Hot Springs Hotels in Chengdu

The hotel room is clean and tidy. It’s really easy to locate after exiting the train station, however do note that there is a flight of stairs to climb from the train station (especially with luggage). There are many convenient stores and food stalls nearby. The staff were very friendly which made the check in process really smooth and easy. We even received some freebies from the receptionist. The hotel is decorated based on Sun Wu Kong and have really cute and interesting designs all around the lobby and corridors. There is a laundry room with 3 washing machine and 1 dryer.

Perfect stay for visiting Chengdu. Rooms are big, comfortable, big shower and very clean. Chinese breakfast is fabulous! And every day, from 15 to 21, you have 2 snacks included. Strategic position for move with metro. Hotel is close to Sichuan Gymnasium stop Line 3. At the front desk there are amazing people that help you in every request you make. If we come back in Chengdu, we will book there again. Thanks!

This hotel was fantastic. While pretty simple and new, the staff were extremely helpful and would easily communicate via WeChat to coordinate room cleaning or any other support needed. The bathtub is a major selling point as it's pretty much an indoor pool in your room. Would definitely stay here when I visit Chengdu again.

Stayed as a couple for 1 night in December. Hospitality at Heritage Hotel really made all the difference. Mr. Frontdesk was very cheerful and helpful. The hotel has no elevators, he and the other ladies would all help to carry our luggages up 1-2 floors. They were very helpful with storing our Taobao packages before we check-in as well. The hotel looked as aesthetic as it does online. Only regret is not staying longer!

Very cost-effective. Very good service. Basically the same as the online pictures, the environment is very good, quiet and has a good feel. The only drawback is that the water temperature seems to be unstable. Also, it would be better if the sliding door of the courtyard had an internal lock (although there is no problem, but I feel that having a lock can make it more secure hhhhhhh).

The hotel is clean and spacious. We reached at midnight and got a free room upgrade. Staff Lova provides very prompt service. We enjoyed our stay here the most in Chengdu!

Overall the stay was average. +Staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with window (from no window). +Staff were generally helpful. Seamless check in and check out. - Not a very convenient location, have to didi everywhere - Felt that the room can be cleaner…. The toilet bowl has some stains when we arrived and small hairs….. corners were also….a no… bathroom slippers were also looking quite old and dirty (did not wear them) - not sure if there is a room heater….and could not seem to adjust the room temp.

This hotel is the best accommodation experience during this trip, a great value choice, and I was deeply impressed. From the room to the facilities, from the service to the transportation, I am very satisfied. Although it is a 4-star hotel, its rooms and facilities are better than many 5-star hotels. It has a gym, laundry room, lobby bar, book bar, and executive lounge. You can go to the gym to exercise while doing laundry. I highly recommend their afternoon tea, which is available for free or a la carte. The experience is unique. In the evening, I ordered their Jianghu dishes with the mentality of giving it a try, but I was impressed. The taste is much better than those specializing in Jianghu dishes outside, and the price is very affordable. After dinner, you can also go to the hot springs and steam in the sauna to relieve a day's fatigue. The front desk was really welcoming. Because it was raining a bit when checking out, the front desk staff took the initiative to help take the luggage to the car.
