"We had a wonderful stay and had the best customer experience at your hotel. The simple yet traditional decor of the lobby brings back fond memories of our childhood times. The surrounding views from our hotel room on 46th floor were superb. The welcome tea and sponge cake served was especially good. 5 stars to the excellent front desk staff especially Xiao Zhang and Xiao Wan who welcomed us with a warm and pleasant smile which made us feel really at home. They have been very patient and accommodating with our queries and the usual requests like asking for extra drinking water bottles. They went the extra mile in providing the best customer service which we have never experienced before in any hotels we have stayed in our many trips. Our appreciation to the housekeeping team on 46th floor for their meticulous and thoroughness in making up our room too.
We will sincerely recommend your esteemed hotel to our relatives and network of friends when they visit Chongqing.

"The hotel is quite good overall the service from the staff was great.
My butler 'Moon' was amazing, she helped me with a lot of questions about things I needed in Chongqing and helped me secure a private storm spa session. She communicated clearly and effectively via WeChat and helped me order drinks when my QR code would not work.
The storm spa was somewhat underwhelming, its a 30 minute session, however the pre recorded video goes 7 minutes which just continues to repeat for the entire 30 minutes.
It is located on the 58th floor in a building with other general services and to get to your room you need to take another elevator to the 59th floor."

"The room was clean, tidy, and elegantly furnished. The cleaning staff were excellent; they would change our bedding and replenish disposable toiletries. "We visited Chongqing for a few days and stayed at Stone Hotel. The hotel shares a building with many other hotels, though Stone Hotel is much easier to access than some hotels my friends booked in the same building. It occupies levels 7 and 8 and doesn’t require changing lifts halfway (hotels in the higher levels do).
We stayed in a Tatami Room which was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to open two suitcases. While there was a window, there wasn’t much of a view. Our room (and every second room in this hotel) requires going up some steps to your door.
There are food options around the hotel and the hotel itself is within walking distance (15-20 minutes) or a short drive (10 minutes) to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongya Cave areas. Opposite the hotel is Raffles City, a large mall with international and local brands."

"The staff at Indition Hotel are superb! They are very keen to make your stay comfortable, attending to your needs immediately, and even giving u updates on the weather conditions first thing in the mornings! Special mention to Jing Jing, Wen Wen & Yan Yan for their attentiveness. It is in a great location, just across the street from raffles city. Views on the 38th floor is stunning.
The hotel room however needs some proper touch ups. The workmanship of the room is poor, the floor tiles in the shower area are popping out, the silicone on the taps badly plastered. It definitely looks like a cheap job by the contractors. It is a pity that with great staff and good views & location, the price is not what is to be expected - the poor workmanship of the room. The shampoo and shower gel could be better quality too.Otherwise it will be perfect."

"My boyfriend and I celebrated our first anniversary at the Aspera Hotel, and we had a really nice stay.
The hotel has a very strong design aesthetic, especially the restaurant on the 25th floor. The natural light there is fantastic, making it perfect for photos. The breakfast selection was extensive and high quality. We paid to upgrade to a room with a river view, and the night view of Hongyadong from our window was truly stunning.
The hotel's location is unbeatable. The Xiaoshizi light rail station is right downstairs, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Jiefangbei and Bayi Delicious Street, which is incredibly convenient.
Overall, it was a very comfortable anniversary getaway, ideal for couples or friends."

"I booked the Qianhe Rishan High-Altitude River View Hotel at United International, Jiefangbei again. This time I chose the high-rise landmark room type, and it was exactly as pictured. The room was excellent and well-equipped. The hotel's location is right in the heart of Jiefangbei, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, or visiting attractions. It's a short walk to the Cloud's Eye and the Yangtze River Cableway, offering stunning views of Chongqing's magical nightscape. The service was also incredibly warm and attentive; whether it was for check-in or any other request, they were always responsive, patient, and thorough. I had a very comfortable stay!!"

EETSGIt’s location is just opposite of Westin Chongqing and very convenient, right besides to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. The accommodation is good, clean and comes with washer, kettle and fridge. It will be even better if kitchen amenities are provided such as spoon, chopstick, knife, pot and pan & gas. Just a note once you are out of the main door, the electricity will be switched off automatically. The services and support provided are excellent. Great view from high floor looking at the river and mountain though partially blocked by other buildings.

