Crowne Plaza SUZHOU by IHG
"This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The overall environment is elegant and tranquil, creating a wonderful ambiance, and strolling through the grounds was incredibly relaxing. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless and odor-free. All facilities were well-maintained and operated smoothly. The staff were gentle and polite, responding to requests promptly and patiently. My entire stay was comfortable and relaxing. It's perfect for both short trips and extended breaks. Even after checking out, I still feel it's highly recommendable. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit Jinji Lake."
Kimpton BAMBOO GROVE SUZHOU by IHG
"We brought our child to Suzhou for their birthday this time, and received a call from Anbo beforehand to connect on WeChat. Not only did they patiently help us check our InterContinental membership, but they also remembered our request to celebrate our child's birthday. The entire check-in process was truly heartwarming. Before we even arrived, the hotel secretly prepared by decorating the room with a lovely birthday ambiance. After checking in, they specially prepared a hand-drawn welcome card and cute desserts exclusively for our child, who was absolutely thrilled – the sense of occasion was perfect! The room was impeccably clean, every corner sparkling, which made us feel very comfortable. The room type was spacious, and the Suzhou-style design was very pleasing. The bedding was soft, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and all the amenities and smart facilities were well-equipped and convenient for daily use. The hotel itself is nestled within a garden, with white walls and black tiles, and scattered bamboo. The courtyard was quiet and serene, perfect for a relaxing stroll. We couldn't find any flaws with either the service details or the environment and facilities. This place is truly suitable for family trips with children. I've already recommended it to friends, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Suzhou!"
voco Suzhou Guanqian Street
"We spent a few days at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The accommodations were remarkably clean, very peaceful, and beautifully arranged. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had an excellent selection.Location-wise, it doesn't get better than this. It takes only a short walk to reach Guangqian Street, and having the metro station just minutes away was a huge plus for our sightseeing in Suzhou. The staff here are truly wonderful. Emma at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. The front-door staff were equally impressive—always polite, attentive, and very helpful with our bags whenever we arrived or departed. An incredible team that goes the extra mile for their guests. We will definitely return!"

"Staying at this guesthouse on Pingjiang Road was such a delightful surprise! The entrance is right on the main street of Pingjiang Road, so after a leisurely stroll with an umbrella through the rainy alleyways, you can quickly pop back to the guesthouse to relax. The inn is surrounded by lush greenery, and right at the entrance, there are canal boats (wulupeng boats), offering incredibly beautiful scenery. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities."
Garden Hotel SUZHOU
"The room was great, really good. It was very quiet and generally felt very comfortable. Not bad, seriously not bad. The hygiene was also good. The tour guide's explanation of the hotel's four main attractions was also excellent. They even gave us fans and sachets."
Niccolo Suzhou
"The hotel environment is excellent, and the pool is very comfortable. The breakfast quality is quite good, and the dining environment and staff service are also great. Dinner quality is also quite impressive. The guest experience team, especially Ms. Bella, is very dedicated. They started providing service even before check-in, which was very thoughtful. I will definitely bring my family to stay here again in the future."
Yuanzi Hostel (Suzhou Pingjiang Road)
"I love this bnb so much. Super clean room and nice beddings. How I wish I can spend few more nights there. The staff are all very friendly. The complementary hi-tea was indeed wonderful. Having great days in Suzhou with Yuanzi, including Yuan Bao & Fa Chai."
Zhuoyu Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street Pingjiang Street)
"The accommodation was fantastic, right in the heart of Guanqian Street, yet surprisingly peaceful despite the bustling location. Stepping out, you're immediately on the main commercial street, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The owner also recommended some excellent restaurants, like Zhenzhu Restaurant and Xiaoyuanlou. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable; even many locals dine there. Plus, there's an underground parking garage for those driving. All in all, it was super convenient."
Suzhou Shantangstreet Jiangnan Palace
"Nice hotel right in ShantangJie. Designed with peacful cultural gardens and pool with Koi to relax after a days walk. Staff are friendly and helpful"
Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou Yuanqu
"🌟 A Home Away From Home: Shangri-La Suzhou Yuanqu – A Warm Encounter by Jinji Lake I have to give a five-star review for my stay at Shangri-La Suzhou Yuanqu! The hotel's location is fantastic; it’s a 10-minute walk to Eslite Bookstore, and surrounded by shopping malls like SOGO (Japanese style), Shin Kong Mitsukoshi (********* style), and the neighboring GCL Plaza, making it perfect for an evening stroll to enjoy the night views or for shopping. The room was spacious and bright, with a modern and elegant design. The facilities were new and well-maintained, and the bedding was, as always, incredibly comfortable. I booked an Executive Room this time, which offered unique night views from a high floor and came equipped with a Laifen hairdryer and a capsule coffee machine. The most impressive aspect was the impeccable service, especially from our butler, Yvonne. Even before check-in, she called to discuss my preferences and needs, meticulously arranging a room with a great view. During my stay, her response time was incredibly fast. Whether it was recommending local restaurants or coordinating room service, everything was handled efficiently and thoughtfully, making me feel like I was interacting with an old friend. Thanks to Yvonne's care, this holiday was exceptionally stress-free and enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel's breakfast deserves praise. It featured local Suzhou specialties like Zhu Xinnian pork dumplings, handmade large meat buns, and Xucheng Aocao noodles – all full of flavor! From its facilities to its service, Shangri-La Suzhou Yuanqu truly demonstrates a high standard. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Suzhou!"
Su Zhou Unknown Hotel
"The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. It's super close to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road, both easily accessible on foot. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were all incredibly helpful. Plus, this is the first hotel I've stayed in that provides a free sewing kit, which really came in handy! Definitely five stars!"
Su Zhou Bu Fan Hotel(Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road)
"A very new hotel, located directly opposite Guanqian Street Pedestrian Zone. It's about a ten-minute walk to Pingjiang Road, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the Baila Park Lotus Market next door. Every morning, I'd wake up early, buy a bouquet of lotus flowers for about ten yuan, take a stroll, come back for breakfast, and then wait for the whole family to wake up to start our day of sightseeing. The butler service was excellent. Washing clothes daily with a family is a hassle, but there was no waiting – the butler took care of everything, even in the middle of the night."
Movenpick by Accor Suzhou GuSu Hotel
"Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The facilities are new, the room was spacious and well-organized, feeling airy and comfortable, not at all cramped. The location is a major highlight; it's very close to Suzhou Railway Station, just about a ten-minute walk or one subway stop away. Getting around by subway is incredibly convenient, as the station entrance is about thirty meters to the left of the hotel exit, serving lines 2 and 6, making transfers quick and easy. The front desk service was heartwarming. The staff were gentle and patient, and even thoughtfully provided complimentary breakfast. The room's cleanliness was generally good, with the only minor issue being an occasional small flying insect, which I assume was due to the recent humid weather. The breakfast variety wasn't extensive, but the taste was great, and the ingredients were fresh – I was very satisfied. The only slight drawback was that the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, affecting my sleep slightly, but this might just be a personal preference, so take it as a minor note. Overall, these minor imperfections didn't detract from the positive experience; the pros far outweighed the cons, and it offers good value for money. I would definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Suzhou."
