This was my first time experiencing a smart room. As soon as I entered, the AI assistant, Xiao Du, greeted me. By simply saying ”Xiao Du, Xiao Du” twice, I could activate all the electric devices in the room, such as the lights in different areas, curtains, sheer curtains, TV, and music player. I could also ask about the weather in various cities and other questions I had. Even the toilet in the room was smart. The hotel also provided easy-to-use smart washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. Check-in at this hotel wasn't done standing; instead, you got to sit on a sofa. This kind of service, even in many 5-star hotels, is usually only available to VIPs. After adding the hotel's butler on WeChat, any questions we had, whether inside or outside the hotel, were answered promptly. Once, while we were out, we suddenly remembered that we had to leave early the next morning at 6:30 AM, but the hotel restaurant only opened at 7 AM. I immediately contacted the butler via WeChat to ask if the hotel could pack several breakfast boxes for us to eat in the car. They actually did it, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's design is very thoughtful, the breakfast is exquisite, the environment is comfortable, and the service is very attentive. Fantastic! 👍

The hotel's overall location is excellent, right next to Urumqi Railway Station, and it has its own parking lot, though it can be a bit tight. The environment is elegant, clean, and tidy, and the service is attentive and very welcoming. Security is also very strict, which made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was relatively good for the price, offering great value for money. Highly recommended!

Choosing the right hotel really makes traveling so much easier! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had no strange odors. The bedding was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and even turned on the air conditioning before we arrived. The hotel is close to the scenic spots, making it very convenient for getting around. The environment is quiet and safe, with excellent facilities and plenty of toiletries. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it's definitely worth coming back to.

One city, one hotel choice. This hotel *is* the destination. Ahead of the bustling Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, I traveled to a city for one particular hotel. I wanted to experience the unique charm of Chongqing's premier hotel without getting lost in the crowds of Hongyadong. From two top-tier luxury options, I ultimately chose SUNYATA Chongqing, a secluded resort hotel tucked away in a deep alley. Before check-in, the butler called me and provided the front desk number, 191320... When I arrived at the drop-off point at the agreed time, Manager Zhang, the butler, and others were already waiting for me. We completed the check-in directly in the room, which was very convenient. After a long and tiring journey, I immediately noticed the film sound system in the room. I turned on some music and enjoyed a moment of relaxation. The room offered an excellent view, directly overlooking the river. Even while soaking in the bathtub, I could see the monorail bridge across the way. For sleep, the bedside panel allowed me to close the curtains and sheer blinds. The stay included a double breakfast, served at JUST CHILL Restaurant (LG floor via elevator) from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Since this restaurant is street-facing and shared with general tourists, a room card was required for breakfast. However, this did not diminish the superb quality of the morning meal. The fresh shrimp sandwich was delicious, and the cold beef salad was exceptionally tasty. Afternoon tea, with a 'Far Travels in the City' theme, was served from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, also at JUST CHILL Restaurant (LG floor via elevator). It's worth noting that hotel guests could also enjoy afternoon desserts at any time in the exclusive guest area outside the Baiya Restaurant, adjacent to the hotel lobby. That evening, we received turndown service, which included a sweet glutinous rice ball soup. My favorite spot during this stay was the exclusive guest lounge, The Moss Ground (1st floor), which offered complimentary coffee, soft drinks, snacks, and book borrowing. The minibar drinks in the room were also complimentary. Check-out time was at 12:00 PM, and because my baby took a nap, they kindly extended our check-out time, which was very thoughtful and customer-friendly. When it was time to leave, I contacted Butler Xu Ying to help with our luggage. One more thing that I was particularly pleased with: the photographers from Zixuan Photography – Yancheng – were incredibly patient and took high-quality photos for us. In summary, this was a luxury resort hotel with a sophisticated aesthetic, crafted by a dedicated team. It even made me postpone my stay at another top luxury hotel in Chongqing (Li Jing) again.

