Great hotel. Everything is clean, excellent view, large bathtub. Great vacation. Nice price

Wow — what a spectacular view. From the moment you step into the lobby on the 30th floor, you’re greeted with incredible views, and it only gets better in the rooms. We stayed on the 43rd floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for our luggage. The bed was super comfortable, and the automatic blackout blinds were a great touch, especially after a long day — perfect for a proper rest. The staff were truly wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They replied promptly on WeChat whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which made everything so easy and stress-free. A special mention to Sanye, who was amazing and helped us smoothly through the checkout process. Overall, a fantastic stay with stunning views, a comfortable room, and excellent service. Highly recommend! I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very clean and the view was great. Our personal butler, Coco was very friendly and thoughtful! She even helped us plan an itinerary around Chongqing. Overall, Coco provided excellent service and helped us a lot. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Raffles Plaza). The room size was very generous, especially for a hotel in such a prime city-center location. The layout was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offered stunning panoramic views of Chongqing’s skyline and rivers. The location is absolutely excellent. Situated in the heart of Jiefangbei and right next to Raffles City, the hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions, with walking distance to the metro. It was extremely convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around the city. What truly stood out was the staff service. I was assigned to小管家 月亮 and was professional, warm, and very attentive throughout the stay. From check-in to daily housekeeping, everyone was helpful and responsive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist really elevated the overall experience. Overall, this hotel offers great room size, an unbeatable location, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing.
