Everything was good. It's not that hard to find as people write. The location is amazing, everything is pretty close, but when you come back you don't struggle with the crowd. The room was clean with a nice city view. It had a shampoo and shower gel in the shower, free sleepers in the room. The hostel has a laundry that costs 8 RMB. The host was extremely friendly and ready to help with everything. Even helped me to find a location from the photo. She doesn't speak English so every conversation was through the translator. But it was comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed our state in this cozy, quaint ancient town hotel for two nights. The architecture and design of this hotel gives us the ancient vibes. It also has three lovely courtyards which bring our memory back to ancient times. Inside the hotel rooms, it was clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary toiletries, slippers and clean towels. The hotel front desk staff Xiao Wang is an asset to the company because she's so efficient and professional in handling guests requests. She had been so kind and always ready to help. The location of the hotel is just less than five minutes walk away from Zhuo Shui Ancient Street as well as the famous Feng Yu Lang Qiao - Wind and Rain Bridge. It's so convenient to move around here. The hotel allows guests to wear the Miao tribe's traditional costume to take pictures for FREE. Amazing location right next to the metro station! The view is great as the hostel is on the 32th floor. Easy to find if you follow the instructions the hostel left as a reply to people's review. The cleanliness is ok. The mattress is quite thin and the hostel is a bit rough looking in some places (not really like the pictures). The reception speaks english which is rare in China! For the very cheap price, I would recommend :) they also have cats that are really cute!!

The location is great for terminal 2 of the airport (not so much for terminal 3 The bed itself was good quality, with proper privacy curtain, plugs, and a personal light. The shower toilet was big, and it had a separate wet area so you can keep your stuff in the room while showering. WiFi was OK. The windows of the building are terrible, so it was extremely noisy from both cars and planes. It also didn't stop the cold weather, and heating wasn't provided, so it was extremely cold in the room...

For this price, it’s better than I expected. I had some difficulties finding the place, and it’s not easy to get a response from the staff/host, but hey, it’s only $5 a night. The beds are good, the sheets are fresh and clean. There’s a living room where you can chill and get a powerbank for rent, there’s a fridge also. The balcony offers an outstanding view. For this price and location this is easily 9,5/10.

1. The curtains on the top bunk let in light, and I suspect it's not just the top bunk; the bottom bunk curtains are also too short. 2. The headboards on the beds are covered in this stuff, looks really dirty. Basic hygiene standards weren't met. 3. There were no bath towels in the room. I asked friends who'd stayed here before, and they said you have to request them yourself, and they're very small. 4. No toiletries were provided in the bathroom, just one bottle of Head & Shoulders that might have been left by a previous guest. 5. The hairdryer was awful, very weak airflow. 6. At night, I could hear the sound of some machinery running in the room; it was very noisy and really affected my sleep. 7. Perhaps it's because they have cats, but the whole hostel smelled terrible. I won't say more. Overall, the experience was very poor, and I won't be coming back. The price was low, so I'm not giving an extremely low rating.

The room, bed, and overall environment were all very comfortable. It was cleaned thoroughly every day, which made me feel very secure. The price was great value for money, and I trusted the establishment. I really liked the environment here, it's suitable for solo travelers.

I really love how clean and hygienic this hostel is! The owner cleans every day, haha. I just ate, and then I received some fried noodles from my aunt and uncle, and clothes were hanging up to dry. It's so kind of them!

I solo traveled and choose the cheapest hostel in the center. Location was completely fine, however it was pretty difficult to find the room since in Chongqing map apps doesn’t work well due to the complex location. Baidu app and trip.com built in app will show you the wrong entrance. You need to go around the building and find another entrance which has a something looking like a ticket gate from a station. It is unused so you only need to pass thought it and push get to the 27th floor and turn left and right and you’ll see the door.

Very difficult to find, it is on the top floor of an apartment building and there are no signs to indicate it is there until you have got out the elevator and walked up 2 flights of stairs. Make sure you reach out to the owner before arriving and he will be able to help you and speaks great English. We didn’t do this and found out the hard way! Owner was very friendly, able to book trips for us and recommend things to do. In a great location. You get what you pay for, but this was a great budget option!