GGuest UserWe were 2 families coming to Chongqing for a week end. We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very recently built or renovated, everything looks new, the rooms were very comfortable - and with nice touches of decoration. The showers were very good. The location is convenient, super close by foot to Hongya cave, with many small stalls, shops and restaurants around. Breakfast was ok, mostly Chinese but with also some cereals, bread, yoghurt and fruit options, which our kids appreciated. Upon check out the hotel staff distributed small notebooks to our kids, where they could stamp a lot of images of the main tourist attractions in Chongqing, that was a lovely attention.

The rooms are immaculately clean, tastefully appointed, and filled with thoughtful small touches that pique your interest in the new surroundings. Despite being nestled among residential buildings, there was absolutely no noise or disturbance.
The young lady at the front desk was polite and efficient. She thoughtfully provided a breakfast guide video and the Wi-Fi password during check-in, and later in the evening, a complimentary fruit platter was delivered to my room. Upon checkout, I was surprised with a bag of local specialty snacks, explained as 'something to enjoy on your journey.' It's these small, comforting gestures that truly make a difference.
As a business traveler, this kind of thoughtful attention to detail is exactly what we look for.

YYouaremysunshineReally nice hotel, new and very plush. Decor of hotel and rooms are very nice. Room was so large with many comfortable places to sit, nice looking out windows. Bed was little bit hard for us but ok. Linen is nice, towels nice, good shower, great amenities. Cleanliness was perfect, the cleaner was very friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful and proactive through messaging service in English. Nice having fresh fruit that was replaced daily. Breakfast was good with some options freshly cooked to order. Afternoon tea inclusions great but would be good to have some savoury options or alternate the sweets given. Would be good to have more information on English about bar or wine options. Room was very quiet. Location is great and central to get cabs around, just have to walk some steps from taxi but not far and they carry luggage but I feel sorry for the guy who has to carry them up and down the stairs. The place is really nice with a lot of character and very plush and comfortable and I would stay here again for sure. It’s much nicer than the very big hotel chains as there are only small number of rooms.

MM222061****This stay was fantastic, highly recommended! The hotel's location is excellent, with views of Chaotianmen and the Yangtze River Bridge right from the window. It's also very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. Transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right at the doorstep, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The bedding, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserHotel is in a great location, surrounded with malls, eateries and subway. I had requested for a quiet room and was upgraded to a corner room at 11th floor. Due to the proximity to the walking street, I could still hear the bustling street noise at my room. Fortunately all of these goes away after midnight. The upgraded room is big and spacious, very clean, 2 bottles of water are replenish everyday, strong hot water pressure for showers, shower gel, shampoo, smart toilet bowl and big TCL 55” TV.

GGuest UserThe staff does everything you ask for very quickly! The room and its view is stunning and the bed is really cozy! You also have many attractions and food spots with 1km. I stayed at the 36th Floor and the view is amazing. The room is a bit modern “old fashioned” which is nice because everything works automatically.
Unfortunately i was a solo traveler, but i can imagine how stunning it would be to go here as a couple!

The front desk and concierge teams, in particular, greeted us with such warmth and proactiveness, instantly easing any apprehension a traveler might feel upon arriving in an unfamiliar city. During check-in, the front desk staff patiently and thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions, even recommending niche yet authentic Chongqing eateries based on our travel preferences. The concierge team truly acted as 'walking Chongqing guides.' One young lady proactively offered to help us with our large luggage, and they were always quick to respond to our needs, making every guest feel like family with their professionalism and enthusiasm.
Its excellent location is another core advantage of the hotel, a true paradigm of 'worry-free travel.' Situated in the heart of a bustling commercial district, the hotel boasts an extensive transportation network, allowing easy access to popular attractions like Hongyadong and Jiefangbei via light rail, saving travelers the hassle of long commutes. CcrystalxxlThe supervisor and the receptionist at check-in assigned us to the 16th floor, which had a great view outside the window – very satisfying. It's very close to Jiefangbei, and Hongyadong is right next door. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
However, the front desk didn't proactively offer the fridge magnet for leaving a review when checking out. I only saw others getting them and had to ask for one, which they reluctantly gave. Considering we stayed three nights and had two kids with us, it would have been much better to generously offer two. That would have significantly improved the customer experience.

GGary SeetThe hotel might seem a little aged at first but the service and interior still wow from the first moment you step in. The room I booked was clean and spacious. The housekeeping did their job excellent. They have everything inside you could ask; washing detergent, iron, laundry rack, etc. Front desk was superb; fast check-in, great advice when asking for recommendations, and efficient when asking for items like extra water. The robot was a great thing to have as all my delivery are sent to my doorstep. All in all, this is a 10/10 solid stay. Oh, the breakfast have a great great selection and taste great too. And there is vending machine in lobby if u need any last minute groceries or even a wake up coffee. Thank you.
