The sound seemed to be coming from the room near the Ferris wheel view, almost directly behind the elevator. As a family traveling with children, how am I supposed to explain this to them? I really wanted to give a bad review today. For such a high-end hotel, can't they even manage proper soundproofing for the doors?"
