Great! Originally we had a really bad hotel in another location so we decided to book here. It's pretty good. Excellent service and friendly staff, happy to help whenever they can. Great bathroom and comfortable pillows. Make sure to ask for their pillow menu, some of their other pillows are amazing. Their staff speak okay English but only basic words. Their pool also lacks poolside seats but other than that excellent. Definitely check it out. Nearest metro is Gongmao. Gym is also ”24 hours”, just make sure to ask them to turn the lights on.

The view of the river is nice, and the food is pretty good with Western or local options available. The staff have never had an issue dealing with me as a foreigner (beyond my lack of Chinese), and are patient as we work through conversation. Overall, I would definitely recommend to friends.
