I came to Chengdu with my boyfriend. I saw on the Internet that this hotel is quite close to the airport. I tried it with a try. I was quite satisfied with the room. It was very clean and the decoration style was very warm. I liked it very much.

The hotel service is completely user-friendly. Because I need to renew the room for one night, I don’t want to change the room, so I just ask at the front desk if it’s okay. As a result, the service staff is super good, saying that there is no need to change the room or the card. As long as I book the room online, I can directly use the original room card to swipe the card the next day. No signature is required. Very convenient.

The ladies are all gentle and enthusiastic. The entire hotel is a protected building. It is very large inside and has a lot of history. The environment is amazing. There are professional photographers who are handsome and professional. They match the hotel's clothing and environment. They are great for their money. good! Female compatriots, remember to rush, it’s really worth it! There is a longan tree at the door that is more than a hundred years old, but it is too tall. I can only look at the longan fruit and cannot eat it. The room hardware is in place and very comfortable... It is a 15-minute walk from Taikoo Li and the Chengdu Museum. 25 minutes, there are many small shops around, and despite their humble appearance, they all taste great.

There are several reasons for recommendation: first, the price is affordable, in the same price range, this is the absolute king; second, the internal environment, the lobby style is high, the room layout is reasonable, the decoration materials are textured, and the toilets are smart toilets, central The air conditioner is relatively quiet, comfortable, clean and hygienic; third, the external environment is okay, relatively quiet! Good location. 10 minute walk away from the nearest subway line. Rooms where well kept, no issues with cleliness. Small gym with treadmill and rowing machine. Assortments of bars and places to eat under the hotel with a Walmart and burgerking.
The entrance is small via elevator to the lobby located on the side of the complex facing the main road.

Excellent service from check-in to check-out. Credits to Clouds, who is the manager of the executive suites floor, and Nancy, who oversees the front desk.
Location is not in city centre, but precisely what i like about this hotel. Sitting right next to one of the main recreation parks in Chengdu, with access to main highways within minutes of drive. Could be slightly difficult to hail a ride during rush hours, but otherwise all fine. 20mins ish back to Chengdu down town without traffic.
Brand new building, and hygiene is well maintained (they even called to ask do i need my room cleaned while i was away as i have turned on the no disturb signal light). A bit of leakage from the the shower with water flowing into the toilet area, but this is a minor issue. Amenities were great, especially the balcony.
Customers attracted to the hotel are well behaved and quiet, providing a relaxing ambience to the hotel.
One recommendation however, would be great if we can have a proper bar area, ideally next to the nice garden, providing light food, easy drinks such as beers and cocktails.
Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with convenient transportation. There are subway lines 🚇4/6. It is convenient and fast to go to any scenic spot in Chengdu. The hotel has its own free parking lot.
The hotel environment is good, the facilities are complete, the staff has a good service attitude, and they are polite and considerate. In summer, mung bean soup is provided for free, which tastes very good.
There are many modern black technologies, such as self-service free laundry, and take-out is delivered directly by a delivery robot. For this interesting robot, I also ordered take-out to try, and the experience was satisfactory.
This is the second time I stay here, and I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

SShenhai^_^danIt was a very pleasant accommodation experience. This time I brought Xiaobao to Chengdu and spent a lot of time choosing a hotel (see pictures and comments). Some comments said that the facilities of a 10-year-old hotel could not keep up. Later, considering that I was traveling with Xiaobao alone, I chose Diaoyutai (I thought at least the location was good). The first feeling after arriving at the hotel: quiet, clean, sanitary, and enthusiastic. Check-in was very fast. Xiao Wang at the front desk upgraded my room type for free, and provided private butler-style service. The room provided a Dyson hair dryer. I have a lot of long hair, and the hair dryers provided by other hotels are difficult to dry. Book a location in advance to watch Sichuan Opera (4 minutes walk from the hotel). Xiaobao likes to take a bath and play in the water. The cleaning lady also disinfected and laid a disposable bathtub film and then put the water in... There are too many things to say. Next time I go to Chengdu, I will stay in this hotel, which can save a lot of time.

GGuest UserThe environment, hardware, service, and meals are super good. The photo is completely inferior to the atmosphere of the scene. The whole two-day trip, from morning to night, the family is taken care of in every way. The activities are rich and leisurely suitable for parents and children, but it will not be like the noise of children everywhere in the parent-child hotel. Adults and children can be fully relaxed. Deep into nature, adults are healed, children feel the fun of nature. Meals: Even breakfast is a private dish, you must order dinner, and there is a late night gift. Service: It is like going to a friend's house to be a guest, from reception, check-in to leaving, and be taken care of. Hardware: Yuan can say that everything is ingenuity! It's slightly like the style of Six Senses and Menghualu, but it's deep in the bamboo sea and cannot be replicated. It's all built with heart, that is, it's completely integrated into nature and has hard hardware support. The stay experience is very comfortable. Environment: unique, I can say thank you for having such a beautiful small courtyard in such a quiet place ”sit alone in the secluded, surviving and independent!”

DDelboyThis was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

Because I always need to find convenient and cost-effective accommodation when I bring children and the elderly. This is the best choice. It is very close to Kuanzhai Alley, People's Park, Metro, Tianfu Square, Taikoo Li, and Caotang. The hotel's eldest sister is enthusiastic. Since my itinerary is jumping and I need to check the physical condition of the elderly while traveling, the accommodation time will change. The eldest sister not only meets all our needs, but also helps us keep our luggage and turn on the air conditioner in advance. It's very heartwarming! This family-style hotel is very suitable for our family travel! I am very satisfied with the service and accommodation! ! !

There are night markets, shopping malls, and subways within one kilometer. Secondly, the room is quite clean and you can request to change the bedding every day. It's on the 28th floor, so it's very quiet at night. The ginkgo trees in Chengdu are so beautiful this season. Xiao Yu'er at the front desk recommended a place to see ginkgo trees. It's really great! Parking is also in the open-air parking lot 200 meters next to the hotel lobby, which is convenient

JJessyT.Really lovely hostel! The staff are so nice and helpful, and they speak perfect English! They have free events which was fun and an awesome way to meet other backpackers! We stayed in a private room, which was nice! The room itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice! Just sometimes no hot water for showering at night. Overall really good hostel, would definitely come back! Oh and lots of good restaurants and convenient stores around.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.

倾倾晨princeIn order to see the flowers, I went out at 6 o'clock, but the flowers did not go to work on Monday, crying, the whole scenic spot is very large, especially recommended the star maternity room, indoor to see the panda babies, cute cute, not sun, outdoor pandas will be too hot to go indoors in summer, it is recommended to go early, I have seen more than 20 pandas for half a day.
