Extremely in love with this hotel. Husband chose it for our honeymoon. Room was cosy and clean, with all amenities replenished daily. Linings are clean and the staffs are all very friendly. It is convenient for the receptionists to answer my doubts as I can connect to them via WeChat. The receptionist at lvl 1 (小邱) is kind and helpful. Breakfast is nice, so was afternoon tea. Location is near to IFS and many other food and souvenir shops, perfect for a quick bite or last minute shopping. Thank you for the wonderful experience I had in Chengdu! Will definitely stay again 🥰

Great hotel to stay in while in Chengdu, close to the train station and within very easy reach to Chunxi road and other areas of interest. The hotel itself has a young and zen aesthetic throughout, is in excellent condition and super clean. The room itself carries the same theme and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. Service is also on point and I liked the free extras. Would definitely recommend and wish I stayed longer 👌🏻

Both Tracy (Car Lobby) and Yina (Reception Counter) should be applauded for their willingness and going the extra mile for us. Both Tracy and Yina has been able to help with all our queries and Tracy is really a leadership material, taking the initiative in helping us with our luggage and our parcel returns. Management should look at rewarding them for their qualities. Tracy (大厅） 和 Yina （前台） 的服务精神很应该被表扬。 他们两在我们入住期间很尽心尽力的服务，包括从行李寄存，处理我们的包裹退回，到回答我们的问题都尽力到底。 让我们这次的旅途很愉快。管理层应该提拔，表扬这两位员工。

This hotel was a little confusing to find because it's right next to another hotel and they have elevators side by side in what seems to be the same building, but the doorman was able to assist me in going to the right place and up to the 37th floor check in. Great location - a very short walk away from Taikooli area and near a lot of great restaurants and cafes. clean and comfortable room with a nice smart toilet. Bilingual staff also helped me order a courier to send my bottles of wine that I had bought at an event in Chengdu back to Beijing, so great service and convenience. At the end of my stay, they even offered a gift of either a cute panda bag, tea or coffee! I chose the coffee because I drink it daily, but the panda bag would definitely be a great souvenir. Highly recommend if you need a hotel in the bustling Taikooli area and want an upscale experience at a fairly budget-friendly price.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Room is very nice and zen, everything is clean and nice. Warm and friendly welcome from the staff, 小唐，小何，小雷。Breakfast spread is also extensive and very worth getting. My family used didi often, so cannot really speak about the ease of public transport. It is near the chunxi road/IFS The only thing that could be better is to have a bidet in the toilet. Overall: 4.9/5 stars and would stay here again the next time we visit.

Facilities: The facilities in the room are surprisingly unexpected. There are disinfectant wipes and the like next to the toilet, and there is a disposable bathtub cover for the bathtub. There is also a small bag of laundry detergent that you don't have to bring yourself. The bathroom has two separate sinks for dry and wet areas, and the area is relatively large. Turn right at the hotel entrance. There is a subway station next to the big tree. One stop to Tianfu Square and two stops to Chunxi Road. The location is very good and convenient to everywhere. The hotel service level is very high. When I booked the 4-day package, only one day came with breakfast. The girl at the front desk upgraded it to breakfast for all 4 days. There is a through bus station at the hotel entrance. There are through buses to the giant pandas and Sanxingdui. Auntie Xiao in the guest room delivered hot Tremella soup every day, and also sent a red panda for the child. The room was also cleaned every day. I would stay here again if I have the chance.

It's a nice gesture to get a farewell gift from Wezo but it came as a bribe to get me to write a review. It's not the gift that got me to write the review but just that I gave them my word just so they would get off my back because they wanted me to get my phone out and do the review on the spot. I'm a bit of a sophiscated traveller so I've seen a lot and I come to expect a lot. Yet I'm understanding and forgiving when I stay at more budget-friendly options such as Wezo. For my usual price range, this is a budget for me. But comparatively speaking with other hotels offering similar stuff in the area, I wouldn't say Wezo is particular cheap (it's not). I care a lot about the software side of things in China; is it slowly improving? It's the little intangible things that add up and I'll say that they do try but it's not up to the level I'm used to. To be fair, I usually stay at proper 5-star hotels in China. So, from my budget hotel standpoint, it gets high marks. There's some design elements in the hotel that gives it a cool vibe but on closer inspection, it's quite flimsy. The bathroom tile is slippery even without it being wet so this hotel is a no no for elder people so if I”m traveling with my parents, I can't take them to this hotel. This is an awesome hotel for the zoomers, the young folks who don't care to discern or care about quality. It's not particularly a good location or a convenient location, but like I said, it's probably an advantage for the young folks who like this type of chill street with some localness to it. This is for me a ”budget hotel” with some hip-ness. On paper, it's attractive enough to get me to stay here for 2 nights. It's not particular clean for my standards but should suffice for most local or foreigner travellers who find this hotel on their apps. For me, I'll be trying out other local branded hotels in Chengdu on my next visit.

One of the best hotels I stayed in during my China trip! Firstly, the staff were very professional and assisted us with every query and they had security before you enter the hotel which made it extra safe. The housekeeper left a thank you note after she cleaned the room which was very wholesome. The loft itself was also fantastic. A nice kitchen, spacious living room and clean bedrooms! The natural lighting in the room and the great location of a very big shopping centre across the road was also a plus to us. Overall, a great hotel and would definitely stay again!
