Found this Hostel thru little red book, and was amazed on the positive reviews compared to others that I chose to settle down on this one. No regrets. Apparently this hostel gets books out fast and full that your chance of extending another stay in very low. Even the private rooms gets booked out too. Very social little environment and super foreigner friendly, been staying in China for a while and I've never seen so many non domestic travellers in one place before.
Location is so good, minutes walk away is the shopping district of Chengdu, which is very convenient for shopping and food finds, the metro is 10min walk away. Its pretty cleaned the hostel, feels very backpacking compared to other domestic brands. The receptionists speaks perfect English and Chinese.
The laundry is on the rooftop, there are 2 washing machines and 1 dryers, but clothes dry faster overnight in summer. Detergent can be brought at reception for 1yuan.
This hostel also has weekly activities to join and there is a city walk created from the founder, saw a side of Chengdu where less people would visit since it's far from the city. Very glad I joined and the founder is hella chill and relaxed while being informative. WhatsApp is essential for this, but I only had WeChat, but was notified by my roommate. So worth to try and make new friends.
Def coming back here. Beds and dorm is nice as well.
