Grand Hyatt Chengdu (Chunxi Road Taikoo Li)

Traveling with family, we opted for a suite. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy – absolutely fantastic.

The hotel stay was excellent! It's super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to Chunxi Road. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and even gave me a birthday cake. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

I really like this hotel. The location is great, the room layout is very functional, and the service is pretty good too. I generally like Grand Hyatt hotels wherever they are.

Hotel photoshoot (1 session, including 3 retouched digital photos): The photoshoot service was fantastic! The photographer was great at making us feel comfortable and happy. No. 8 Hotpot Chinese Restaurant lunch/dinner 15% off voucher: The hotpot is perfect for kids or anyone who can't handle too much spice, and the ingredients were fresh. Grand Hyatt consistently delivers on quality, and this experience was no great exception.

The service was excellent! Both the concierge and front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They even arranged a baby crib for us, so we didn't have to worry about our baby falling out of bed. The breakfast was truly amazing! Much better than Marriott's! Especially the almond croissants – they were absolutely divine. I stayed for two days and ate four of them! Our double bed was a bit small, and the room's living area was also a bit cramped. However, the bathroom and toilet were very spacious, so overall it was still quite good. The location is superb; it's convenient for getting anywhere. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The room was very clean and had no unpleasant odors. The cleaning staff did a great job every day and promptly provided anything we needed. The bathroom was also very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, and the downstairs staff were quick to help with luggage and open car doors. Plus, there were many mirrors in the room, which was super convenient for us who love taking photos, and they were all spotless.
