! The restaurant, except for breakfast (missed because of early check-out), does not work. Only coffee. Overall, everything is fine
