All I can say is this is one of the most friendly hotel for foreigners. Ms. Fengling is an active receptionist, warm welcome, and helpful. She gives me many useful information about travel in Chengdu. In the price we pay, I get breakfast, comfort bed, clean room, mineral water and bath! The hotel location is near subway and walkable to some attentions. Local restaurants, fruits market, supermarket are around the corner. Street is not noisy but feel safe even walk at night. I have a very good time at the hotel. Strongly recommend! Thank you Ms. Fengling!

Hotel has a very nice, soothing tea smell.  The rooms are also equipped with tea sets.  The staff was very very helpful as they offered to bring, carry up my luggage to the room and also gave me fruit platter. Most importantly, they give us free upgrade so that both me and my parents room are side by side.

This hotel right in the middle of Chandu ticks all the boxes: excellent location next to Tianfu Square with two metro lines and several attractions within walking distance, spotlessly clean and very generously sized rooms with a comfortable bed and nice interior, all the amenities you might reasonably need, free laundry facilities (!), free tea and coffee in the common area, and above all excellent value for money. We would definitely re-book this place when we're back in Changdu.

The outdoor hot springs is amazing - limited to twice a day, the waters are infused with ions for skin health benefits. Although the room itself could do with better maintenance, overall, it’s a very pleasant stay.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re using Chengdu as an interim destination to get to other sights like Dujiangyan, etc.

Stayed as a couple for 1 night in December. Hospitality at Heritage Hotel really made all the difference. Mr. Frontdesk was very cheerful and helpful. The hotel has no elevators, he and the other ladies would all help to carry our luggages up 1-2 floors. They were very helpful with storing our Taobao packages before we check-in as well. The hotel looked as aesthetic as it does online.
Only regret is not staying longer!

The hotel is right next to the metro, which was excellent for our trip. We loved the accomodations, the tatami room was very comfortable and had some freebies inside such as tea, soft drinks and shower amenities. Breakfast had variety on the days that we stayed and had western options. The service was also great and Xiaomeng did everything possible to make our stay better. Overall would recommend!
PS: I would only suggest that management looks into the well being of the lovebirds that stay next to the lobby. They are very cute, but could use bigger cages and be put in a dark environment for the night since they need it for resting. :)

Beautiful hotel, some of the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve met, and while there wasn’t too much to do a short walking distance from the hotel, it’s perfectly centrally located for a short taxi ride anywhere. Less than twenty minutes and I was at the Zoo, and even closer was the KuanZhai Alleys, a great spot of culture and food.

GGuest User”Create the wilderness in the south, stay humble and return to the countryside”, the name is full of poetry and picturesqueness, but I went there because of the zero negative reviews. I thought what kind of B&B makes everyone like it so much that I can't bear to leave negative reviews. Stayed for one night and it was a really different experience. Simple, ancient style, ancient charm and a bit of Zen. If you wander around the courtyard for nothing, you will find a lot of ingenuity, such as throwing pots, shooting arrows, teasing the parrot that can only bark but cannot speak, and writing calligraphy; you can also watch Meditate, meditate, relax, and forget the troubles of the world with eyes full of green. In front of the hall, there is a cactus owned by Mr. Gu, who is over 80 years old, and it makes me deeply moved. I ate breakfast while smelling the fragrance of books. It was a really different feeling. The breakfast and dinner were exquisite and rich, and many arrangements surprised you. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home, all in all a pleasant trip.

The hotel is new, and my room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.The location was also a huge advantage, conveniently close to attractions like KuanZhai Alley and Shufeng Yayun Opera House, making it easy to explore the area. GGuest UserFrom the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the professional and warm service of the boss. The boss was efficient in reception and had a friendly smile. Seeing that we brought our children, we upgraded to a loft room for free, and the two children loved it. The breakfast prepared by the boss's wife was also very delicious.

• The bathroom facilities are high-end and modern, and the water pressure and water temperature are stable
• The intelligent control system is convenient and efficient

📍The location is excellent, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. When checking out, the staff also took the initiative to ask about the stay experience. AAnonymous UserDuring the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, the children wanted to go to the hot springs. The first choice was the MGallery, which had been planted for a long time. In the morning, we booked a double bed room with an activity price. The price had to be increased during the Dragon Boat Festival. The children had to relax even though they had heavy academic workload. It took about an hour to arrive from Chengdu. I have to say that this hotel must be a treasure hotel. Manager Ye at the front desk was kind and kind. Seeing that we brought children, he upgraded us to a villa pool room when the hotel was full. The environment is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. You can get whatever you want. TIM's service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. There are more than a dozen hot spring pools, which are very spacious and not crowded. I experienced salt therapy and sand therapy. The only thing is that the staff in the locker room is a bit busy. You can ride a bike, play ball, and row a boat in the hotel. It feels that the hotel advocates a healthy and positive lifestyle. The skills and services of the Hanfu travel shoot sisters are also very good. Unfortunately, I didn't go to the water park next to it. I will go there next time if I have the chance!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to its perfect location and exceptional service.
The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. There’s various street food right downstairs, and within walking distance, we found a large shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including delicious hotpot and other local cuisines.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every time we called the front desk for assistance, they responded immediately and resolved any issues with a smile. A special shout-out to **Alina**, who went above and beyond to help us on our last day. We were struggling with multiple heavy suitcases, and she kindly escorted us all the way to the entrance, made sure we got a suitable taxi, and didn’t leave until we were safely on our way. Her warmth and professionalism were truly touching.
We’re so grateful to the entire staff for making our Chengdu trip so comfortable and memorable. The hospitality here made us feel right at home. Highly recommended– we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

CChoon ThengMy wife and I had a truly memorable stay at Echeng Hotel during our recent trip to Chengdu. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention provided by the staff. Room was huge, modern and clean-a perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring the city. Hotel’s location was also ideal. Close to major attractions, yet tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. It was easy to get around, and we enjoyed discovering local restaurants and shops nearby.
Overall, we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu-whether you’er traveling as a couple, with family, or for business. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

The rooms are spacious for two people, as girl might have two luggage.
