Warm hospitality and nice breakfast are impressive. The team managed to identify n rectify my issue immediately after feedback. The shower temperature changes suddenly sometime.

It took about 40 minutes to get here from the airport by taxi with no traffic. The hotel shares security with the mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I got a 20% discount on the buffet dinner, which came out to less than 100 RMB – it was incredibly rich and great value for money. The room facilities were new, and the bedding was clean. All the staff were very friendly.

The 9th floor has a restaurant, bar, and pool, and there's a shopping mall downstairs. The service and facilities are excellent! 1. I felt like my luggage and room had been searched, but since I didn't have any valuables, nothing was damaged. 2. I had already paid for breakfast, but the restaurant manager asked for my receipt again, which totally ruined my beautiful mood!!!

The suite with a balcony was very spacious. The bathroom had a double vanity and a wet/dry separation, plus there was a separate walk-in closet, which was a great layout. Convenient location attached to mall with eateries, basic shoppings, Spa, and a small supermarket. F&B in hotel is decent, very vegetarian friendly (Sri Lankan / North Indian cuisine). Gym is spacious and equipped with good machines & weights. Trainers are available to assist too.

Rooms, amenities, food and service are all top notch, as expected. View is amazing, there is a fantastic infinity pool (long enough to actually swim laps) and the buffet is splendid. Only annoying thing is the usual ask for “upgrading your room for a small amount of money”. This attitude of trying to always get “a little more out of you” gets old.
