"The room was clean, tidy, and elegantly furnished. The cleaning staff were excellent; they would change our bedding and replenish disposable toiletries. The front desk service was fantastic and very welcoming. The location is great, very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, and the front desk also offers luggage storage."

"1. The location is perfect - exactly in front of metro station, there is everything you need in the area. 2. I had a room with beautiful river view, great deal for the price. 3. The staff were super friendly and helpful, helped me with everything I needed, 24/7 service. 4. I only didn’t like how loud they were when some of the guests left the room and the staff had to clean up after that - they were screaming, laughing super loudly in front of the door, and if you are a light sleeper like me this will definitely affect you. 5. Another thing, the cleaning lady did some laundry at 3:30 am in the morning, 2 nights in a sequence - which also wake me up, cuz they have these laundry baskets in the halls and you could hear everything. 6. There was some cigar ash left from the guy who lived in the room before me - not the best hygiene ever. Overall worthy for the price."

"We chose this hotel out of the many hotels in Chongqing, and we have no regrets staying here. The distance from the train station is about 40 minutes by Didi. To enter the hotel lobby, if you have a lot of luggage it's no problem—there’s a path that goes around so you don’t have to go up the stairs. Upon entering the lobby, there are several receptionists, and you should go to the one on the left. The check-in process was fast, and we were able to go straight to our room. The room looked exactly like the photos. It came with a washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, sink, sofa, and bathtub. However, we didn’t use all the facilities—especially the bathtub, which seemed like it hadn’t been used for a long time, because when we tried to use it, the water came out a bit dirty. The toilet was complete with a bidet, and the shower was excellent, with additional side sprays that were great for massaging the back and shoulders. There was also a dryer for socks and underwear. The room had two double beds—one outside next to the sofa and one inside the bedroom. The receptionists were very quick in responding to our concerns, and we were very satisfied with their service. The breakfast selection was also very diverse, and everything tasted delicious. The location is very strategic, not far from Jiefangbei—just one block from the hotel. There are many local restaurants nearby, including noodle shops and hotpot places, and Shibati is also only about a 10-minute walk away. We regret staying only 3 nights here—we wanted to stay longer because of how comfortable the hotel was. On our last day when we checked out, there was a male staff member with an earring on his left ear (I forgot to ask his name) who helped carry our luggage into the Didi and assisted with communicating with the driver through our app. Thank you so much for the excellent service, and Asiam Hotel is truly the best choice for first-time tourists visiting Chongqing."

"I was incredibly satisfied with this hotel. The location is superb; turn right outside, and you're at Jiefangbei, turn left, and you're at the 'Delicious Food Street.' Hongyadong, Qiansimen Bridge, the Mountain City Trail, and Eighteen Stairs are all within walking distance. We booked a room on the 48th floor, and the river view was absolutely stunning. The facilities are very new, the projector TV is super clear, and the automatic smart toilet was incredibly comfortable. Enjoying a beer while watching the night view from in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows was just perfect."
