Had a wonderful stay and giving it a solid 5-star rating! The hotel is in a great location on Shuanglin Road, Chenghua District, making it very convenient to get around with a short taxi ride to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. The room was clean and fresh, the bedding was soft for a great night's sleep, and the bathroom featured a wet-dry separation with well-maintained amenities. The front desk staff were polite and handled the check-in process efficiently. The hotel also offers a gym and a self-service laundry room, which are super practical whether you're traveling for leisure or business. The breakfast had a rich variety, catering well to local tastes too. Overall, it offers great value for money with no unpleasant surprises. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

I didn't have much of a detailed plan for my short trip to Chengdu this time; I randomly booked this hotel, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. It was raining lightly on the day I arrived, and I got a bit wet dragging my luggage. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I immediately felt a sense of warmth. The front desk staff noticed me and proactively offered tissues. The check-in process was relaxed and unhurried; they didn't just rush through the procedures and even kindly reminded me to be careful of slippery surfaces due to the rain. The first impression when I entered the room was how fresh and clean it was, with no stuffy odors. The layout was simple and comfortable. The bedding was neat and soft, and the lighting was gentle and not harsh. After a long journey, coming back to the room allowed me to completely relax. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with all the corners well-maintained. The water flow was smooth, and the overall bathroom experience was excellent. The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep. At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

Objectively speaking, the front desk service was excellent, and the hotel lobby and courtyard environment were also very good! However, there was a strange smell in the hallway, and an indescribable odor in the room itself. When I got into bed after washing up at night, the duvet and sheets felt damp and uncomfortable. There was also a persistent smell of urine, which wasn't coming directly from the duvet or sheets, but it lingered throughout the night. I tossed and turned and couldn't sleep well. In the morning, I woke up with many red bumps on my arms and legs. I've booked so many hotels on Ctrip, mostly prioritizing a good environment, and this is the only one that has given me such a bad experience. It's the only hotel that has made me feel this uncomfortable. I originally planned to give feedback to the front desk when checking out, but there was a family of foreign tourists complaining, so I just left without saying much. Anyway, the service itself was commendable!

I frequently vacation at this hotel, and the overall experience is truly comfortable – it's the kind of place you want to return to again and again. The hotel ambiance is fantastic, with lush greenery throughout the grounds. Nestled by a mountain and a lake, walking around feels incredibly peaceful, a perfect escape from city noise, giving you that ultimate vacation vibe. Especially with the cooler weather these past couple of days, the gentle breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was super comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were of good quality. The room also had excellent natural light. A highlight here is the natural radon hot springs. There's a wide variety of pools, and the setting is serene. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed, and both the public pools and the private villa hot springs offer a great experience. The service is, of course, top-notch. Mia was very thoughtful, and the other staff members were mild-mannered and responded quite promptly. The breakfast selection is rich, featuring local specialty snacks, and the taste is excellent. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, perfect for strolls or just relaxing. All in all, it's suitable for both couples looking to unwind and families traveling together. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, but for a vacation, it's perfectly acceptable. The overall hardware, environment, and service are all excellent, offering good value for money. I'll definitely be recommending it to more friends.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The homestay had such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. There's a lift that takes you up to Level 2 where the homestay is located. While there isn't a lift within the homestay itself, it wasn't an issue at all because the owner was incredibly kind and even insisted on carrying our luggage all the way up to our room on the third floor. We truly appreciated such a thoughtful gesture! The hospitality and service were exceptional throughout our stay. For my Muslim friends, there's a delicious halal food stall located just outside the homestay. It was so good that we went back to buy takeaway for dinner later that night! The location is also convenient, with many tourist attractions nearby. We found taking a DiDi to be the easiest and most comfortable way to get around. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one, we would definitely stay here again!

This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel experience of my Chengdu trip. Candy provided exceptional service throughout my stay. She added me on WeChat in advance, inquired about my arrival time, arranged turndown service, and offered welcome fruits. She also checked daily if I needed room cleaning. She's an outstanding employee and deserves a raise. Another 'burnt out' employee, Lucky, a West Highland White Terrier, was incredibly well-behaved and loved being petted – it was a delightful interaction. The facilities are relatively new and very clean, and the location is excellent. It's not in a noisy area but offers great accessibility. It's directly accessible from Exit G of Dongda Road Metro Station, only four stops from Chunxi Road, and surrounded by three or four shopping malls. It’s perfect for both relaxation and exploring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Chengdu.

