They upgraded our room, which was a nice touch, especially since we were staying for three nights. The location is fantastic; we could see the IFS from our room, and Chunxi Road, an old pedestrian street, is right downstairs. It's quite romantic to think that this area was already a bustling hub back in the Tang and Song dynasties. Since it was off-season, the pool and gym were pretty empty. The hotel's location is excellent, with a view of the famous panda statues. The room was very clean and the service was great. The breakfast was especially delicious; the freshly made dandan noodles were fragrant and incredibly tasty, and the dessert cakes were also very good.

The location is fantastic, right on Chunxi Road, with a shopping mall next door and easy access to the subway and buses. Even though it's above a bustling commercial street, the room was incredibly quiet. I slept in until 8:30 AM on my first day! Check-in is on the 15th floor, but there's a concierge on the ground floor who provides excellent service; they were always prompt in opening car doors and greeting us upon arrival and departure. I highly recommend trying the all-you-can-eat hotpot on the 16th floor; the food is great, and surprisingly, my clothes didn't smell afterwards! Because of the hotel's prime location, the room felt a little cramped overall, especially the bathroom, which was quite small. However, the excellent service made up for it, so it was still an acceptable trade-off.
