"My stay at the Crowne Plaza Suzhou was very satisfying overall. The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation, making commuting for business a breeze. It's nestled in a quiet spot despite being in a busy area, providing a peaceful environment for rest. The room was clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors, indicating high hygiene standards. The facilities were well-equipped, including a desk, high-speed internet, and full bathroom amenities. Everything was in good working order with no signs of age or malfunction, perfectly meeting both work and relaxation needs. The hotel staff provided professional and appropriate service; they were well-trained, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. All my requests were handled properly. "The service was excellent, room facilities complete, the view was nice, and the food was abundant. Overall, the hotel lobby could be a bit noisy due to many tourists, but the room itself was very quiet. On the night of check-in, I tried the legendary Black Pearl restaurant; the serving speed was a bit slow, but the service attitude was great. The complimentary travel photoshoot turned out well, and the photographer was patient and professional. What I liked most about this hotel was the exceptional service, especially Cherry, who started coordinating and asking about my needs well in advance, making all the arrangements. During my stay, any requests were quickly responded to, making my trip very smooth and enjoyable."

"The hotel is new and the service is great! It's right next to Guanqian Street, so it's perfect for a stroll, and the subway access is convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, the hotel has only been open for about half a year, and there's still a strong renovation smell in the hallways and rooms. We had to ask for an air purifier, which helped a bit. Also, there's power, but no bidet installed."

"We loved our stay here. We extended our stay due to the relaxed feeling of the hotel and staff. Our room was recently refurbished and had a fresh smell. The bed and pillows was great. The location was fantastic, by the river but on the quiet side. Easy access to most attractions and surrounded by eateries. If you walk a couple of blocks, you can eat local food at local prices or eat at the popular tourist area. Perfect!"

"The room was great, very spacious, and the hotel offered excellent views. The breakfast was also good, though the complimentary fruit was a bit stingy. This is considered a high-end hotel in Suzhou, so I wonder why they can't improve the soundproofing of each room door. Returning to the hotel after 11 PM, as soon as the elevator doors opened, we were greeted by incredibly loud, passionate female voices that echoed throughout the entire hallway. The sound seemed to be coming from the room near the Ferris wheel view, almost directly behind the elevator. As a family traveling with children, how am I supposed to explain this to them? I really wanted to give a bad review today. For such a high-end hotel, can't they even manage proper soundproofing for the doors?"

The sleeping environment is top-notch, completely free from street noise, and transportation is very accessible. The owner is enthusiastic, the front desk staff are attentive, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel's decor is elegant. Although the layout is compact, it's fully functional. The owner highly recommended the 'Tongdexing Fengzhen Big Pork Noodle,' which was incredibly delicious. The front desk team provided us with all sorts of convenient services. For anyone planning a trip, I highly recommend Zhuoyu Hotel!"

"The hotel's location is great, the environment is nice, and there's a good variety of breakfast options. They even have a garden landscape within the grounds. My only complaint is that for such a large hotel, the laundry room is smaller than what you'd find in a small guesthouse. In the summer, after walking around and getting sweaty, you have to queue just to do laundry. When will they upgrade the laundry facilities?"

"The front desk informed me that waterproofing was being done on the 6th floor, right near my room. Even though it was only for an hour or two, it happened precisely when I wanted to take a nap. I'm already exhausted from traveling, so this was really annoying! The manager kept trying to communicate with us, upgrading our room and offering fruit and late-night snacks. Their sincerity was evident, but the important thing wasn't the upgrade; it was getting some proper rest! I can only say the service was good, and the room hygiene was fine, and breakfast was very rich. I just hope they fix this issue soon, it was really frustrating."