STAFF APPRECIATION: I would like to thank Xiao Yang, Xiao Yi, and Master Li for their care during my stay. They were kind, professional, warm, patient, and proactive. They were also incredibly accommodating with my inability to speak more than a little Chinese. Xiao Yang even made a point to speak English with me during breakfast and checkout. Master Li was very tolerant with my last-minute requests for pickup and drop off and Xiao Yi quickly located and added me on WeChat to allow us to chat more comfortably. As it was raining, she even met me by the car with an umbrella when I arrived. I felt quite pampered! DIRECTIONS: To reach the hotel requires a few transfers. It's not too troublesome and is well worth it! 1) I arrived at the Wulong South Railway 🚉 and followed the exit signs outside. 2) To the left was the large blue bus 🚌 mentioned by another reviewer. It will take you to the Fairy Mountain Visitor Center for 16 yuan. From here you can reach the most popular tourist destinations in Wulong to include the Three Bridges. 3) Outside the center you’ll find another blue fairy bus which will take you to the mountain itself for an additional 8 yuan. This bus will stop at the gate where tickets will be checked. Be sure to contact the hotel and give them your information before you set off because the cost of this ticket is included with your stay! They will reserve the ticket for you and send you confirmation and any relevant information. Otherwise, it is 50 yuan per person. 4) This bus will drop you off at a plaza with a few shops and the boarding platform for the scenic train. 🚂 Contact the hotel and someone will come to pick you up, as private vehicles are not permitted beyond this point. REVIEW: If availability and your budget permit, I cannot emphasize strongly enough how much it is worth it to splurge on the room with a 270-degree view of the property. I went on a foggy, wet weekend and still found the view incredible. The windows cover three walls. I can only imagine how amazing the sky must look on a clear night. The minibar has a good selection of free snacks and drinks and a sampling of the local tea. Meals are also served at the hotel. The cost is not low, but for the exclusivity of the location, I considered it more than fair compared to what I’ve paid elsewhere. Also, the dishes looked and tasted great. There are also vendors down the hill where the train and shops (show in the picture below) are located. Look for the sign identifying the train exit and go down the steps. These were the only places I saw to purchase food, drinks, or supplies once you pass the entrance to the mountain, so plan accordingly. By the way, tickets for the scenic train were included with the reservation as well. I highly recommend it. It stops at the grasslands and the horse stables. Now, I will allow the pictures to speak for me. TLDR: Multiple transfers lead to a place that is secluded and picturesque and right in the heart of the mountain. That means your dining choices will also be limited, but the meals provided (at a cost) were delicious. Tickets to the mountain and scenic train are included in the price. A photo session is included as well, but I did not utilize it. I recommend setting out earlier to miss the worst of the crowds. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The room with the 270-degree view offers the best experience. 10/10 recommend for those seeking quiet and the peace only nature can bring. 🏞

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and communication was a breeze. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The hotel amenities are excellent, making it convenient for gym workouts and laundry. The robot room service was a unique and cool touch. Checking out and getting an electronic invoice was super easy, just one click! Overall, it's great value for money and a very comfortable stay.

This was my first time booking a hotel in Chongqing on my own. I wanted to be near Hongyadong with river views and easy access, so I found Beichen Riverview Hotel. The price was reasonable, and I didn't have high expectations, but the room completely exceeded them! I missed the closest parking lot, so I called the front desk. The lady there told me the Cangbai Road parking lot was cheaper and even came to meet me there personally. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was high quality, and I got upgraded to a riverview king room – facing the big river felt amazing. The service attitude was excellent. It was a wonderful stay. I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is located on Bayi Road, right next to a lively pedestrian street, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Our room was upgraded to a family room on a high floor, which was perfect! 😍 The front desk attendant even helped us with our luggage because our SUV needed to be parked in a different underground garage. The service was top-notch, and breakfast on the 29th floor offered amazing views. 👍 We extended our stay for another night. This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially given its fantastic location. Highly recommended!

This time in Chongqing, I chose to stay at Le Meridien Chongqing Nan'an, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations; I felt very comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Nanping business district, making it very convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The lobby is spacious and grand, with a great atmosphere. It's clear that the hotel puts effort into hardware maintenance; all the facilities in the room were functioning properly and well-maintained. The room was clean and tidy, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. Daisy at the front desk was professional and tactful. She handled the check-in process efficiently and smoothly, and her communication was gentle. She paid close attention to guests' needs and answered any questions appropriately. Throughout my stay, I didn't encounter any annoying minor issues. Both the hardware facilities and the staff service left a great impression. Whether for leisure or business travel, this hotel is highly recommended. I will prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is fantastic. It's very close to popular attractions like Hongyadong and Jiefangbei, basically just a few minutes' walk. The light rail and metro lines 1 and 2 and 6 are all nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around 🌼🌼🌼
