stay here for 3 nights and have a great experience. receptionist really helpful. hotel can help me receive my online package before my check in date. view from room is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is superb for exploring various attractions. The room is spacious, and the service provided is great. Special thanks to 琪琪 for handling all my queries with patience. It would be perfect if there are more varieties at the dining area 😁

We have to extend another day and front desk 琦琦is very helpful to assist in the process albeit I have to rebook online for room on another level; she can see the booking confirmation immediately n assure us that luggage will be transferred from level 44 to 41 new for us. While we were out sightseeing, she posted pictures of our bag in new room via WeChat. Views is fantastic! Bed n towels are great. While smoke treatment is done, there is a tinge of cig if aircon or ventilation is not on. Still acceptable for us.

Stay time: 20-Oct to 25-Oct, 6D5N Room: Smoke-free, smell-free, clean and nice view. They don’t have non-smoking rooms but managed to give us a room without any smoke smell. No toilet smell also. BUT, at 47th floor room still can heard honking sound and toilet flush water sound a bit loud especially when at midnight. Acceptable for this 2 issues and can be ignored 😝 Location: Very near to MRT station (Line 1 or Line 2 较场口站), within 10min depends on your walking speed. Very near to 解放碑. Nearby got plenty of massage center, shops, F & B & shopping malls. Except shopping malls, mostly open till midnight or 24hrs. Hotel service: Every morning 月月will message and ask best time to clean our room. 1st day we requested to have extra bottled water. Subsequently everyday there is extra bottled water in our room without asking 🥰. Hotel did provide simple meal (FOC) at 43th floor (lobby) from morning till evening. Porridge, cereals, coffee, tea, soy milk, snacks, fruits, small bun etc. Overall, very happy & satisfied for the hotel we stayed. Definitely will book back this hotel if come to Chongqing again.

The hotel has a great location — very convenient and easy to get around. Service was good, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Even on the 44th floor, the water pressure was strong, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s also located right next to a main road, making it easy for Didi or taxis to pick up and drop off. The only downside is the lift situation during peak hours — the wait can be quite long and the elevators tend to get crowded, likely because the building is shared between hotel guests and office tenants. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had one of the corner rooms with amazing views. room felt clean, hower there were some areas with flaking paint and loose shower head. Yueyue was out service housekeeper and kept us satisfied. The wechat messaging was a nice touch which i have not experienced before.
