The cleaning staff tidies up punctually every day, and amenities are replenished promptly – they really pay attention to the details. The location is very convenient for commuting. Plus, I love that I can get hot noodles for breakfast; they're perfectly to my taste. No unnecessary frills, just genuine, thoughtful service. This is my top choice for business trips, highly recommended!

GGazze AzriThe owner was genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make things easy for us. They even helped us carry our luggage up and down, which meant a lot especially since we were travelling with kids and had quite a few bags.
What we appreciated most was how thoughtful they were in sharing local tips. They recommended several nice places to visit around Dujiangyan, including family-friendly spots, good food, and scenic areas that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Because of their suggestions, our trip became much more relaxed and enjoyable.
Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome, almost like staying with family rather than at a hotel. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

The hotel offers pet-friendly rooms and even has an adorable mascot dog named 'Xigua Di' (Watermelon Patch) who 'works' every day. There's also a 24-hour fitness center on the 36th floor, where you can work out while enjoying city views.
From the moment I arrived, the concierge proactively helped with my luggage and gave me a baggage tag. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the operator, Mila, even contacted me before check-in to confirm my needs, which was very thoughtful. Whenever I had any issues, the staff were quick to help resolve them, making guests feel valued and cared for!!!

GGuest UserI don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel truly impressed me. I had requested an early check-in due to our early flight, and not only was that accommodated, but we were also upgraded to a family room.
The service was outstanding. The room featured voice command controls, and the hotel even uses a robot to deliver food directly to your door, which was a unique and convenient touch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to our needs.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel's lush greenery creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Check-in was very smooth, and the staff were all smiles and incredibly polite. The butler service was outstanding – they paid attention to every detail, making our stay truly satisfying. No matter what we needed after checking in, their response was incredibly prompt, and their service was just right – attentive without being intrusive.
Because there weren't many guests, they thoughtfully offered in-room breakfast service. We didn't have to rush to the restaurant early; instead, we could leisurely enjoy a lavish breakfast in our villa, chatting with friends – it was truly wonderful!
The hot springs were also incredibly relaxing. After a day of traveling, soaking in them made me feel so much lighter. If I get the chance again, I'd definitely return to this hotel for another vacation.

Although there seemed to be a minor issue with the fresh air system, the overall environment was still comfortable. The room was clean and well-equipped, completely meeting my needs. I will choose this hotel again next time and look forward to an even more perfect experience once the fresh air system is improved. It's also very convenient to get to other places, including Kuanzhai Alley.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for this hotel apartment.
First, the room itself exceeded my expectations. The entire apartment is exceptionally well-maintained, with hardly any dust in the living area or bedroom. The wardrobe is cleverly designed with multiple compartments, making it very practical for organising luggage. The bed is clean, and the mattress offers just the right balance of softness and support. For the first time in an unfamiliar place, I slept soundly through the night — largely because the room is completely silent, with no distracting noise at all. The in-unit washer and dryer were a game changer, allowing us to have fresh clothes every day.
Second, the location is superb. The surrounding area is filled with small local eateries serving delicious breakfast options such as youtiao (fried dough sticks), congee, soy milk, and vegetable-meat buns. There are also barbecue skewer shops and hotpot restaurants. Tao De Casserole is just a ten-minute walk away. Moreover, the hotel apartment is directly connected to a duty-free mall and several upscale restaurants, so we enjoyed a wide variety of cuisines within just a few days — incredibly convenient for families with children. After shopping on *******, a delivery robot would bring our items to the room in under 15 minutes; the speed was truly astonishing.
Finally, I must praise the staff. When a technician came to fix the TV remote, he put on shoe covers before entering — a level of hygiene awareness that surpassed what I have experienced in hotels in Hangzhou, Shanghai, Xi’an, Zhuhai, and Shenzhen. A special thank you to Tina at the front desk. She proactively helped us contact the Sichuan opera theatre across the street, arranged ticket booking, and secured excellent seats for Saturday’s performance. She also recommended local restaurants and reminded us to make reservations, which made dining out effortless. She always responded promptly on WeChat, making us feel truly cared for. The housekeeping ladies who brought extra bottled water and towels were all warm and smiling, leaving me with a deeply positive and unforgettable impression of the people of Chengdu.
In summary, this hotel apartment excels in room quality, location, and service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
這間酒店公寓給了我很大的驚喜，值得給一個高度讚賞。
首先，要讚的是房間本身。酒店公寓保養得非常好，客廳和房間幾乎沒有灰塵，衣櫃間隔實用，格子多又方便整理行李。睡床乾淨舒適，床褥軟硬適中，一覺睡到天光，最難得的是房間完全沒有雜音，對於在陌生地方難以入睡的我來說，簡直是福音。加上廚房配備洗衣機和烘乾機，每日都可以清洗替換衣物，非常方便。
其次是地段。附近有大量小店，早餐選擇豐富，油條、粥、豆漿、菜肉包應有盡有，也有串燒和火鍋店。步行約十分鐘就到陶德砂鍋，而酒店公寓本身更連接免稅店和較高檔次的餐廳，短短幾天就嚐遍不同類型的美食。在美團購物後，機械人不到15分鐘就把貨品送上來，效率快得驚人。對於帶同小孩的家庭來說，實在超級方便。另外，酒店對面就是川劇劇場，位置一流。
最後，一定要讚職員的服務態度。維修電視遙控的同事上門前主動穿上鞋套，衛生意識比以往在杭州、上海、西安、珠海、深圳住過的酒店都要好。前台職員天娜更主動幫我聯繫川劇劇場、訂票、搶位，讓我在週六坐到一個極佳的位置欣賞表演。她又介紹附近美食，提醒我訂位，方便到多家餐館用膳。微信發問，總是迅速回覆，令我感覺被好好照顧。其他保潔阿姨送額外瓶裝水、毛巾時，個個態度友善、笑容可掬，讓我對成都人留下非常難忘而美好的印象。
總括而言，這間酒店公寓無論硬件、地段還是人情味都無可挑剔，我會極力推薦給其他人。

In-room minibar: The hotel provides complimentary soft drinks and beer, so you can relax and unwind even without leaving the hotel. There are also snacks and capsule coffee provided, which is very thoughtful.
Overall, my stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is stylish, and both the lobby and the room are elegant. It's very close to the scenic area, and the accommodation is nestled within Kuanzhai Alley, so you can step right out and explore. The exterior also blends in with the Kuanzhai Alley style, with a traditional Chinese feel that's ancient and charming, full of character. The room was clean and tidy. My room's interior, based on a modern Chinese style, also incorporated some purple tones, giving it a very mature and stable feel. Front desk staff Rora, Zoe, and Nancy provided warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!