There are PLENTY OF HALAL RESTAURANTS AND MUSLIM FOOD OPTIONS nearby, all very convenient to access. Even better, there is a MOSQUE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE! 🕌 For Muslim travellers, finding halal food and a nearby mosque can sometimes be challenging, but staying here made everything so much easier for my parents. This is definitely a HUGE PLUS! ❤️ THE STAFF – SUPER DAMN HELPFUL AND ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Now, the BIGGEST highlight of this hotel has to be the INCREDIBLE STAFF! I honestly cannot thank them enough for taking such wonderful care of my elderly parents throughout their stay. As a daughter back in Singapore, knowing my parents were so well taken care of gave me tremendous peace of mind. They didn’t just provide excellent service; they made my parents feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable and cared for. To the hotel management, PLEASE recognise these four wonderful ladies! They are truly an asset to your hotel and deserve all the appreciation and recognition possible! 🏨 BEAUTIFUL ROOMS, BALCONY VIEWS & AMAZING FACILITIES! The room was absolutely lovely, comfortable and well equipped! One of the highlights was the BALCONY, where my parents could actually watch cultural events and performances! Such a beautiful way to enjoy the local atmosphere right from their room. And something that deserves a SPECIAL MENTION: THE HOTEL HAS BOTH A BIDET SPRAY AND A SMART TOILET!!! 🚿😍 For Singaporeans and Muslim travellers, this is honestly such a HUGE BONUS! These facilities made my parents’ stay so much more convenient and comfortable, especially at their age. 😂 MY PARENTS DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO RETURN TO SINGAPORE! This is probably the BEST part! My parents enjoyed their stay SO MUCH that they actually DIDN’T WANT TO COME HOME TO SINGAPORE! 😂❤️ They even said they wanted to STAY THERE FOREVER! Imagine sending your parents on holiday and having them enjoy themselves so much that they don’t want to return home! That alone says EVERYTHING! As a daughter, seeing how happy and comfortable my parents were means the world to me. ❤️ FINAL VERDICT – 100/10! Beautiful rooms, wonderful balcony views, excellent bathroom facilities, plenty of nearby halal food, a mosque within walking distance and, most importantly, TRULY EXCEPTIONAL STAFF! Location: Around 30 minutes from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) via Didi, depending on traffic. Taikoo Li is approximately a 20-minute walk away. The hotel is surrounded by shops, convenience stores, malls, and restaurants, and there’s a metro station nearby. Didi: Easy to book through the app, but it’s better to wait in front of the hotel for easier pickup. Check-in: Fast and hassle-free. Just present your passport. Reception: The staff don’t speak much English, so make sure you have a translation app. WeChat is also very useful for communicating with the hotel staff. Room: We were upgraded to a room with a window, although there was no view. I think our original room was actually bigger. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, and I woke up without any body aches! However, there was no full-length mirror in the room, and no luggage weighing scale was available. Bathroom: The shower and toilet areas are separated by brown glass, which can be a little awkward if you’re travelling with friends. The shower area also gets flooded easily. The toilet is a smart toilet with a heated seat, but no bidet. Amenity kits are provided. Breakfast: The variety is somewhat limited, but the food is tasty, and the menu changes daily. There was only one meat dish available among the stir-fried dishes, while most of the other options were vegetables or noodles. The live noodle station is worth trying! I highly recommend the wontons. Other options include salad, cereal, watermelon, bread, tea, and juice. One thing I found strange was that they didn’t serve drinking water. Afternoon Tea: Served near the reception area. I wasn’t able to try it, but it looked like they offered some of the same sweets available for free tasting around Taikoo Li. Late-Night Snacks: I was only able to try the sweet porridge once, so I’m not sure if it’s available every day. If you want to try it, I recommend asking the receptionist early. Laundry: There are four washing machines and four dryers. If you plan to do your laundry, it’s better to start before 6 PM. Gym: Basic facilities are available, including a treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical machine. Security: You can only access your assigned floor using your key card. However, since the hotel doesn’t have a delivery robot, food delivery riders are allowed to go up and deliver orders directly to your room. Taobao Deliveries: The hotel accepts Taobao orders, which is convenient if you plan to shop online while in China. Overall: A convenient base for exploring Chengdu, especially if you plan to visit Taikoo Li. The comfortable bed and pillows were a pleasant surprise, and the hotel offers useful amenities such as laundry facilities and a gym. However, communication can be challenging without a translation app, the room does not have a full-length mirror or luggage weighing scale, and the bathroom layout may not be ideal for friends sharing a room. Tips: Download a translation app, communicate with the staff through WeChat when needed, and do your laundry early. If you’re planning to order from Taobao, you can have your packages delivered to the hotel. You may also want to bring a portable luggage scale if you need to weigh your bags before leaving.

The location is fantastic and makes getting around very convenient. The front desk staff were extremely warm and helpful. As an overseas traveler, I wasn't familiar with Alipay, but when I asked for help, the receptionist patiently guided me and even helped convert my cash into Alipay balance, which made traveling around Chengdu so much easier. The breakfast was rich and delicious—I'm even planning to bring the rest of my family here just for breakfast when they arrive. However, I heard that the breakfast price is higher for foreign guests, and I'm not sure why. Even though it's not expensive, I don't think there should be a price difference like that.

Traveling with my family of three, we booked a family room. The smaller bed was 1.35m, with about 50cm between the two beds. The bedding was clean and odorless. The orange curtains had a warm tone, perfect for sleeping. Plenty of hot water and ample amenities. A suggestion for the hotel: the sign at the main entrance should be lit up, or a light installed at the entrance, as it's too dark at night.
