Jiting High-altitude Riverview Hotel (Jiefangbei Cloud Eye)

Highly recommend this hotel!! It is in the perfect location - actually in the same building as the observatory deck, so very convenient to dress up and go up to take some sunset and night pictures with the skyline. They have laundry facilities and provide soap. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. They don’t provide normal linen bath towels but instead provide disposable towels which is more hygienic. The girl at front desk was always smiling and happy to help. Other commenters says there is poor soundproofing and the A/C is loud but we didn’t feel that way in our room. We stayed for 6 nights and we are very satisfied. We got a normal city view room and still saw a bit of the river, but I saw the view from one of the river view rooms and it was beautiful! Splurge and get the river view if you can.

Excellent location to stay in Chongqing. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was really spacious and clean. The only thing that I didn’t like is the paper towels; not very useful after showering. Overall experience was really great.

We spent three nights in this hotel. The building is huge, with several different hotels on various floors. The hotel is on the 27th floor. The room was spacious and clean with modern design. The view was amazing. The girl at the reception was really helpful, helped us with washing and drying our clothes. The location is ideal. Cable car station is right next to the hotel. Metro line is close so we easily got to Liziba station. Hongyadong is within comfortable walking distance. I recommend it.
